The Holiday Inn Al Barsha is my home away from home. Staff are excellent. The restaurant are excellent. The location of the hotel is perfect. Transportation is very easy to get around the city.

Friendly and helpful staff at Just not far from Emirates Mall, Highly recommended. Try Noodle pad thai so delicious! The Lady is so help-full the thai Lady Ms. Nadya, shailene, Genika (Filipino), and the entire the team are just sooo friendly So much to choose from so need to go back and try some more dishes. The starters and satay were really yummy. Very good service! Highly recommend if you are Thai food lover! Pass by the Royal Buddha at Holiday Inn Al — Barsha, Dubai!

I didn't like it. Very cold and damp in the room. While the air conditioning was turned off. Underwear has dried up for 2 days.

Terrible hospitality, staff was super rude, namely Ms. Regina n Patricia in bodega garage pub… I was feeling like I m in a roadside shop. Even the hospitality there is 1000 times better… it was my 3rd n the last visit to this place. Upon complaining to Manager Ryan about their rude behaviour, he was of the view that it is Thursday night, as a result quality service cannot be assured off, wow… the holy crap logic.

Very convenient location of the hotel. It's very close to Mall of the Emirates. The staff is very courteous and rooms are very comfortable. At the backside of the hotel, one can find many restaurants and eateries as per his taste. Taxis are readily available at the gate. However, if none wants to enjoy journey by Dubai Metro, then Mall of the Emirates is the nearest Metro Station.

Was there for business, so only a few nights. Conveniently located a short walk from the Dubai Metro and the Mall of Dubai is a modern, comfortable Holiday Inn. A choice of restaurants for dinner, or the nearby mall has a give choice. The swimming pool on the roof is smallish, but a nice place to just freshen up quickly. Staff were friendly. I'll stay again.

Its location has many advantages. It's walking distance from Mall of Emirates and the metro station is five minutes away. It has a variety of restaurants around it. The hotel offers an amazing spread of breakfast. The staff is extremely courteous n hospitable. The room is spacious n gets a lot of light. It's clean n always smells good. Room service is quick.

One of the better hotels I've recently stayed in dubai, firstly the reception staff is great the Pakistani guy named israr was amazing as he not only upgraded me but was helpful with directions what to do where to go etc. The room was super as the executive suites are situated for least noise etc I couldn't hear a single car from the very busy Sheikh road and the breakfast was top quality offering every thing for every one including fruit etc the location to the metro and Emirates mall was a huge plus. The only incident I can remember was once in the middle of the night there was a false fire alarm which was deafening and a scare in the middle of the night but other than that this was truly a 5 star stay at a 4.5 star property.

Great quality rooms. Spacious. Delicious breakfast and lots to choose from in buffet. All staff very friendly and greeted us when passing. We wanted twin beds but got a king size, however in the blink of an eye a single was delivered and made up. Walking distance to Mall of Emirates.

Comfortable, excellent breakfast and close to a shopping center!

I had a very good stay at Holiday Inn Dubai. The rooms are quite spacious, the staff supportive and very well and neat arrangement overall. It has a swimming pool on the rooftop and a well equipped Gym, Sauna as well. The restaurant here offers probably the best food in Dubai.

I visited only once for parlour inside the hotel. Pedicure and Manicure with foot spa price is highly effective and the service is good. Can't recommend for any other service.

Best service of any IHG property I have stayed at and I'm guessing I've stayed in close to 200+ all over the world. Front desk is extremely helpful and pleasant, rooms clean and updated and the hotel is modern and very safe. I highly recommend!

I had a corner room and it wad exactly the same as shown in pics. Very large and comfortable. Excellent sound insulation, Air conditioning, spacious bathroom, clean towels and bedsheets, excellent in room lighting, smiling and helpful staff and an amazing breakfast. Different items every time — Indian, Thai and Western. Chef takes regular rounds and I found him very courteous and helpful.
Now the things, if I must, for improvement…
1. The bath tub is too high. A 5ft 6in average height person, has to be very careful getting out of the tub. A step will help.
2. The old LG LCD TV in the genertion of LED and OLED is dated. That too in Dubai, one expect latest TV atleast.
3. The LED lights in reception and bathrooms is way too, cannt say dim, but way thin light. Somehow the LED lights dont make one feel energetic.

This property sited close to the the railway hub, so if you want to explore the city, go shop or else you don't need to worry about your transportation. You Will have a great breakfast ini this hotel and they served something specialized for specialized occasion. 15-25minutes to airport. 5minutes walk to the shopping mall. It worth to try.

Very nice hotel in the best location with very good connection to the Metro. Great rooms, great breakfast and very nice and helpful staff. Especially worth mentioning is the Xennya Rooftopbar, which has a great view of the Burj Al Arab. I really can't recommend this hotel to anyone!

It is very clean and welcoming. The ambience is five star quality. There is a lot going on in the lobby but everyone is so helpful. There are several, delectable dining options and the entertainment is great. Check it out, it will be worth your while.

What an amazing stay in one of the most beautiful places. The staff are amazingly friendly and willing to assist with patience and kindness. I would most definitely use their services again in the future as it was an experience to be lived again. Thank you.

Room was very clean and spacious. All the necessities provided. Slept in a triple room but the third bed was a little bit too hard. Other than that, it’s comfortable enough. Breakfast buffet was really good with lots of food choices and live eggs station. Rooftop Swimming pool, gym and sauna were available. Location of hotel walkable distance to mall of emirates and nearby grocery stores were within proximity.

The experience at Gharana this time was excellent. The food, the service and the atmosphere all met our expectations. The melodious songs by the Gazal singers is the reason for us to come back to this place over and over again. Just love the atmosphere at this place.

What a fantastic place to start our holiday friendly and most helpful staff room is awesome as is the breakfast highly recommend.

Plus: close to mall of the emirates (but several hotels are closer), next to Sheikh Zayed Rd (albeit some might not like the noise). Minus: Overpriced Asian restaurant, the food in my standard Asian lunch joint in Texas is equally good but a fraction of the price Room 538 in bad shape: Shower is only a sad rinse without power. TV makes strange sound when switched on. Hairdryer is blowing a light breeze, no power as well. These things do not happen in better Hotels. Vast amount of staff standing around in the lobby without any visible function or task. Breakfast servers are slow. Needless to say that this was my last (second) stay.

To flee! I strongly advise against this pseudo hotel. Arrived at the hotel after a trip of more than 12 hours, we discover with amazement our room for 2 people while we have reserved and paid a family room for 4 people for a month! It was almost 10:00 p. M. That the staff went to relocate camp beds, from the great to whatever, never before seen. We ask why our room is not ready and that we paid a room for 4 and not for 2, we are told that everything is complete! So I slept with my two 8-and 4-year-olds on a bed for 2 and my husband on a bed of camps. I specify that the bathroom does not even have a banal hair dryer even in 2016! And unlike the pictures that are deceptive the rooms are not clean, it's quite dated.
