• Please note that the property does not accept cash payments. Only Credit Cards are accepted. After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to pick up the keys, will be sent to you by email. Early check in and late check out are subject to availability at an extra charge. Check in after 9:30 pm, will only be accepted, if full payment done before that time and at an extra charge. Early check out before 8am will be at an extra charge. Guests are required to show their passport and the matching credit card upon check-in. Please note that the pre-payment will be processed trough a secure on line payment, the property will contact you privately to provide the link to proceed with the payment. Kindly note that check-in after 9:30 PM will only be accepted if full payment done before that time and at an extra charge of AED 160 Early check-out before 8 AM will be charged at AED 160

  A damage deposit of AED 1000 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
