Have stayed 3 nights here and still another 3 nights to go. Absolutely wonderful hotel, not a staff member passes you without smiling and saying hello. Facilities are outstanding! My room looks over the Marina and the views are breathtaking. I will do a more comprehensive review on Tripadvisor.

Hotel lovely but brunch h is not as advertised. Food was lovely and the staff tried to make us feel better after we noticed there were two sets of families with children. No entertainment apart from DJ and defo not the same as some of the other party atmosphere brunches (yet was the same price) views of the marina were beautiful. I would be happy I wasn’t expecting a party atmosphere so please Change how it is advertised!

Upscale chic hotel with fantastic customer service. It's in a prime location in the marina across from the tram stop. It's 7 minutes or so away from Dubai Marina Mall and Pier 7

This is great hotel brand but its location make it more ideal and attractive. Its service and staff and food are fabulous.

Very beautiful and modern hotel. Hospitality is top-notch. I have IHG Platinum Status, and and the ICDM team gave me the opportunity for an upgrade, and I went from a standard room to a Residence Suite, which was a really nice upgrade considering how much was paid for my one night there. The hotel is within 10 minutes walking distance to the beach, and is literally across from the tram, which makes the hotel very convenient if transiting to the Marina bay or the train station. Would highly recommend to anyone who wants ease of access to Dubai's mass transport system, and still wants to have a bit of luxury in their temporary home!

I went to the restaurant there. Had a pleasant experience. The hotel looks very clean. 4 stars because the staff is not very attentive. I had to walk around trying to figure out where I am going. All the meanwhile the staff just walked past. Otherwise it's great.

It is actually one of my preferred places to stay in Dubai. Probably, even the favourite one. Lovely and helpful staff. Very convenient location. Fancy design and finishings. Beautiful Marina views and easy access to stunning Marina walk. On the top of that, they host great restaurants and bars. Marina Social is highly recommended, they cook scallops perfectly. I love it. I am in love with this hotel. Although the price is considerably high but the service is really great and the facilities are amazing. Another plus is that within 10minutes walk you will find yourself in the middle of Jumairah beach. Enjoy!

Great location, new rooms but the breakfast spread is not very elaborate. The staff is pleasing and great to interact. Recommend spending weekend in this hotel as it is next to the JBR beach.

Great hotel, good service and in convenient walking distance from the Dubai Marina Mall and the JBR Walk. Premium prized, but the pool and spa is worth every penny. Well managed hotel with a hands-on management approach to fixing issues. Get a suite in the residential wing and enjoy the views from your own balcony — ask for one facing the marina. Suites also comes complete with a kitchenette, washing machine, Nespresso machine etc. Location is perfect. Walk to the beach. Walk to the Marina Mall. Can recommend.

Well, a visit in Dubai leaves guests lots of accommodation opportunities and one of it is the InterContinental Marina. The hotel is categorized as luxury boutique and art hotel which in my point of view is hitting two out of three. Luxury yes as there are some great facilities with talented staff. Art absolutely as the hotel is a great place discover art pieces not to be found anywhere. On its boutiqueness I felt that the size of the hotel itself does not match the meaning of boutique. I missed the cosiness, the warmth and the attention to details in many areas especially the restaurants and bars whereby I can see that the management tries hard to live up to it. 10 points for efforts and 10 points for location, 5 points for details and for considering consumer point of view/ experiences. However would surely return because of the team trying to engage its guests and connect and this with having in mind I stayed there during Ramadan a classic low season… Last but not least meet Rose from the Spa (a jewel), Mohammed at Reception (a natural talent) and Antje (the GM) which is basically is visible everywhere to lead by example.

From the minute we arrived at the hotel we were welcomed very well. The entire hotel staff from the reception to the housekeeping are amazingly friendly and helpful. I liked our room coz it had a beautiful view. The Most Important part I enjoyed is dining at Marina Social at the hotel. Their service was impeccable Thier steak. Very fresh and finger-licking and the dessert was out of this world. We really enjoyed so much and will definitely be backI liked the ambience too. Oh! I looooved the English breakfast.

Nice hotel conveniently located in the popular Marina area off dubai but overpriced (I paid AED1290 or USD350 per night). 5-7 minute walk to the happening 'The Walk' and Jumeirah beach (JBR beach) which has a number of upscale restaurants. The premium twin rooms are spacious, modern with comfortable furnishing, mood lighting and very nice bathroom. Food is very expensive and it makes a lot more sense to dine outside at JBR restaurants.

Great hotel with a great location in the middle of the Marina. Lots of onsite restaurants with different themes from posh dining to casual eating. Worth going for a Club room as the Club lounge is amazing. Both great breakfast, amazing afternoon tea and fun cocktail hour — the staff is about as friendly as they come.

Location is not bad at all, but the fact that the Tram is just across the street makes it difficult to cross the street, not a major issue. I got upgraded to a Studio Room with a Balcony, not the best furniture, but the Balcony was a nice plus. Room service was not bad, the restaurant in the lobby is a nice place with great food, and the YNot Kitchen/Bar in the lower floor is a nice place as well.

A great modern hotel. Ideally located for a holiday in the big city. There is a beach, but the swimming pool with views of the Marina. The rooms are nice, there are several popular restaurants and bars.

Bright new hotel situated on Dubai Marina. Beautiful terraces with awesome marina views. The food served in the restaurant on the ground floor is unspeakable… Chef Yiannis at his best.

It was an amazing saty in this hotel, the room is clean and the service was more them fantastic. I like the way of designing this hotel. Also the room service is very good, honestly I recommend this hotel to every one of who want a good time and good service and room.

As a location its nice. But the view not really. Cuz part of it is blocked with building. And when you do booking double check if you are going to get nice marina view with the rate you are paying otherwise you will get the worse view rooms who's rates are usualy less with same best available rate!

What can I say. I live next door yet it has taken me months to finally experience the Funusual Brunch. Absolutely epic. The staff simply cannot do enough to help you enjoy your day, the food is amazing, and you won't be kept waiting for a top up on your drink, even at the end (unlike so many other brunches in Dubai). I really can't recommend this place highly enough. I'll be back next week.

6 days over new year's eve 2015 with 3 people were there. Had 2 Rooms. Modern, relatively new Hotel. Almost everywhere inter-Conti-Standard. Positive: Nice rooms, good Club Intercontinental, very attentive and friendly staff. Good Restaurant. Negative: Expensive. Rommkeeping cleaning is not neat, especially the bathroom. Mediocre Location.

It's an intercontinental, very modern and new. The bathroom was not clean (toilets…) when we checked in. The staff was very nice and changed our rooms almost immediately, and reimbursed us with some points. Bathroom in general is the coolest thing. But the room is too modern / grey for me. The club lounge is nice and the staff are amazing.

I been there with a friends, an the room was so beautiful an lovely, hope to be at the club soon with my friends.
