All round an excellent based location for your holiday by Jumeirah Beach and the Walk new area of facilities. Rooms are nice, swimming pool and quality of sun loungers and surroundings excellent and all the staff are very helpful. Finally quality of the food and selection in the Horizon restaurant is absolutely fantastic. We would return to the hotel in the future.

The encounter I had from Rotana JBR was the most sickening and degrading experience I have ever encountered in any service industry across the board. We have had plenty lunch experiences at your lovely facility in the past. Due to previous seamless dinning experiences my wife and I decided to book a 1 night stay at your facility. While having lunch at PF Chang’s I decided to get an early start to our supposed night out and figured I would hit the gym before check in. My wife… was to make a booking via booking. Com as she finished her lunch and was to meet me at check in afterwards. I got up to you gym where I was welcomed with suspicion by your spar supervisor (Quennie) who repeatedly asked for my room number after I had explained to her that my wife was still making the booking while having her lunch hence I clearly wrote on the check in sheet that my room was pending! She then followed me on the gym floor to interrogate me further even after my simple explanation. This was so embarrassing as all the other members who were present at the time started wondering what was going on. After reiterating the same point she then escalated the mater and called the duty manager Aziz who again came on the gym floor further embarrassing me in the gym. I told him sternly to stop talking to me while in the gym and that I would get back to him as soon as I got done. I called my wife immediately and asked her to stop the booking as I was extremely agitated.

بصراحة تعامل إدارة الفندق في الإستقبال غير مرضي بتاتا خصوصا من قبل موظفة الاستقبال Nursaya التي استغرقت أكثر من ١٥ دقيقة لتسليمي غرفة سيئة جدا و مجهزة فقط لكبار السن و ذوي الاحتياجات بسبب ان الفندق محجوز بالكامل ، و بعد رفضي إستلام الغرفة و استدعاء المدير وليد تم تغير الغرفة لغرفة في الدور ال ١٨ حسب طلبي ، المراتب غير مريحة و لا يوجد شطاف إلا بالطلب ، الفطور متوسط جدا ولا يوجد خيارات فطور عربي مناسبة ، النظافة ممتازة و لكن يعيب عليه قلة المصاعد ، طبعا تم الاعتذار لي أكثر من مرة و لكن الفندق أقل من المتوسط و السعر مبالغ فيه مقارنة بجودة الفنادق في منطقة JBR ، للاسف لا أنصح بالسكن في الفندق

What a amazing property. We were staying on 18th floor with great view of Dubai Eye. Awesome experience.

Terrible service. We had no hot water for a week. When we tried to solve the issue with our friend by our side who speaks English (we don't, she is helping us with translations), instead of resolving the issue some manager Aziz was really rude, trying to block our English-speaking friend from visiting us. We will definitely not come back P. S. Still no hot water after reporting it.

Nice hotel, good food and a very nice service. Unfortunately there are only three elevators in the hotel and you have to wait at least 5 minutes for the lift at peak hours!

Very nice hotel, we are just here and enjoy every minute. Great view of the sea. Esssen is super tasty, only the elevator is what you have to wait for a very long time. Internet connection is also very weak.

Such a nice hotel, very friendly staff who are happy to assist with any requests or questions. Buffet breakfast gets busy after 10am so go there early, it's air conditioned and also option to sit outdoors. Easy access to the beach and the local shops on The Walk.

If the tour operator will offer you this place, know this incompetent tour operator! We're here yesterday. Terribly disappointed! And it was offered to us for $5000 for 8 days with 3 meals a day!

A beautifully located hotel on the JBR. Despite the size of the house, everything is professionally handled. Nice pool, good service and friendly staff. I would also give 5 stars, but there are a few spots. Like a very hard bed, booked for 3 people and paid, unfortunately daily only for 2 people the room service is furnished. And yes the few elevators are already annoying, apparently it was planned as a house and not for a hotel use.
I would still book the hotel again. Unfortunately, there is too much choice of hotels in Dubai. The location on the beach was the main argument for us.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The food is lonely tip and the location of the hotel in the middle of the marina awesome. In all areas, such as rooms, bars, restaurants and pool area, cleanliness is great, which makes the stay very pleasant. We stayed three weeks in the hotel and would book it again at any time! The sea and promenade are only a few metres away, perfect for strolling in the evening. Public transport is in the immediate vicinity, but we have mostly taken a taxi to get to the city; The costs are hardly worth mentioning due to the low fuel price. All in all, a thoroughly successful, relaxing holiday!

Good location, minutes away from good variety of restaurants. Facing Jumeirah beach for some of the rooms where you can catch skydivers from Skydive Dubai in action. It takes us 4 hours to clean a room.

