Review of Ajman Saray, a Luxury Collection Resort, Ajman 5*

Recently we had an event on 8th May 2023 in AJMAN SARAY and had the worst experience ever there management waiters all team and chef all was zero. All were rude tired unprofessional unexperienced. The time of paying money they seem to be too nice but on the day of the event no one was there to help out woth anything. The AIR CONDITIONER was not working all the guests and bride and groom were sweating. The bride room doesn't have key sink was not working. No cleaning was going around when ask the cleaner on face refused… the waiters were not active at all they were not removing dirty plates at all from the guest tables. The staff was not helpful the stuff was not available in the buffet time they were too lazy. Buffet was not organised well it was actually not worth a five star hotel it was a ZERO. The food was jot provided cooked for our guest by the chef. They took all payment and cooked food for 50 to 60 people… they were no staff at all to handle anything no one was taking responsibility. Rozan who deal with us from beginning was off and not replying. After giving soo many complains. She didn't care. She simply answer me to go reception and talk about complains. It was horrible experience. I will never ever come again there for an event neither ask anyone to do sooo… Will review it everywhere… from all people I know… I don't want anyone to go through what I did… They didnot prepare according to the paid guest the food … it was soo little cooked that they were so confused… at dinner… Our day was horrible and ruined in ajman saray we were embarrassed in front of our precious guest. You all will go on and carry on with your zero services… and taking all payments from clients. Before event and then leave everything…
