This is not a hotel but a shed with a bed. Dirty towel rooms no light works closes. Mirrors are not clean bathroom even go there terribly dirty hot water no towels Water from the sink does not go away. They just don't clean the toilet. When you call the front desk to ask why dirty they just had to take 5 stars. This hotel is not even worth 2 stars. Such a bad attitude and dirty hotel saw for the first time in Dubai do not recommend anyone.

The manager malik and the reception talk in a very bad manner and I did a non refundable booking through booking. Com o had to call the hotel for more than 15 times tp check if my booking is ok or not and every time they tell me that they dont have rooms available and go to booking. Very unprofessional and bad attitude and when I told the manager I complained he said I cant do anything for you and its your choice.

They charge well for their business but they served different after booking we booked 6 A/c rooms 1) Two rooms a/c was not working
2) no water bottle served
3) all bathrooms were messy used soaps were lying …
4) no tooth kit in bathroom
5) door bells are not in working condition
6) at anytime fire alarm gets on without any such eventuality
7) no milk for kids
8) kettles are there but no glasses or cups even tea or coffee sachets was not there
9) iron table is there in some rooms but no iron
10) some of the rooms was having wet bathrooms which were leaking whole night
11) Room no. 713 has tripping problem so one can get there mobile chargers burn
No guest slept in that night there because every time it trip so no AC & light I had a worst experience with this hotel will never suggest to any one for sure.

The staff is welcoming but the house keeping is hope less this is how the room was when I came back in the evening. And they kept me waiting till 10.30PM to be able to sleep on a tidied bed.

One of d best hotel at affordable rate. U cn easily roam around for shopping just by walking for maximum 10 min. Al fahidi metro station is just 5 min walking distance. Cheap Food court is at nearby shopping complex. Gym is quite good for workout loving people. Given 4 star just because of repeated menu of breakfast & needed some cleanliness in room due to small insects. Overall good experience.

Well, It is not less than a luxury 5 star. The restaurant here serves DELICIOUS just too must yummy!. I also loved the ambience and room service. The rooms are fantastic, clean nd cozy… there is an awesome swimming pool and a gym too… it is a great fun here for a stay of a week or so… must visit!

We arrived at 6:00 in the morning he was warned he had to give us a room we waited until 12:00 while a lot of customers were leaving. At the entrance a smell of garbage in the hallways smell of mildew. In the room the bed was redone with the same sheet, the carpet very dirty. The bathroom not always all the towels and no slipper and not very clean. We were very badly greeted for the price I think it could do much better so avoid this hotel. The pool bar never opened. The hotel was not as beautiful as the pictures. Hotel to avoid! Se is really not a 4 star I would give it 1 and again.

Raintree Rolla is located in Burj Dubai which is very ideal location to cover all major sites during tour. This hotel is good for Indian tourist as the stay and food facility is good. Shopping malls, veg and non veg restaurants are surrounded in max walkable distance of 8-10 min. The rooms and services are good.

This Hotel was almost 5 star but because of room service I give it a 4. We had 2 rooms one was executive and one was deluxe. Both rooms were huge, Literally huge. The location of the hotel was superb as I am a vegetarian there was a veg restaurant at 1 minute walk. The complementary breakfast was okay. Rest all was good.

Location is great. Eventhough rooms and toilets are big, it might not be a suitable place for cleanliness freaks. Floor carpets were dirty and looked old. Overall experience : Ok place in terms of location and amenities but not worth the money.

We had stayed here from 24th Jan to 30th Jan 2018. We were in a group and had booked 8 rooms. After 2 days of stay, when we returned from shopping, we could not unlock our baggage and found one zip out of the lock. Fortunately, they could not open the baggage. Maybe when they tried to break open the lock forcibly, one zip came out. When we reported the incident at the reception, they said will look into it, but never visited the room. After another 2 days, in another room of our group, they found their baggage cut. Even this incident was reported to the reception, but of no use. They did not show any interest in resolving the issue. Employees here are very negligent and there is no safety for our belongings.

