I am now here at the Sheraton Grand for a second time and have to say that this is a very good hotel to relax and holiday.

The service and food were impeccable. Chef Johannes took me around personally and informed me of those items that had MSG (I am highly allergic to this ingredient). He also informed me of different dishes that were very spicy and types of fish that were offered. The restaurant manager and service staff were very accommodating and helpful.

A very luxurious hotel. The rooms are very high quality and always very clean. Room service does its job brilliantly. The rooftop pool on the 54th floor is quiet and there are enough lying there with and without shade. Breakfast is a bit expensive at 30, — per persona per day, but there is a huge selection. The food and drinks at the pool bar are also relatively expensive when compared with the prices in the area. We would be back in defiance at any time.

Great place for different buffet options and nice atmosphere facing Shaikh Syed road still calm enough for you to have a peace in mind stay with luxurious stay. Great lobby area and valet parking available. I had several times experience the food with different buffet options and food were amazing and tasty.

Wonderful holiday! The staff is very friendly, good food and the suite on the 31st floor was perfect. Well located, you can quickly get there with the metro everywhere. We'll be happy to come back! Thanks.

Very nice hotel and people are very friendly. Outstanding service and staff always greet you and ask about your day or if you need a hand. Very clean room and beautiful tanning beds. Lots of stores beside this place and everything close by even the metro. Highly recommended.

This is a 5 star hotel that did not meet my expectations of what a 5 star hotel should look and feel like. The control panel to turn on lights, do not disturb etc. Broke down multiple times. I asked the hotel to fix the problem and when I contacted them a fourth time to stress that I was unhappy did they then fix it permanently. The staff are also hit and miss in terms of politeness. At times they are very polite and at times they are quite rude in how they speak to you (albeit this happened on about 3 occasions on a 10 day stay). The room service was good. The only down side I would say to this is that it took them some time to return my change. I had to call room service again to chase them for my change. Tiles in the bathroom were chipped and damaged. The worst part of the stay was the noise at night. The hotel has some sort of club that plays really loud music where you can hear and feel the bass until 2/3am — this is not ideal if you have an early start. The room itself is nice and spacious with various amenities which you would expect of a 5 star hotel. Whilst my review is focused on the negative it was a relatively nice hotel.

Super Hotel! Earned its stars real. Large rooms with a huge bed. Bath with separate shower and toilet. Freestanding bathtub. Restaurant performance is great. In a few minutes walk you will be at the nearest Metro Station. There are also grocery stores, fast food and beautiful restaurants nearby.

Very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Very clean and modern set up.

Great location to go to the fair.

Excellent service. At all times. The hotel's facilities, from the room to the gym, like the rest of the common areas, unbeatable.

One of the most stunning hotels I've stayed in, in dubai. From amazing views to a gorgeous breakfasts this sure is a luxury hotel. The pool is on the top level but can be to cold in the winter season. The jacuzzi is perfect all year round. The bar also serves reasonable priced drinks compared to local bars.

The shabby number of the budget Dubai 5ki. The price tag was higher quality. Dirty, not washable windows of facade windows for years. It's a strange pool.
Delicious breakfasts.

I went there at for a presentation. The place of the hotel is perfect just near to Dubai world trade center and the metro station is just five minutes away. The reception staff was very helpful by all kind. It’s a lovely hotel with great amenities. Modern stylish meeting hall. Nice views through floor-to-ceiling windows. The foods served was delicious, freshly cooked stuff. Good choice and variety of cuisines, juices and desserts. I have some comments on housekeeping, it has some scope for improvement since there were some inconsistencies like not refilling toiletries, tissues etc. Good parking management. Over all experience is Good. Recommended.

One of the best Sheraton’s I have ever been to. Astonishing design and excellent service. Lounge is strictly recommended. Also fitness and spa are very good. No complaints at all. Excellent A+++

Excellent facility. The staff could do with some warmth towards guest — then again I reckon it's the culture of the country. I enjoyed my stay regardless.

Very good stay with a high quality service! The room was very nice and well appointed but some less good remarks: faucets difficult to open, waiting for hot water and few samples type shampoo and shower gel. The breakfast was very good with a wide choice. The pool is small on the other hand and you have to wait to find a place available. The room service is excellent and the dishes ordered too! A very nice hotel but a bit pricey for the overall service.

Was at Feast restaurant. Good choice and variety of cuisines, juices and desserts … a good price/quality ration. However seating areas could be better managed. Outdoor sitting is small but nice. Crew are friendly and helpful. Good for families and groups.

We had reserved a suite. Cleaning wasn"t best. I would not rate to five stars. Service was nice. Five stars to that!

Top service and large rooms. In case of problems, we immediately searched for a solution.

