Had a great time & actually won some money. We always order room service. We are not big eaters so did not dine out this time. The food is great. R & I have to split everything. If not we have way to much food left over.

We love it here. Pet friendly. Super comfortable beds. Bathrooms have separate shower and Soaking tub! a great place to stop!

Had a good time. The games were fun. The place is very beautiful.

Love this place! Most of the dealers are awesome could use more staff in the waitressing department. Sometimes long wait to get a beverage. But will for sure keep coming back! Another birthday celebrating here.

I love their buffet. The food is always fresh & delicious! One of my favorites is the shrimp chowder… of course, you gotta have cornbread to crumble in it! Yummy!

Amazing staff, clean rooms and fun games.

The day didn't even begin very well. When we pulled in to the valet area, there were no valets around, so we went into the parking garage, and when we exited our car got blasted with a very powerful smell of marijuana that a group of guys were smoking just a few cars from us in the parking garage, and they made no effort to even try and hide it. I can't speak about the hotel portion, but the casino part, very unfriendly staff at the players club. No greetings or smiles from either attendant. They actually gave us the impression they would rather be anywhere but there.

Wonderful rooms and a very kind and dedicated staff. And they take dogs! A great place to stay, gamble and enjoy good food.

All it takes is the Supervisor Cedric (I believe to be his name) to ruin an already losing at the slots (approximately $1000) experience. This man & Supervisor of the brunch on that dreadful day came to my table with the head of Security to inform me that I needed to leave because I had been there over an hour and my time was up. I arrived a little after 11 am and it was shortly after 12 sometime. It completely ruined my stay at the hotel which was excellent but to be treated like an outcast an unwelcomed guest at the Buffet was uncalled for.

Stayed in a suite on the 18th floor this weekend. Very very pleased. It was so nice and cleaned. The room looked like it came straight out the movies. It was so extravagant. Everything was perfect. King size bed, pull out couch bed, Jacuzzi tub large shower. It made us feel right at home. Will definitely stay there again.

We ate at the buffet. It was seafood night, and the choices were really good but the food wasn't that good. The best part was the salad. Now that's where you have a tremendous choice to choose. Their ranch dressing was especially good. The casino was fun, easy to find a slot machine, but the cocktail waitresses were no where to be found.

It was a beautiful hotel with an exceptional room and we were able to get a great price. Numerous slots and tables. All was great except the meal service. Stood in line and finally gave up for the buffet. Three employees there who never acknowledged the long line or lack of movement. When we went to the cafe, no one ever available to seat us. Two employees walked by without even a glance. We went ahead and seated ourselves at the noodle bar and had a great meal.

Always hit a few hundred here on the $5 penny machines. Elegant environment, full buffet, and love the casual restaurant by the entrance for sweets and burgers. They even have a noodle bar which is authentic and delicious. Easy parking. If you stay in the hotel, take a walk across the street to Fully Stacked for pizza or Nicky's for frozen margaritas.

Didn't stay in Hotel this time, but normally have. Good quality for the price. Service was good overall very friendly staff. Only had one instance where the drink girl didn't seem too happy. My girlfriend asked what drinks were good and her reply was "I don't drink" and no real suggestions on what to get. Other than that was good and will be back.

The buffet was a really big let down. The server was nice and did a great job but the food was totally mediocre — on par for Golden Corral! No joke. I wouldn't recommend it at all unless you were comp'd a meal. The desserts we're all excellent on the other hand, but not worth $24 a person.

Located in the center of downtown and across the river from Bossier, this Resort and Casino has everything that you could really ask for. They have incredible gaming we are winning is not as hard as you might think and impeccable service and staff that really make you feel at home and are accommodating and every way possible. I would definitely recommend staying here checking it out for yourself and just kicking back relaxing and having a good time.

The services was bad. The birthday girl got her food last and everyone else was finish with their food. The food was cold when it came to the table. Fire the cooks, because the food wasn't season. I know this place been open for a month. So I hope this review help the owner do better. If not this place will be closed before this year is over. Unhappy customers.