There are not one but many things which can just piss you off here. First of all, The receptionist is very rude and ill hearted. We reached the hotel at 7 am and asked her if she could arrange a room but she said there aren't any vacant and the ideal check in time is 2pm only. I overheard a fellow receptionist telling here there are free rooms we can give them but she said let them wait. The room service was very bad. We never got our complimentary water bottles without calling them up at the reception. One night at 3 am there was a fire alarm and when we rushed down to ask them they said its some technical issue and they are fixing it. Only good thing about this hotel is the area.

All in all a terrible hotel experience. The rooms are poorly maintained. Stains on the floors and walls are commonplace. Not to mention the carpet flooring features an off-putting stench. Pair that with the lingering smell of cigarette smoke, which seems to permeate the building, and you have a winning combination. Also, good luck with charging your electronic devices if they require North American outlets. My room had no outlets, and the hotel itself could not provide any charging adaptors over the course of my 5-day stay. Lastly, did I mention the cockroaches? These unsightly bugs can be found throughout your unit, from the bathroom to beside your bed. The hotel is clearly dealing with a full-blown infestation, I personally saw multiple rooms that were closed or out of service. When I pressed hotel staff about these rooms, they admitted quite readily that pest control was the issue. I would not recommend this "4-star hotel" to any friends, family or random strangers. 0/5. (I officially rated this hotel as 1 star, as that was the allowed minimum. )

We were only in the hotel restaurant on a schedule where there was no one. They opened the kitchen for us without any restriction to choose from the menu, very friendly and helpful. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Very good food. Very nice atmosphere, modern, warm and sober with touches of color.

One of the worst hotel in my life where most of everything is broken. AC was not cold at all, chair was broken, mini fridge was faulty, room was dirty and the whole room was a big mess. Customer service was bad where promises after promises yet fail to delay. Was force to move out to Pullman Hotel which was across the road.

The worst ever hotel and was really wondering how they got rated as 4 star. The Room air conditioning was bad, the room was a joke which is dirty and most of everything wasn't working. Yet averaging per night costing between 350 to 500 Dirham for a standard room. Honestly, avoid this place because you will be fully disappointed.

The rooms are very good but some of the staff doesn't respond properly, and the service is also very bad. Mainly the room service is too bad if u ask for some thing then it would not come in same day it will come on another day and that too by calling them again.

Don't ever visit this hotel if you value your money. The service is pathetic. They call themselves a 3star hotel but are not even worth single star. No proper fixtures in bathroom. You will have to fight to get hot water. If you call room service they will take minimum 20 minutes to come to your room or provide any required thing. No mini bar in room, no black out curtains and the worst part is the pool does not have temperature control and the security person at pool will offend you staring to the core. They even lost my laundry clothes. Pathetic.

It was a nice property. Indian Food was prepared with proper hygiene and tasted very nice. Yellow dal tadka and Indian breads were as nice as they are in India. Today I went to this hotel because I have appointment for interview. I met a lady from HR, Ms. Geeta. I wait for interview almost 2 hour, after that she call me for interview… according to her "she didnt call me, how u come here, you cannot sit here… " I show to her the details about appointment and fon number but reject and express very bad behavior… this is my first experience and I have feeling very bad.

We hosted our daughters birthday in the hotels bollywood restaurant called Banjara… would like to thank all the staff and Mr Nawaz and team for making it so perfect… the food was excellent and the quality of fish and mutton served was up to the mark. The team was very cooperative and put in all their effort to make the day more memorable. Our guests left with some excellent views for the restaurant and we are sure that we will come back again… thank you.

This hotel is never a four star hotel. The carpet was dirty, bathroom also dirty and in need of refurbishment. Breakfast was disgusting. No room service menus in room, I had to ask for one. I waited for 1 hour on roof for a drinks menu. What more can I say, I will never stay at this hotel again.

3 Stars would go on the Location, which is good. Near the Metro Station Al fahidi. Poor housekeeping. Service/Reception could improve. Pool not functional. Insects everywhere in the Room which we stayed due to the bad housekeeping. Breakfast not to recommend, everyday same and not much to choose from. All in One: Good Location!

