Dear Readers, I rarely write bad reviews… I usually prefer to think positively, especially in the festive season. However, after my recent visit to The Ritz-Carlton DIFC I was completely shocked, and in the worst kind of way. They should be ashamed to call the hotel a "Ritz Carlton". I will start with the worst, most upsetting and disappointing part — music outside our windows. Apparently there is lounge just next to the hotel which has EXTREMELY loud music until 4 AM. When I called the front desk they were very aware of it and casually offered me to change my room at 1 am, the day before my flight and with a sleeping baby, without even apologizing. I don't understand how a five star hotel like the Ritz can afford to ruin its reputation like that! Not even warning their guests of this issue before booking, and having such inconvenience to begin with. Also, it wasn't just my room. We were staying in a large group, 5 rooms in total, and none of us could sleep that night before our flight. Service — Horrible and unprofessional. Totally careless. Attitude. Rooms — Not the best design but very spacious Breakfast — Horrible Location — Excellent for people who want to stay in Dubai Downton and next to some of the best, most popular restaurants Room service — Average. Once again, very careless. We ordered steamed salmon for our baby and specified that it has to be steamed several times. They brought it grilled, obviously our baby could not eat it.

The Spa facilities were awesome. Michelle ward very helpful and sweet and so was the therapist Tanuja. Excellent service and facilities.

Excellent is a small world.

We are still waiting for a refund since early March 2020. Why would a refund take 2 months? A refund filed based on ‘Force Majeure’ on the contract. They give us reason that the finance staff and management are on leave, but are there no replacement or back up for those personnel? They’ll just leave the guest and clients waiting in vain? Until when? Please get back to us soon. Thanks.

Spent a week in the Ritz Carlton DIFC and I just couldn’t recommend this place enough. From the minute we arrived until the day we left the hotel the staff were extremely friendly, customer service was outstanding. The hotel is amazing and the room we were in was beautiful with everything you need inside. Perfect location too. Special thanks to Chan Chris and the rest of the staff at the club lounge, I would defiantly recommend the club lounge. Chan and Chris went out of there way to surprise us by putting balloons personalised mugs and cakes in our room when they found out we were engaged, such lovely people that I am so grateful to have met, we will definitely be returning to this hotel when returning to Dubai.

Fantastic staff. Wonderful rooms… particularly if you book for club access. The roof pool has a great view of the financial district.

My main highlight from staying at the Ritz is the extraordinary customer service. I can easily say that I received the best customer care in all the years that I visited Dubai. It is without a doubt the most memorable level of service you can ask for. I would highly recommend the hotel management to look into upgrading some of the hotel's facilities like the swimming pool and the interior decorations inside the rooms. Otherwise, I don't think that you will find such level of service so easily.

The Spa is great, I have not stayed as a guest but I have used the facilities which are excellent. It’s a bit dark and Art Deco. There are great restaurants and bars at this hotel. The service staff are a big asset as well.

Cafe belge — Came here for a brunch with my friends. The food options are absolutely insane and the quality and taste are so good. They also have entertainer which is cool. Even in summer the outdoor section has coolers and totally doable. Food ranges from sushi to oysters, Indian food to tempura, Italian, seafood… the list is endless. Did I mention the dessert options are endless?

Impeccable stay. Nice, clean, and spacious room. Great breakfast. And beautiful hotel overall with top notch facilities. Best part are the staff — made sure all was done the way they should have been.

I might agree with some of points that mentioned in the below reviews and disagree with other ones. The location is good for business purposes. Dubai Mall is 5 to 10 minutes away by using the car. Breakfast is almost similar to any other hotels in UAE. The Cara restaurant that hold the breakfast is not spacious for a big number of visitors. Availability of cafes, restaurants, gym, spa, Indoor and outdoor swimming pools but there is no swimming pools didecated for kids. Which might be annoying to some of the families. Easy to reach by car during the silent hours. Friendly staff and comfortable hotel. I shall add more comments soon. Still I didn't check out.

Such a beautiful place with a nice calming atmosphere. Was there for a busses thing. The staff were so welcoming and warm. Anything you needed assistance with they would provide. Loved the serene feel of the place.

Luxury Hotel, the staff is extremely attentive in taking care of the customers. The breakfast is international and all the food is top quality. There is a pub and an outdoor terrace where you can take advantage of a maxi screen. The rooms are large and well finished, the attention to detail is really appreciable. There are organized meeting rooms with everything you need to manage your business.

Awesome hotel, amazing services, nice staff and excellent location. The hotel is ultra luxurious hotel with all services top rated. Right from check in to check out everything was perfect. Tasty food, clean comfortable rooms, large bathroom with all amenities, nice gym etc can’t be missed.

Amazing spot away of the traffic and unnecessary noise. Flair is definitely the trendiest outdoor lounge to visit in Dubai at the moment. Great mood and vibes. Educated team and crafted cocktails. Definitely competing with other mixologists bar.

