There is no parking space avlb, but over the phone, they are telling yes, available… also room aircon control with receiption, everytime when we want to adjust, cwe have to call receiption to control the temperatures.

The Hotel is good, very affordable price, the reception girl is very helpful, I will come back for sure. the helper was also helping me to find a parking for my car which was really appreciated. Thank you for all the team,

The place is good. The dance bar is closed almost a year ago. So that problem is solved. The staff is good. Rooms are big and are pretty decent.

The hotel is located in very good area. The hotel is good and well known by travellers and many of the tourists books online the rooms to spend their valuable time while in Dubai.

Budget hotel Located on mankhool st. In bur Dubai. Breakfast is good sometimes Lazy restaurant staff but housekeeping people are good. Make sure to get own bathroom kit or else they charge you a lot of money for small things including water. Make sure to carry some money at the time of check in which are called T. D. Make sure to do prior reservations. Though I did not have a good experience but I am giving 3 starts is because it's close to Airport and Al fahidi metro station is close by and lot of shops are nearby. I like your rooms by the way☺

Good location. Old building. Average reception.

Was a good stay, nice air-conditioned and spacious room. Reception staff were helpful. It's very far from all the places of interest in the city but I was okay with that because of the price. Was a bit disappointed that the restaurant and bar were closed for maintenance apart from that no complaints. I will consider staying here again when I come back to Dubai.

Rushed me twice before check out… many issues with two rooms during my stay. The manger was very helpful though.

The 4 Star is just for the Location. Just next to Union Metro Station.

Amazing experience during the stay. We'll maintained hotel and staff were very kind and humble. Great location too as you can walk to nearby malls and plethora of restaurants.

Stayed there for 4 nights. Breakfast options are very good. Receptionist (Jennie) and bell boy (NIZAM) is very nice and friendly. Over all very satisfied with great customer service. Value for money. Its a two star hotel. Now clean no alcohol. Next to al fahidi metro. Value for money.

Stayed there for 4 nights. Very nice and friendly staff. Clean rooms. Room service is great. Breakfast options are very good according to a 2 star hotel. General Manager is very nice and friendly. Over all very satisfied with great customer service.

The hotel in last moment return money after reservation and increase the price double! I had no choice and pay extra 230 usd to same room. Nobody care about that situation. After the arrival the duty manager do not respond on request about providing invoice for new amount though the payment with double price was already withdraw from banking card. Waiting 3 days. Also hotel not slow to bring drinks and foods.

Good hotel located centre of the city, u can find many restaurants, metro station, different shopping malls on walking distance. Good location for those who like the crowded place. Only bad thing for this hotel is you can't bring food from outside restaurants. Staff are very nice, cooperative and polite Hotel neat and clean, air conditioning, warm water all good.

Hotel was somewhat OK as per 2 star category. But the staff has somewhat disappointed (especially the Guy SAJID at reception has a rude behaviour and is more interested in someone's personal life who is staying at the hotel. The Guy bring up with new rules of his own, that two nationalities can't stay together at their hotel, which was bit disappointing. His mental state was not stable I think. You can't bring outside food or drinks at the hotel as per hotel management rule during your stay, which is also a bit disappointing. Rest staff was OK except Sajid whose mental condition was not stable during welcome at hotel Reception… Prefer not to stay here…

Best location Best staff but sadly bar is closed due to new managment, just near to union metro station & bus station, also the tea time opp to this hotel is good for various tea, burgers, juices etc better then mcdonalds.

Bad rooms, average receptionists' hospitality, bad bathrooms. Hot water unavailable, shower not good. Bad view, small balcony.

Rooms are really big, well maintained & well furnished. Staff is very helpful. It was the only peaceful hotel in the entire area at night. The negative point is their breakfast, limited options for vegetarians. So if you don't take breakfast, you will really enjoy your stay here.

A hotel with traces of greatness. Triple. But the room, with a large double bed, with a balcony, is not bad. The main minus is Prokticheski not passing building noise from the building right behind the windows.

Rooms are very spacious n clean with room service available 24x7. Good food at the restaurant and good location. Only walking distance from Metro station.

The first 8 nights were booked, with an average of less than 1500 per night, with breakfast and no free Wi-Fi.
I didn't think it was the best location, the lowest house price, the largest space. It's only 7 minutes from the Green Line 25 metro station, Al FAHIDI, and it's easy to find right next to the main road. There are also two stop signs nearby, easy to take 15 to the bus terminus Al Ghubaibah bus Station. There are also several bus stops next to the MRT station, which can be Rolla bus stop and other 66/67 buses, and can be used to Dubai Outlet Mall is quite convenient for traffic.