Its ok, but when my husband lost his phone, I asked to speak to security about looking on cameras and he told me they dont do that and that they arent responsible for lost or stolen items. We found it, no thanks to them, but it worried us for too long. Why expect someone to drop hundreds or thousands of $$$ on your machines if you cant somewhat ensure that if they accidently lost a phone or wallet, you could help them find it? Sams town is still better. … Valet didnt have anyone in the office to receive the tickets and due to bell hops being in short supply, we had to wait 20 minutes for a valet attendant to load another customers car before we got our car. Your customer service leaves a lot to be desired.
On a good note, the 2 girls who dealed the 3 card Flop Poker table were awesome when we played.

Good atmosphere. Comfortable seats in casino. The buffet is awesome! Gift shop is nice. And you can earn free rooms Buffets and gifts with your players card.

It's very small and smells. Much tobacco.

Average casino. Not enough tables open when we were there. Training a new dealer during a peak (Cinco De Mayo @ night). Atmosphere is a little dated. Had one awesome dealer. Hotel accommodations were good. Can't say anything too bad about the place, but nothing differentiating it from any other Shreveport casino.

One of my favorite casinos in Shreveport. The air isn't clogged with smoke like some of the others. Might not pay out as much on the slot machines but the atmosphere is great. The drinks were also mixed to perfection.

It has very good location and free parking. It is a very large and elegant place has a restaurant that offers very rich dishes and your casino is good.

This place is the BEST buffet EVER! The food, the staff, even the guests were all courteous and polite and caring. I had a wonderful time. The snow crabs (with the hot drawn butter) were excellent. I feasted on them until I could eat no more and I topped my meal off with cheesecake and truffles. What a buffet.

Best casino buffet. Delicious! The casino is good though it's hard to get a drink. The waitress never comes by. When I am gambling and spending money? I expect to get a few free drinks especially when I ALWAYS tip well!

Lots of shops, deli's and restaurants to choose from. Everything ive had has been good. Multiple levels of gaming. I rarely have good luck gambling here. But, its really nice and close to a bunch of cool things to do within walking distance. Aquarium, sci-port, gardens on the red, etc.

Best place to enjoy, any of listed. Gambling, shopping, night out at Celebrity, great ball room, best accommodations for whatever your pleasure. Awesome staff, from house keeping to hosts. Clean establishment, great food. Steakhouse is unforgettable, the buffet serves everything imaginable. Great place to get away and enjoy great atmosphere.

My husband and I didn’t want to wait an hour for the buffet to open so we ate at The Sportsman Paradise Cafe. The Chicken gumbo was yummy! We definitely will be eating here again! The food was delicious and prices were reasonable!

Nice atmosphere and lighting. Very clean. Casino of choice for my family. Elevator and escalator access really helpful for the elderly and disabled. Enjoy dining at the cafe and buffet. Dinner buffet has daily themes which are the best. Buffet is not the "world" style as many other casinos do. Down home cajun cooking, soul food, and seafood make the Eldorado our choice.

It was a really cool casino. It has three levels of machines, tables, and other games. I wanted to go to the club, but they were charging gentleman a $5 cover. I think it was ludicrous because the bad did sound good. I they were covering the top 40 songs and they club was full of older adults. It look really lame, and considering that I love out of town and from a large city with a vibrant nightlife, the cover for such a boring establishment seem a little to extreme. All I wanted to do was listen to music and drink. I would have spent a lot more if I didn't have to pay a cover.

For the price this is a great hotel. The staff is very friendly. I ate at the sportsman cafe and the food was good. (Nothing special) room service was quick. There's plenty of parking that is easily accessible through a catwalk from the hotel. Valet is also provided. The rooms are clean and there is a shower and large garden tub with plenty of hot water. The tub fills up In 2 minutes, which is impressive. All in all there is imperfections but good hotel.

We like the stay, rooms pretty good, appreciate host services. Buffet needs different options daily, I'm limited with food options by fourth day, Got very I'll after dinner. Love the hotel casino design. Very disappointed and down right disgusted with casino for both self and husband, may not return. Some staff through out entire hotel/casino expierence very nice, others very limited with verbal or facial affect communication.

I stayed 2 nights, did not play in the casino. The staff was very nice and helpful, the rooms were clean, and we were not bothered at all. I am pleased with the service and will return, however the lower floors need a little more maintenance with so much traffic.

