Excellent place to stay with very reasonable prices. The staff there strives to ensure that you have a pleasant experience. Highly recommended and would be definitely staying with them if I visit Dubai again. Inshallah.

Excellent value for money. First time in Dubai and we weren't going to spend much time in the hotel but instead be out and about sight seeing and shopping. So this was the perfect balance in both location as it was close to the metro, the souks and other attractions, but also perfect in terms of value for the facilities we got in respect to the money we paid. Our studio came with a little kitchenette and a washing machine. Staff were very pleasant and helpful.

We chose this hotel based on the recommendation of a friend who had stayed there last year with his family. Also I found that the online reviews for this property were very good. We are happy we made a good choice and the reviews we read reflected the true picture. We stayed for 8 nights and we enjoyed our stay. The property location is ideal, with excellent connectivity having Burjuman metro station nearby. Also getting a cab is not difficult, we get one as soon as you reach the main road. There are plenty of food options available nearby either eating out or door delivery. Also the hotel service was excellent. Overall it was a very pleasant stay for my family and I have no hesitation in recommending this to my friends and also we too will choose this again if we happen to visit Dubai next. A big thank you to the management of Rose Garden and please keep up the good work!

Great staff, very clean rooms. Upgrading facilities all the time, so now have a bigger TV and brighter lighting than 4 months ago. Good Wi-Fi signalWell, download 138Mbps, upload 23Mbps. Well equipped kitchen, washing machine and dishwasher, free tea and coffee, with sugar and cream. Very quiet area, 5 minutes walk to shopping mall, buses and trains. A great place to stay.

I used to stay at Rose Garden — Barsha and this is first time stayed at Rose Garden — near Burjuman. We booked a Studio and a one-bedroom apartment for nine nights for a family outing. Check-in was bit hapazard as one of the two rooms was ready. However it was done quickly. Housekeeping should be more improved. Curtains, waste drain had to be attended after we checked-in. Dustbin was not available in the rooms. Air-conditioning was far from satisfactory as controls were not working properly. I rented a SUV during my stay. I found ramp to basement garage to be extremely constricted and uncomfortable. There was no welcome fruit basket as advertised, although it’s not a significant issue. But refills were not made for tea, coffee and sugar as used to be done at Barsha. Otherwise service was prompt and very courteous.

This place is great! We are very happy with our stay. You have everything you need, its very very very clean, comfortable and peaceful, its great location and close to metro. Great for families! Would definetely stay here again!

Obsolete. Although the rooms are spacious and do not miss anything, I do not recommend it to Italian guests.

Good hotel apartments for families. Near metro station and Burjuman mall. Near and clean with friendly staff.

Friendly staff who were so accommodating. Clean, great value. But the real advantage of this hotel is the location. It's a 2 minute walk to the metro and to a huge shopping mall Smaller local shops and restaurantsall within walking distance. Room decor is a bit outdated but still has everything you could possibly need.

Nice rooms, reserved parking and great location. Front desk staff is very friendly and lots of food options available in nearby places. A value for money family place.

Excellent Hotel for families to stay. We stayed for 6 days in Sep 2017. (2 Adults and 2 kids) Courteous staff, decent atmosphere, nice breakfast. Swimming pool is very well maintained. Rooms are very neat and clean. Cleaned and arranged everyday. Easy access to carrefour mall and Burjuman metro station which made our stay more comfortable. This is just opposite to the backside gate of Burjuman Mall (car parking side)

Stayed here for more than a week. Calm place. Good service. But the access to the under ground parking is very narrow.

Very spacious apartment. Excellent location but furniture is run down. Sofas were full of dust and mattress not very comfortable. For the price it could be considered an average apartment. Nothing good… nothing bad. I wouldn't stay here for the fact that plenty of options are available in same range but newer properties.

We stayed just for a Night only. The location, ambience, rooms etc every this is Perfect. No more to describe. Average.

Great place with proximity to public infrastructure. Burjuman metro station is closer. There is pool ok roof top.

Poor quality Hotel. The staff is not very attentive. … especially those who do not know their language. … avoid booking excursions through the agency present in the reception unreliable… the other negative and that the hotel is located out of the way…

Perfect location in the heart of the city. Walking distance from the metro station and bus stop.

Had a very enjoyable for days. The apartments were clean and very well appointed, although the electronic safe was not fixed down in any way (! ). The local store was adequate for most supplies. Nice and close to the local metro station to the city.
