A very nice place and very nice people. Worth the money.

Very unpleasant stay! We were 8 friends in 2 apartments. First there was bad smell in the rooms when we went + the staff was very unfriendly and rude. Second we got double tourist fee that we found out later — 20dhs instead of 10dhs per room. Third and most important in the both rooms they charged us for small Pringles chips box — 10dhs each which we didn’t touch at all but because it was opened it was us that did it. So either they don’t check them every time or the staff is doing this on purpose to take more money from the tourists. Not recommended at all because of this scams.

We were a group of 8 friends staying in two apartments. We actually enjoyed our stay up to check out time if not to take into consideration some missing towels and toilet paper, and not as good bath facilities (weak water flow and not very warm water). Despite this one of the apartments was very spacious, light and clean. But on the check out the hotel charged us for mini bar stuff which we did not touch. What’s worse, they did it for both rooms. That looked like a very cheap trick which helped them earn 20 AED, but fully ruined our impression of the stay. Was it worth it?

Bathrooms were not enough cleaned as well as the hotel service was more than worse. First they wanted to pay the deposit in cash, second next day they started ringing at 11AM to remind us that we need to do the checkout in an hour and third but not last they charged us for things from the mini bar that we even didn't touch. Looks like this is a way how they can take more money from the tourists.

The hotel was nice up to the time for check out. During the checkout they told us that we had eaten the pringles chips in both apartments and we need to pay. We said we haven't and they have to double check. Upon the double check it turned out its only open. We said it's not possible and asked them to bring both. When they brought them to reception, without removing the cap, just by shaking them he said they're open… Clairvoyant or he already knew? It turned out both of them were just open and the little box was full… Who will open a box of chips for 4x the price and take one chips at most… How about in both rooms? Really disappointing scam for a couple of bucks.

The hotel is very nice, it worth. The location is fantastic.

Very friendly staff, the rooms are specious, but one thing is the parkings are tights.

A good hotel close to Emirates mall. It has a nice small pool on the rooftop and the staff is very friendly.

Stayed at the hotel/apartment with my family and we were all appalled by the customer’s service of this place. Do not be deceived by the new and modern type of establishment. The one star given is more than what it deserves. Albeit the location is perfect and within walking distance to the Mall of Emirates but there are other hotels/apartments nearby as well. Would not recommend this place. We stayed in a two bedroom apartment, which was quite spacious. However the sockets were not working perfectly, bed sheets were never replaced (just fitted back to look like they were new), used towels were taken away but never replaced (not really sure the logic in this). We requested towels to be sent one night, despite calling housekeeping several times, it only arrived the morning after. Our toilet tissues were never replaced as well (had to buy some ourselves). Upon checkout, we asked the receptionist which items are usually replaced daily. As expected he answered “toilet amenities, towels and water bottles”. After our complaint that none were actually done, he could not give us an answer. May I also add, the breakfast buffet was absolutely pathetic. It was not worth the stars that are given to the hotel and the price we paid. Thankfully Mall of Emirates was just nearby for us to get breakfast.

Rooms are ok but services not super ok. There were only 1 bathrobe and towel in a double room. Breakfast, we were served old refried hotdogs and chicken nuggets. There's only cereals and those to choose from. Oh, plus the Indian nuggets I dont know what it's called. Juices seem to be there for so long. They look days old. We just settled for the ordered omelette. They asked if we wanted mushrooms with it. It was hard to know as they were so tiny to even taste and see. Swimming pool needs more cleaning. There are black dirt on the tiles. No valet parking shame it looked a bit good from the lobby.

Decent place to stay when you visit dubai with affordable price. Equiped with kitchen set, Wi-Fi, not far from emirates mall, jumaerah, dubai mall, and many interesting place.

Good value for money, food is nice, superb locality, easy availability of taxis, can order food from outside too. Negatives are smallish rooms and erratic room service. Something of a 3 star hotel.

Been staying here for a month. Always clean and very friendly and helpful staff.

Very Good location. Near to Emirates Mall and Metro to access all site seeing places. Spacious apartment is very huge and good for family. Free Internet is available in the room even all public area of the hotel. Roof top pool with Jacuzzi is good choice to enjoy with kids. Overall good place to stay. Will recommend our friends and family.

Great place in one word, Rooms are very spacious well lit, space is one of the criteria which one would admire, rooms are well equipped with the modern day amenities and kitchen equipment's. Staff is very welcoming and look after your needs well, location is ideal for shopping right next to Mall of the Emirates. Would be visiting again.

Very friendly and help full staff, large &clean comfortable apartment, very nice rooftop pool. Location is very good next to mall of the emirates and many restaurants and supermarkets. Staff are courteous and helpful. Very nice to staying place for families.