Reception boys and girls are very helpful and sweet, TV are low life worst TV service ever, room service are very bad and only work at the morning and you have to tell the reception that you need your room cleaned afternoon or the evening time if you want your room cleaned, the only thing room service apply to is (do not disturb) label! (clean my room) is like saying walk by, rooms needs alot of attention, beware of the towels, shisha arabian food city center mall and zoom 24 mini market are very near, the rooms are for sleeping only, the bed is good, Wi-Fi is great. This hotel is absolutely disgusting, stained carpets, mould everywhere and there are hidden charges everywhere. The breakfast is not nice and only went to it once. The bedsheets are stained and housekeeping are a joke. If you pull back the covers there are hairs and blood stains. Carpets has red stains so do the walls near bins. The toilets are dirty and full of hair. Definitely not a 4* hotel I would say it's a 2* at a push.

BE AWARE! The service was horrendous and ruined my first day in Dubai. First, I got to the hotel after check-in and had to wait an additional 45 minutes for the room to be ready after a 13-hour flight. I finally got in at 4:30pm, but the room did not have towels and looked like it was thrown together at the last minute. I called to ask for towels over and over. Every time I called, I was assured that someone would be at my door shortly. At 6pm, I was told that there were no towels and the washing machine is broken. I then decided to go to a different hotel so I could get ready for my 8pm dinner meeting, but was told that I had to wait for the manager who never came. Apparently he was “at a meeting” at 6:30pm on a Thursday. After wasting additional time waiting for the manager, I asked for a refund and went to a different hotel. It’s been 3 weeks since this incident and I STILL have not received my refund. This is absolutely insane. Save yourself the aggravation, and DO NOT STAY HERE.

I lodged a complaint against this hotel 6 months back, did not hear from them yet so that proves that they do not care about customer satisfaction, my guests were charged hefty amounts of room rents which they did not justified. The rates were too over priced even for the new year.

Room was ok, got some trouble during the checking in, so they gave me a junior suit, which did the job, breakfast was horrible, so we decided the rest of the stay to enjoy breakfast outside the hotel, and lost the paid cost for the room with breakfast, clean hotel, small pool cannot fit more than three medium-sized families.

We did enjoy our stay at your hotel for almost 9 days with my family in room no. 411& 317 that was end of last december2014 to early january 2015. And we are planing to come again and stay rolla raintree hotel on december 2015 for holidays.

Arrived at 5am so couldn't check in until 2pm. Concierge was very helpful and lent us some metro cards. Room checkin was a little troublesome but we got there in the end. Rooms were well equipped and nice. Rooftop pool was pretty well useless due to heat but the gym was available. Location of this hotel is excellent as it is next to the airport but that's about it. Although there is a large mall within 10mins walk. Not a lot happening in the old town so if we were to visit Dubai again, would stay nearer to the the burj kalifa.

The worst hotel i've ever stayed. I had a hard time check in (took approx 3 hrs) and the staff didn't have an idea what was going on. The electronic key to the room wouldn't work and the staff refused to mention when I checked in. I had to ask them many times to tell me the truth that the keys were not working. The room boy has to go every room to open the door with a master key when it needed. Also there was no help when I asked to check out and needed someone to carry my luggage. I was charged for breakfast and took 20 mins to check out because of the miscommunication between the staff.

Nice hotel shame about the mould smell in the rooms. I left and wouldn't recommend staying there unless they have done something about it. Shame though as the staff were lovely.

It could be better but it's good. My room is close to the keepers access door so when they come out to clean the floor I can ear all the noise.

Its not a four star, it almost three. Overall place is good from accessibility point of view. You have metro at 400m and Deira City Center right in front. The towels were pathetic and I dont expect hotel to have heavily used towel with thread coming out, hanging in the washroom. The cleaning is not too good, towel changing, floor mat were rarely replaced. Overall stay was average.