After 11 days of staying in this hotel I don't give this hotel a 5* rating. It's not possible. It all changed after 3 days. Food is 85% the same, breakfast and diner. The buffet is much oriented on Asian tourists not for European. Rooms are cleaned twice a day but always the places the eye can spot… Never I noticed or heard hoovering… Staff is friendly. 1 Advise when staying in Dubai… never book a 5* go for a 3*. Service and shower and bed is the same quality but the price is… I learned a lot while i'm staying in Dubai! Dubai is a place to visit more than once! I for sure go back!

Hotel was nice but with disadvantages. The air was heavy and not fresh. The beach is close to hotel, but the water in the sea was dirty, the bath curtain had someone’s nose extracts, a bit industrial view from window. Hotel has good pool, welcoming stuff, different varieties of food for breakfast, clean rooms, water, coffee and tea was as a compliment.

Hotel was close to a 5 star. They need a new system for their elevators. Personnel was lovely!

Beautiful hotel, Atrezzatissimo in a context, that of Dubai Marina, luxurious and unique. The hotel has a free swimming pool, gym and spa.

Great Hotel, 2mn from the beach, very clean, very nice staff. Clean and comfortable room.
Small flats, no one speaks French and no documentation or explanations in French. The pool is nice but little space all around.
The prices of consumption and meals are quite high.
But very satisfied with my stay.

We had a lovely 4 night stay here. Only wished we had booked for longer. We took a long time deciding on which hotel to stay at, when we visit Dubai, while we were at home & planning our holiday. We are happy, that we picked this one. It didn’t disappoint. The staff are very friendly, welcoming & helpful. What we requested at book in, was granted. We had a great room with perfect sea & pool view. A wonderful breakfast each morning, with helpful, cheerful staff & the service was great. The room was cleaned twice a day & turned down at night, which is very comforting, after a long day. The room person,
are very friendly & asked if we needed anything for our room, when we asked for something, they obliged our request, with no delay. We were celebrating our 40th Wedding Anniversary. When we arrived at our room, we had a beautiful welcoming, with petals, two towels modelled into two swans on the bed, fruit & cake. Such a lovely welcome, especially after our late 12 am check in. The pool was great & relaxing. The Rosso staff, were very welcoming, great service & happy. We will definitely pick this hotel, when we will return in a couple of years. Sad to leave today. Perfect stay.

We love Thursdays at Rosso when it's not too hot to sit out. Beautiful and lovely outside seating, can hear each other, not too light, relaxed, good happy hour until 9 and delicious pizzas. What's not to like.

Too expensive and poor service. Here you have to pay as AI guest cocktails and even the water. Poor communication. However, brown water is included.

The staff of the hotel are very nice. The hotel is clean. What annoyed me personally, constantly to mention everywhere you room number, that one could regulate differently. Was disappointed at breakfast, constantly the same barely choice, for that it should be a 5 star hotel. It is too overpriced, have expected more for the money. 3 000 Euro for 2 persons 8 nights with flight and then another overnight tax of 190 dirhams.

First-rate location right on the beach with modern beach promenade, easy access to tram and Metro. Tip: For 5-7 AED you get to the Dubai Mall in about 45 minutes.
Rooms The standard rooms are very spacious and have a balcony. Everything very clean and twice daily housekeeping.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. Very good gastronomy — with half board as a buffet. The Italian restaurant and the Japanese can also be visited by appointment. Tip: Half board is highly recommended as the gastronomy in the direct bypass is somewhat priced (main course > €20) Drinks as it is a 5 star hotel in an Arabian country, the prices for alcoholic beverages are correspondingly high. Beer: 8-14 €, cocktails 14-20 € — I know that before I book a 5 star hotel in the travel agency!
Offers/Beach a nice pool with lots of sunbeds and a small spa area there. Both very clean and well maintained. At the wellness reception you can get a beachset with parasol, beach mat and towels for 25 AED/day. Towels can be rented free of charge for the beach.
Tip: Le Méridien/Westin Hotel has a very nice beach area, which can be visited as a day guest — highly recommended (€50 p. P. /Sometimes there are 2 for 1) All in all a very nice hotel for a few relaxing beach days in a luxurious hotel. Good access to the city and a few meters to the beach.

This is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. They charge $15 DH for 30 minutes of internet access. I would NEVER recommend. They have the WORST customer service. The internet connection is SHIT. I was unable to communicate to my family due to their lack of a high speed connection. This is the worst place to stay in Dubai. I will not be returning. If I could pack my bags and leave I would, but the room was non refundable (figures when you stay at a shitty hotel). Do not stay here.

Swimming pool, restaurants, lounge, bar, fitness room, hotel 100m from a very beautiful beach and in a living area… nothing misses apart can be some French TV channels but not indispensable…
We stayed to the 24th and not a noise, even the air conditioning is very discreet and efficient!