Nice interior and friendly staff. Cozy pool area on the 54th floor. The traffic unfortunately is a bit disturbing in the rooms facing the lively road.

I stayed here for 3 nights. Nice large rooms. I took one with a view of Sheikh Zayed road. I had placed a special request for a firm bed on their FB Messenger account before starting from home. Was glad to see that the request was already taken care of when I arrived. Breakfast is expensive, but they have a very good spread of items from different parts of the world. Housekeeping has some scope for improvement since there were some inconsistencies like not refilling toiletries, not refitting basin caps after cleaning etc.

Truly enjoyed the experience here. Professional service combined with good food and central to the city. Business travelers cannot go wrong here, especially if taking advantage of the Sheraton Club.

Extremely bad parking experience. Serious review of the parking situation at the entrance should be undertaken by the management. Hotel was decent from Dubai standards.

Had dinner in feast restaurant. Seafood night. The waitress were amazing. The food was very nice altough it was missing oysters in that night. Deserts are very good. Good price for the food.

Average SPG standard but not in a convenient location. The hotel has all ameneties of a five star luxury hotel, clean, alert staff as in all Sheraton hotels, great restaurant. Management and Chef are German and they try to meet expect German perfection. Only the World trade centre area is a remote place with little Dubai around instead a bunch of luxury hotels in the neighbourhood. If you do not want to pay the astronomical bar prices and eat in one of the expensive restaurants nearby there is luckily a Zoom supermarket in the business wing of the hotel.

Lovely hotel, great location at the beginning of sheik zayed road. Very neat to World Trade Centre, food is exceptional. If you are a family try their apartments which are spacious and filled with all the amenities. The chef Ariv has been exceptionally good in taking care of our dietary requirements of Jain food and arranged everything as per our satisfaction. Highly recommended. Will love to stay here again.

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. Com Booked a room on there and they have the cheapest rates around… The staff of the Hotel are very accommodating, the view is amazing (as you can see from the photo) and it has many breakfast options (even Asian cuisine! ). It's close to the metro station and to the World Trade Center which makes it great for business trips.

Great staff in the lobby, lobby coffee shop and Feast Restaurant. Look after their regulars like they are family. Food and service is fabulous with some great lunch and supper deals.

This is another gem from Sheraton. Hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Dubai (Very close to Dubai World Trade Centre), Metro and 10 min drive from Dubai Mall. Apparently this is a new property however their service and hospitality is amazing. Currently they have only 1 poolside bar in operation, their Club Lounge is also good for business meetings.

Good stay. Nice staff, good location. However, our ac unit panel broke down on 3 separate nights. Valet parking takes forever!

Pros: Great retro style interior design. Great staff Reasonable prices I've never had a bad experience with Sheraton. It a reliable brand. Cons: Location is not easily reachable Parking your car is not an option but they have valet parking So many caps on the street and in many times I'll wait in a queue with caps for more than five minutes just to reach the valet.

I was not satisfied during my 4 nights. I didn't expect from a 5 starts hotel to disrespect his clients. I paid in advance the cost of 4 nights, yet the guy at reception who is applying the policy & the rule of the hotel as he said, asked me to pay more 1000 AED as a deposit. When I told him that I will buy everything in cash bases he agreed. After 1 hour a guy from the room service came to my room & take everything in the mini bar while I am watching. I didn't make a noise at that moment but I claimed 3 times & no reaction. I understood that the management is flying away & the staff's concern is their salaries. Isn't shameful for Sheraton to do this with a customer who paid the 4 nights in advance? When it comes to disrespect I rate one star.

Superb hotel. Friendly and helpful Staff. Good location for the Metro so easy to get around. We enjoyed our stay and thoroughly recommend it.

I want to comment on the outstanding service I experienced at your hotel in Dubai. The staff was the best. I have traveled a lot but have never been as impressed as I was in Dubai. Everyone we encountered was helpful and caring. The international character of the staff was delightful — all interesting, well spoken and accommodating. The Sheraton Grand was a wonderfully managed hotel. My highest compliments to all the people I encountered there.

Every morning I eat a nice big meal out. Staff was excellent to meet all my preferences. That's where I went almost 10 weeks, every day, work hard, early morning workout more hard. Chef Manoj Kumar every morning for my special scrambled eggs, including the 9 egg whites and 1 whole eggs, spinach, onions and mushrooms, don't add oil to fire. This Breakfast, let me every day efficiency is very high. Thank you, Manoj chef. From the paramount group of long-lived 4407 room.

I've tried more than 2 Hotels on the same Road But for me this is the best. Between : 1 — Radisson Royal 2 — For points 3 — Crown plaza Friendly People great service clean room and nice View.

Warm welcome, great people at the lobby, awesome rooftop, incredible breakfast and nice rooms.