The $7.77 steak dinner is not to be missed. It is cooked well but it is only a 6oz thin cut. The daily made desserts are delicious, but I thought their key lime was missing something. This is at their sportsman's restaurant down stairs near check in. I have not had the buffet or steak house yet. The casino is impressive enough, but I am not a rich man and I like $5 blackjack and all they have is $10 min. Overall the place feels really clean.

Enjoy myself everytime I visit this casino. My favorite place to gamble. First time on the card table and played a game called Flop and let's just say "Straight" was my best friend of the night. The drinks were better this time than the last time I was there. The dealers were very friendly and helpful. Can't wait to visit again.

Brought my friend to celebrate her birthday. This casino had everything. We played a few machines, then wanted to do something else. They had a very nice dance club so we went there since Friday was free for ladies. We plan to go back. Hopefully we can get a room IN the hotel next time so we can enjoy all of the perks.

I've only experienced the bar and buffet. The drinks at the bar are a bit pricey, but the bartenders seem to know how to mix good drinks. The buffet is amazing, great food for a low price. I went in uniform and it was only $7.00 for all you could eat. I'd recommend it to many of my friends.

I would have given it 4 stars but having called multiple times to receive room service, I was disappointed in not having anyone answer or return my call. The food is excellent but the service not so much. What's the point of a 24 hour room service if it's not 24 hours. Other than calling room service and never getting an answer the stay was pleasant. Would definitely love to come back again to enjoy the casino.

If you are a gambler they have single deck blackjack and great craps action. The restaurant's inside the casino are top notch the Vintage is a great steak house and the Sportsman has some of the best Chinese food ever. Always a fun place to go.

The hotel and casino was nice. The staff was nice and the room was clean. I would highly recommend the property if you want to be at a casino. The casino had a lot of tables open and a decent poker room.

Went to play some slots and have a drink. As always, the setting is decent and it's a nice spot. This time it took a while for any of the waitresses to acknowledge our presence. We had to ask the guy walking around with cash if he could ask one of the waitresses, which he did. It usually isn't like that, so I'll give them 4 stars.

Rooms were big but could use some TLC. Beds were comfortable but our sheets seemed dirty upon arrival and on the last day we had possibly a bed bug come out of one of our beds. Staff was nice when informed and called someone to come take a look. Besides our bedding not clean we also had stinky towels and a dirty earring left in our bathroom Yuck! We got a cheap price on our room not worth it at full price. Downstairs was impressive but no breakfast to go for the busy guests.

Very clean hotel, nice restaurants although very overpriced. However great service from the steakhouse. The biggest problems I had was the casino employees, mainly the dealers. I played at many table games all night and ALL of the dealers have the personalites of wet mops and we're just plain rude. They acted like they just didn't want to be there. Table games are supposed to be fun, but that was not the case with rude dealers that apparently have been doing anything else. And the floor supervisors were not much better. They did not even ask for my players card and I bought in for a couple thousand dollars at one table table alone. And getting drinks from the servers was impossible. I was a dealer myself about 18 years ago and we always strived to make sure the players were having fun. The dealers here could care less it seems. They have a great looking casino, one of the best looking and cleanest in town so you would think they would like working there, but it seems they do not by their attitudes. Maybe they should consider all of this when complaining about the toke rate, or just find another job. The only great thing about our stay was the great room, although their television service was pretty bad and kept freezing constantly. But the comfort of the bed and nice bathroom made up for that a little. And the steakhouse food was really amazing, although highly overpriced. 4 people having steaks, no alcohol. At a cost of $250 with tip.

Very nice rooms, but starting to show the signs of age. Service at the front desk and in the casino was good, but lackluster at the lobby coffee shop (terrible coffee too). Second time staying here, but not quite as impressive this visit as it had been in the past. I no longer feel the premium price vs. Nearby properties is warranted. Large casino floors and plenty of good games though. Nice casino bar.

I have multiple reviews and stays at Eldorado. This most recent trip, I did not stay at the casino. I visited the casino and stayed at another hotel. The service I did receive and encounter at the casino was nice, nothing special this trip. I did eat at the Sportsman Cafe and it is always good. The service has a tendency to be slow during peak dinner times but I was a party of 1 and it was super fast.