Great Service. Great breakfast, the food was super tasty and various. People was GREAT. Great bed. Good location for business but even for holidays. The room was clean, the bathroom beautiful big and clean. The only thing that I would change is the carpet in the rooms, was clean but another material would be more hygienic.

We were welcomed by Isaq with a smile and in a very polite manner. We were provided with an excellent service with a smile by all of the staff members and the quality of the food was absolutely great. The bed was so comfortable. The room very clean. wonderful facilities, such as the spa. I enjoyed my time here.

The place is really classy. The rooms are very specious and big with very conservative interior design. Parking isn't complicated. The staff is perfectly trained and very friendly. Food is good. You have several options. I tried most of them and was much satisfied. In brief, I shall recommend this hotel.

Enjoyed a wonderful evening in Cafe Belge on Valentine’s night with my partner. The food and service were excellent and I would particularly like to thank Christina and Orla for looking after us so well. The music provided by Paul and Ciaran was very good too and made the occasion extra special!

It is 15 minutes by car from the Dubai International Airport. This property also has one of the best-rated locations in Dubai! Guests are happier about it compared to other properties in the area. Couples particularly like the location — they rated it 8.5 for a two-person trip. This property is also rated for the best value in Dubai! Guests are getting more for their money when compared to other properties in this city.

My husband and I booked this hotel hoping to splurge for our baby moon, unfortunately it’s less than expected. Currently there is construction outside on one side and a main highway on the other which makes it hard to sleep. The bed that we have is hard and I’m up at 5 am with a sore back. I do have to say the bathroom is beautiful and some of the staff are extremely friendly but Ive stayed in several 5 star hotels around the world and from my experience thus far this hotel has not met expectations. I will repost after the 6 th day with our full experience.

Well located in international financial centre, close to the Dubai mall. Personal extremely helpful and friendly. Delightful spa. Nice shishah bar and restaurant. The only negative point is we have to pay for a supplementary advice and high speed for the Wi-Fi connection.

Everything is super. Everything is fine and euphoric. There is no free Wi-Fi in the Wi-Fi. Recommend.

Beautiful place, as it is the Ritz Carlton. You don't have to talk about the service much here as it sets the standards. This hotel location is right in the heart of Dubai and offers many restaurants on cite that will blow you away. If you are on a business trip, this should be your top choice.

I cannot recommend this hotel enough, we are on our honeymoon and they have gone above and beyond to make our stay perfect! The customer service has been amazing throughout our stay! With special treats as a lovely upgrade if our room to a cake and card in our room on the second night! Thankyou everyone at the ritz for making our first few days of honeymoon so special, here's hoping our stay at your sister hotel in Bali for the second leg of our honeymoon is as good!

A 5-minute walk from a metro station, this posh hotel is 2 km from the Burj Khalifa. I have been to the Garden bar. Is a good spot in DIFC for chill and have a beer.

Great attention to detail. It's all about the experience here with the staff which is a 10/10. Construction nearby is the only negative but that's always the case in Dubai and not the hotel's fault.

It was like a miracle. Spring weather at open air in Dubai Summer, reasonable prices, very good service and food. I was so glad, will go again and again.

A luxury experience. Situated by the side of Dubai International financial center offers numerous options of places to visit and do shopping. Its rooms are well decorated, with very supportive staffs.

Poor service, cold food at the Ramadan Majlis Waited an hour for food, which according to them was a large order. ONE portion of mixed grill, ONE portion of jumbo prawns and ONE salad? Large order? Really? When the food finally did arrive, it was cold and bland. The best thing we got out of the entire experience was a half hearted "sorry". Will not recommend unfortunately :/

Hotel location is super and they have two reception one for hotel and one for residence. the hotel is part of Marriott hotels and services were on time and staff well friendly. I do like the breakfast restaurant and bar. next to World trade centre and DIFC. walking distance to Metro. fully recommended to a family and corporate.

Still Ritz Carlton always finds ways to exceed your expectations. The location of the hotel is perfect five minutes from DIFC, fifteen minute from mall of the emirates. The hotel itself is very modern, very well maintained. The staff are very friendly and professional. Would recommend it every time. It is worth noting that this hotel is heavily described as a business hotel, it is absolutely ideal for families too. Nahil.

Marginal lobby, average room for Dubai hotels, cold and unwelcoming. Location is marginal as well. Wifi unreliable, plenty of desk space and outlets. Average breakfast, this is no Ritz or Carlton!

Great service, probably the best Ritz Carlton I have ever been. Every service people are pleasant and helpful. The room service food was excellent and well served. The room was cleaned. Unfortunately the balcony was facing some work outside of the street. It was noisy. Otherwise it was a great experience.

Very pleasant hotel in Dubai. Great rooms, fantastic breakfast, first-class service. Especially the Europcar station in the House doesn't get any better it. Burj Khalifa and the Dubai Mall by taxi 10 minutes away. We like to come back.

I really like the sunken garden and easy access to the difc. The lobby is a bit cramped and the other restaurants are boring and overpriced.

Room was OK, service is good. But the most disappointing part was the pool area. The pool is so small. Won't enjoy the place if ur looking for a romantic weekend getaway.
