Big apartments, right in the middle of the walk JBR one thing I didn’t like is the entrance, you could get lost if ordered a car as the only entrance by car is through the parking in the basement or M floor (with a chance to get locked out as all the door opens by card key and u can open only the door of the building u stay at! ) which is not practical, you have to walk for some fair distance to get a taxi from the road.

Suha hotel Apartments has a good location. It wasn't the best experience though. It wasn't very clean.

A very ok hotel. Central to a lot of activities. JB walk. Lots of restaurants. The rooms are clean and tidy. I would use the hotel again.

The staff are exceptionally helpful, the apartment is better than published photo's. Very comfortable and spacious. Great for travelling alone or with the family. The taxi fare from DXB to JBR is AED 103.

Very good location and not expensive. Right on the Bay of the Persian Gulf. Very much onsite dining in the area, but expensive, especially bar's are hard to find.

Suha Hotel Apartments is located perfectly for anyone wanting to enjoy the JBR Walk along with flexibility of transportation with tram station next to it. The rooms are spacious and clean with all necessary amentities.

I recommend that if you want to be on the Avenue de RBG the apartments are without more and it lacks services (no gym, the pool is not top.

This is our second home. Best facilities and awesome service. We have stayed over here for over 10 times now and mostly for over 5 days on vacation. There is nothing you cannot find here. Stay here with elder peeps, your spouse or kids — anyone!

A summary of Suha Hotel Apartments for those who are just browsing different hotels in Dubai. Suha has a great location, probably the best you can get for that price. The price itself is very low and affordable, especially since you can cook your own food. The downside is that it feels a bit old compared to all the other luxury hotels around you. Is Suha right for you? If you are looking for something relatively cheap, great location and don't care to much about wether or not it is pure luxury I can say it is. If this has caught your attention, read on. Why should you stay at Suha: -Price -Location, 5 min to both JBR and Marina Mall. -Great pool with a nice amount of sun -24-hour supermarket -24-hour Subway -Friendly staff -A kitchen, will save you a lot of money -Our room had a nice view over the marina -A very friendly driver who works for the hotel picked us up at the airport. Why shouldn't you stay at Suha: -Not as luxurious as it's neighbours -Bugs, not really a big deal but we had 4 different bugs in the room during the stay -Not enough cutleries and no dishwasher -Cleaned at weird times, sometimes during the late morning and sometimes during the afternoon. The floor could have been cleaner. -Slow elevators -The staff took my personal towel, of course it was a mistake but as a guest you except to keep your personal items. I never got it back.

Great place to stay! Very close to the beach and Dubai Marina walk. Great value for the money.

It was a great experience staying at Suha. The staff was very helpful. The rooms are huge in size. We booked two bed room apartment. 24x7 open grocery store and pharmacy within the hotel premises which delivers to your room. 6-8 mins walk to JBR, The Walk and 10 mins to the beach. 20-25 mins walk to Marina Mall & 5 mins to Marina Walk. Taxis are easily available outside the property. Plenty of options to chill late at night at JBR. I would highly recommend this place.

Hotel that needs renovation. We were told that the two apartments were refurbished but the three were not refurbished, tapestries shattered, you look like stained… not a place for business trip.

I am here for 14 nights checked in on 11th August hotel was full been promised an upgrade today Wait for my full review at the end of my trip Stay so far has been good So 3 stars so far.

Close to public transportation Rooms are clean. Swimming pool clean. We Loved it.

+ Affordable. Great location. Convinient. Rooms are big. Utmost privacy. Good service. There's a supermarket right below the building and they deliver. The view from the rooms facing Dubai marina is amazing. Very chill and quiet. Spacious balconies. - Getting in and out of the building is difficult and too much work. The parking space for the hotel is really little for a 20 storey building. The sound system is not loud at all (the TV speakers were louder). Wi-Fi log in page never worked, except for PC devices.

Good large apartment, lot places for eating on a daily basis. Pure. Close shop, pool. In JBR is all we need, right down to the kindergarten. 5 minutes to the beach.

Excellent location. Somewhat difficult to locate from the street. Very comfortable the apartment that we share 3 older people. Very well equipped with washing machine dishwasher and room for ironing.

Be careful — service is bad and they add 20% tax. Reservation service is the worste.

The showers are nasty but the hotel is big but its out dated no patio furniture cheap funiture.

Great location! My wife and I stayed at the Suha Hotel Apartments for 3 nights. The apartments was very huge & spacious. Inventory like cutlery (forks, knife, pans) was a bit limited. We liked the location right in the middle of The Walk / Marine, right next to The Beach. The apartment had plenty of space. The market 24/7 is just few steps away from the hotel. Value for money, Jumeriah beach is just on the corner, perfect place to stay on JBR.

Suha hotel apartments is a very unhygienic unhealthy place to stay our apartment 404 a 3 bed room was full of bedbugs, we complained upon the first night of check in but the staff didn’t do anything, I even showed the bedbug bites on my arms and the video I made of bedbug in the master bedroom, after a crises of 1 week finally the management brought dubai pest control which found severe infestation of bedbugs in the apartment & sprayed, the management didn’t even provide us with a separate room during spray. I also have copy of the pest control report testifying to the unhygienic bedbug infestation in the rooms.

Excellent location, good and spacious rooms, nicely decorated but not wow, service is good. Staff are extremely friendly.
