Update your photos… it’s misleading! Restaurant is pathetic, we opted for half board and we were left literally hungry for 2 days! We waited over half an hour for our room to be prepared (beds joined etc) we reached the room and still nothing was done. Cupboards and bathroom are very smelly … no fridge in the room when I called and asked they said no there is … I’m not blind! Waste of time and money … no one come here.

We stayed in the City stay Inn hotel apartments, for a month. Very run down place 1 week in we find out why as its closing. Lots of things disappearing during our stay from the hotel. Check out and forget to empty our freezer, go back then minutes after to find all of our food has been take yet the rest of the room has been untouched. No phone call to ask if we had left our stuff intentionally just taken. Very disgusted, also left my razor in the bathroom but now can't get it back as the place is shutdown. Considering what we paid not a very good standard at all.

Great place at a great price and an unbeatable location! My only concern is that since it's a service apartment, they should clean the kitchen dishes regularly. They only clean it once before a check in.

Staff is very friendly. We found this place on Airbnb. The online pictures showed a luxurious and beautiful place, however; the actual unit they gave us was nothing like the one advertised. Outdated, mold in the bathrooms, and stains everywhere. Big headache for us, specially because we travel with two children. We stayed the first night and left the following day. The area is ok. Nearby grocery stores and pharmacys. We would not return to this property.

We had a two bedroom apartment which was OK and was clean. Not finished very well but was suitable for what we wanted. It was a short walk to the Mall of the emarites and metro but 20-30 mins in a taxi from the airport or downtown. There is a small supermarket very near but there isn't really anything else locally, the pool on the roof was nice and cool in the evening breeze. Hotel staff were attentive and prices were OK for what it was. Two nights for a two bedroom apartment was £250

Good value for money, excellent location, within walking distance of Lulu and Mall of Emirates, provides good underground parking and fast Wi-Fi. My son enjoyed the rooftop pool. Front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. My 2 bedroom apartment was late, the friendly front desk staff gave us a provisional room, but that still bothered my pregnant wife. Overall looks clean but my son's feet were dirty after walking barefoot for an hour inside the apartment. could stay here again knowing what it is like. It is defenetely a 3 star place.

The location of this hotel is excellent. The 2 bedroom apartment that we rented for a night was very spacious and clean. We also tried the 20AED breakfast: it is excellent. They have mostly Indian style dishes, omelette (order it), fruits. Despite all these very positive points, I cannot give more than 3 stars because one of the bathrooms had no hot water (and therefore the bathroom was useless). Hair driers didn't work as well.

It was excellent. The staff is very friendly and cooperating. On the cleanliness I would rate highest. It good value of money. I would love to stay here again. Keep up the good job. You guys rock…

The hotel is located in an ideal location. We are really close to the Dubai mall which is great as it has one of the beat supermarkets. I do prefer it more to the lulu market. The fresh juice there is amazing. A treat which I had every morning with family. To get to other locations does not cost much. To the Emirates mall you looking at 40 dirams and to the airport you looking at 90 dihrams. So regarding the hotel I would say its okay for what it is. I didnt spend much in the hotel. But if I was to suggest any improvements it would be more kitchen utilities. The place kept really clean and fresh towels every day.

Good place to live. Perfect location. Near to mall of the emirates, lulu, and many Desi, local and international resturants. Some of the 1 bedroom apartments are available for sharing. It goes like this; bedroom with attached bath costs 6000 per month which 2 people can occupy max, the hall is total private also with 2 beds each costs 2500 per month.

Oklh 4 me this Hotel ok quiet gd n near to Mall 4 shopping… n food. Sevice gd they clean room everdy very neat. Staff also courtesy. N friend's ly. Next timetI will I suggest plss inform costemer if book single or apartment. Cos adlis they knw the price… 4 stay this Hotel.

Doesn't even deserve one star. I booked guest in this hotel, and I knew it was a mistake from the moment we walked in, added charges not requested in the booking. I booked them for a one bedroom and the hotel apparently had no one bedrooms left so they ended up checking them in to a 2 bedroom apartment and locking the 2nd room's door, which was extremely disrespectful! if you overbooked your 1 bedrooms the least you can do is upgrade. and to top things off although the guests paid in cash, the booking was withdrawn twice from the credit card that was used for the booking. the guest only agreed to continue with the booking because they were exhausted and needed to rest, but this is definitely the last time we will be using this rat hole.

One of the best place in appropriate prices for family and comfortable setup in Al barsha 1, which is behind Mall of Emirates… 5-10 minutes walk (approx). I stayed there with my cousin and his family and it was awesome.

They are always on hand to help you it's a good hotel in close proximity to the Mall of Emirates and Lulu Hypermarket. Rooms get cleaned everyday and you get coffee, teabags and sugar all free of charge whenever you want. I give this hotel 5/5

It is rational and pure simplicity in the dynamics.

We as a group of 19 pax stayed here for 10 nights. First the apartments were very nice, clean and spacious. All of us had no complaints, the perfect location for the Lulu hypermarket and the mall of the Emirates and metro rail. Lebanese restaurant down there, very good and reasonable price. Shuttle also available. Staff were super friendly. I had contact with them months before we arrived. Good communication via email. Mrs. Renuka and crew. We as Curaçao group would definitely recommend this to others. We will return back here when we go back to Dubai.

Very spacious rooms with kitchen washer and dryer etc. The bathrooms and overall cleanliness left a little to be desired but I guess would be typical for a 3 star hotel. We would consider staying here again if we could find a newer room.
