Great location about 4 blocks from beach. Staff very attentive. Beds were soft and comfortable. View of the marina are as pictured. Has a convenient control system by bed that has separate switches for all room lighting. Also controls air conditioner and acts as your alarm. Neat tech if that's your thing. Pictured in review. 2 resteraunts and full service bar. 24 hr room service. Free parking and Wi-Fi.

Professional and courteous staff. Accommodation fitting of a quality hotel, clean and well equipped bedrooms, giving you comfort. Located close to the marina, restaurants, bars, and convenience stores. Parking is limited, but taxis available locally.

We rest at the end of June. The rooms are nice, clean, clean every day. Good mattresses. The room has air conditioning that is adjustable from the remote control. The same remote control adjusts the lighting in the room. Even if the air conditioning is off, the room remains cool. There's a safe. There's a mini fridge. Bath accessories. A kettle, a few tea bags, sugar, coffee and cream, which are updated daily. They also bring 0.5 bottles of drinking water every day. The hotel is perfectly located 10 minutes from the beach, a couple of minutes from the waterfront, where it is pleasant to walk in the evening and look at yachts and skyscrapers. A couple of minutes walk the other way supermarket almaya. There you can buy delicious ready-made hot food, peeled fruit and more, as well as in other supermarkets. A little further than the subway station. Good breakfasts from 6 a. M. To 10:30 a. M. Excursions in the lobby are more expensive than our guide had.
There is a free shuttle to the beach at 10am (plus, minus, exactly the time I don't remember) and a transfer to the Dubai outlet at 09:20am daily.

The food was great and the people their are friendly and welcoming.

Great location only a few minutes walk from the beach over the bridge. The pool area is great, looking across Dubai although a little intimidating with all the other high rise buildings. Food was also good with a good selection of self service items.

Nice hotel, but unfortunately ruined often at night by groups of night workers from Africa that keep shouting all the nights, that prevented me and my family from sleeping properly, not to mention that they keep bothering all the people in the neighborhood without showing any respect whether a person is accompanied by his parents or family or not! By offering their services. Their behavior also generate a lot of traffic jam as they block the street which result into an annoying honks by the car drivers, so it's impossible to get a restful sleep, it's shameful because the hotel is nice with good facilities around…

The staff was very friendly and helpful, cleaned every day, the rooftop pool, on the second coastline from the beach.

Inexpensive 5 ☆ Hotel, in a good location, 5 minutes to JBR beach. Breakfast was good and the price was very good.

Great location, not too far from the beach and walking distance from the Dubai Marina — shops are also within walking distance. Nice food & spacious bedrooms, also. The rooftop pool and lounge area is also very nice. It is worth noting that there is a nightclub within the hotel, so noise could be an issue if your room is on a lower floor. In addition, when we stayed there was a substancial deposit that we had to pay for our stay, which we were unaware of prior to arriving, so it's worth checking if this still applies. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

Being in Dubai and not visiting or staying at this place, is honestly a nonsense. A beautiful place.

We stayed in this hotel for a few months. I don't know where the bad reviews come from, but the hotel is super. My husband and I liked everything. The room we had was 824 overlooking the canal. The staff is friendly, cleaned every day. The room was clean and the breakfast was very nice. The beach was very nice. In the evening we walked along the promenade, the scenery of the night is very beautiful, the Marina mall walking not so far, went there and back. The food was good and the price was good. If you come back again, we will choose MARINA builds hotel again.

Very comfortable Hotel, spacious rooms, Wi-Fi, swimming pool, gym and spa… Friendly staff. Great variety Breakfast. And above all with very good location, a five minute walk to the beach! and 2 blocks from the subway.

Strange they don't allow visitors to the room. Wi-Fi is expensive. There are better options in the vicinity.

Hotel clean and modern. It's run by Russians, meaning that there a lot of turists from Russia. Can be noisy because of several bars and disco inside the hotel. Ideally located at the marina.

Staff are very friendly. Rooms are nice enough, and we did get upgrades to a suite… though was a smoking room. Overall good stay and very good location in New Dubai.

The rooms are nice, the interior is all pleasant, not dilapidated. Clean and tidy. The location is good, everything is close by (Metro, Promenade, Beach, Marina Mall). But the breakfasts are bad. There is nothing special. No variety and not particularly tasty. The room was clean and the breakfast was good.

The truth Q quite disappointing.
The rest, x the afternoon/night turn into danceable bowling, dnd up on the 2 * floor you will hear the music x all night.
Meeting place between passengers and prostitution of level. X the morning show of drugged women in wheelchairs. You see Q is normal for the people of the hotel. MUYYYY depressing!

Filipino reception staff are horrible, extremely rude. Totally unprofessional and kinda weird too! I would never go there I would not recommend it due to the staff and the noise.

Great hotel located in the new Dubai Marina area. Air conditioning is available in all rooms. While in the room, the temperature can be adjusted by itself, but once out, the temperature is automatically switched to 21 °c. Food is delicious and varied. The pool is on the roof with a beautiful view.
3 minutes from the hotel is a great supermarket, where there are even Russian products. 7-10 minutes by metro, tram, bus stop, so it is easy to get to any place. Beach in 10-15 minutes, people not so much, probably as now there is a construction of a Ferris wheel and there is no unlimited sea kind.
Overall the best price-quality ratio.

The best location for travel on Metro, walking on a path of millionaires. Many grocery stores and cafes. 15-20 minutes walk to the city hagom calm beach.

The optimal price and great location in Dubai Marina district. Small and cozy hotel but a bit cramped. The breakfasts are ordinary. The staff is quite responsive, but it can not be said about the waitress. Despite some flaws rest was great and nothing spoiled it.