Lowest cost hotel in burr Dubai… On walking distance from Meena bazaar. Try to call hotel directly to have good booking offers. (eg. From any hotel booking site u will get offer of 220 aed per day but if u contact hotel directly then u can get offer just in 160 aed) hotel do arrange all Dubai destination tours.

Stayed here with my Family. Fairly a good place for budget Travellers. Very friendly staff, a walking distance to the mall and a metro station.

Stayed there once in 2009. If you're into 1960s era decor, interior doors which don't lock and a sense of shady — this place is for you. The wall mounted air conditioner rattles like a train. If you don't need rest or relaxation, its sure to derive you of sleep. This is one of the more seedy spots in Deira, or it belongs in Deira. Imagine being in the set if Casablanca? Except that ship sailed 60 years ago and left this place in its wake.

Good service every thing are good but need some maintenance in the room like wall colour etc small things. here also one guy his name Mr. Riaz (bell boy) he his a great person coparative and respectable person.

It's a good deal for the price and location. However the building is quite old and the rooms are underwhelming. Cleanliness could improve. There were stains on the bed spread The Wi-Fi only works in the rooms.

I was in room # 301 the view was good the room is wide enough for one person clean enough and room service is good. Nothing to complain.

Average hotel for budjet but neet and clean. Dont expect any frills.

Found cockroaches (staff said since they were cleaning the vents, more cockroaches came out). No parking available. The only upside is that it is near the metro station. Some of the staff is very good the others are horrible. Not recommended for families.

This was where we stayed when we arrived at Dubai last April 2016. It is located a walking distance away from the metro as well as several restaurants and malls. The facilities are fine and would suffice if you're on a tight budget. Their plus factor is the friendliness and helpfulness of most of their staff.

Very big rooms, but very poorly managed. The whole management don't seem to know what's going on. Cleaners clean like they've been forced to do so, leaving walls in bathrooms full of hair, under the seats and beds full of used packs of condoms… Not the best experience. Good facilities but very poorly maintained!

Very convenient location next to Union Metro Station and bus stop. Al Ghurair Mall with Novo Cinemas just across the street. Room was clean and exactly as same as the site pictures. Towels, toiletries provided. Daily housekeeping was great. Friendly and very helpful staff starting from the reception desk. Great value for money. Would recommend for singles as well as families with budget accommodation requirement.

An okay Hotel. Famous for it's pickup bar 'Jockey's which has many working women situated within it.

Been here since 23.04-30.4.2016. The hotel was very clean and the room was not breakfast. Bed and towels were changed every day, even if you didn't throw it on the floor. Good breakfast. The club works downstairs with some music, but it's not disturbing. Near the store, the food, souvenirs, pharmacies, KFS, M Donald's and a pizzeria all in the same building in 30 meters and Metro 300 meters. It's not on the beach. It was important for me to have the subway nearby and the grocery store, and the hotel was not discouraged, but was not advised to pick the map by location. Wi-Fi is free in korilopashh routers. At the entrance of 10 dirhams, they are taken by their own homeland for the night. Some kind of collection.

Tiny rooms, old bed covers. Central A/C (one A/C system supplies all rooms) its either too cold or no cooling at all. At least they have a good Wi-Fi signal in the rooms free of charge. (Panorama Grand requires you to pay extra for room Wi-Fi).

A very good budget hotel located in the heart of Dubai. Reception was very warm and welcoming. Got a standard room with breakfast. All basic needs are provided. Place is very clean. Nearest metro station is just 10 minutes walk away (Al Guhbaiba metro). Unfortunately the night club at ground floor, (which is open between 9:30pm and 3:00 am) is so loud that u can hear the music and feel the vibration at the 6th floor. It is quiet at all other times.

They dont charge for internet anymore.

The hotel was overbooked and we were moved to much worst hotel. Worst expierience ever, do not try to choose that hotel.

Water came hot when its on cold not hotel fault but country is hot. I found bed bugs and black cockroach. Room service was wonderful but could of had flip flop in the bathroom. There was no kettle in room and I was dying for my morning coffee! the night clubs in the hotel disturbed me and another annoying thing was the AC was on high, literally felt like ice, shivering whilst under blanket you can imagine what temp they must of put it, my toes, fingers and nose was cold!

The second worst hotel in my entire life. Dirty rooms, bad smell, the air conditioning cannot be adjusted and the night and raisins cold, the breakfast poor. You don't have free Internet in the room. This hotel is not recommended.

Service is good. But they charging for every thing, like internet and phone calls etc.