No complaints from me! Good location near Festival Plaza with several other casinos nearby. Lots of parking across the street, beautiful entrance. Fun, fun, fun when you're winning!

Went for buffet, not to please with operation and food. Always luv to go there when I save money, but waiting an hr to get seated and not have good food. Just because all you can eat crab legs gets in the doors, doesn't mean you can't supply other good foods. Comparing to other boat buffets El Dorado drop to the bottom of list. Sorry wish I had something better to say.

They have good lit parking. Covered walkway into the building. They have a very nice nightclub. All the restaurants are amazing. The service is always amazing. Eldorado is right next to the red river district, which has several restaurants in it, a coffee shop and a small bar.

Sportsman's Paradise is a fantastic place to catch the game. Lots of good screens & some screens at the tables. The food is good, too. Cool & comforting decor. Nice place. Nice & helpful staff, as well. Nice, clean, & spacious restrooms.

The hotel was having a sale so we got a deal on our room. Everything was nice we had a walk in shower anf garden tub. It took us a minute to figure out the hotel with the card. The staff was friendly and the casino part was cool, we won some money.

Plenty of room to breathe. Great table games with really wonderful dealers. Gave our whole party complimentary champagne buffets. Comfortable atmosphere. Love the ballroom feel and lighting. Definitely a new go-to.

We always enjoy staying here when we like to gamble. Clean rooms, good food in the cafes, and the fun of gambling all in one place. The price is really good and definitely worth it.

We spent the weekend here and really enjoyed ourselves! The people that work here we're super nice and helped us anytime we needed it. We had an event there downstairs and it was wonderful. There was live music and cold drinks at the bar so yes we had a really good time!

Everything was good except the buffet. An hour before closing and it was difficult to get some items. No ham and when they did bring one out it was burnt and dried out. No before items at all. Salad selection was good. Desserts run of the mill — had to wait until someone would get items from a display case. Ice cream was runny and only had chocolate. The casino was nice. I am.

Nice hotel though somewhat dated. The rooms are spacious and clean, bathrooms large and functional with separate shower and large tub. The walls are paper thin so if you've got someone even slightly noisy next door, you're gonna hear them. There's a spa but no pool. The air conditioning chillers work well but leave the air somewhat humid. Staff were friendly and courteous, parking is easily accessible and not too far from the main elevator lobby. We were able to check in early with no problems.

Visited 3 times now, Best table games in town. 2nd best poker room. Best comps! ONLY PAI GOW table in town. Rooms are nice but not "4 Diamond" — wallpaper pealing in guest room's bathrooms around tub & shower. 4 pillows per bed, but pillows have odd bean bag like lumps in the corners — oowh… New Tournament Director is weak! comes by table before game and says we're starting 15 late, so 6 regulars have time to show up. A player, that was on time, says that's not fair to those that come and are ready, and wants to start… TD says, Yea I can do that and put all 10 of you on one table start and then when they come break up the table… POOR response — he basically said, I'm going to preserve the late players chip stacks and punish those that are here on time and shuffle you around. POOR TD… Leave the tables at 5 players each and drain the late players chip stacks for being late. Simple and effective…

Great stay as always! Very nice, spacious rooms and bathroom. Comfy bed and pillows and nice view of the other casinos and Red River. Always stay here when I come to Shreveport.

Free self parking which has easy access. Horrible selection of table games, and almost every single one is a $10 min bet. Poker room is only 6 table with nothing but guys sitting there for 6 hours with big money so don't expect to play unless you're a local or have a huge cash stack. The only saving grace is the room quality. But a deeper looks just screams bad casino cover up. The staff is horribly rude. Everyone was more concerned with their cell phone conversation or bullshitting with other staff than answering a question. The valet takes forever and the wait staff in the restaurant just shuffle you along like cattle. Sad to say I went an hour out of my way on a road trip to stay here. Definitely not worth the cost or headache.

As far as rooms go, these are the best in the area! Amazing hotel staff from check-in to guest services to check-out… Friendly, professional, AWESOME! Only disappointment was in Casino Players Club, Club Eldorado. No staff after 12 pm at Club Courtesy Counter and cashier cage staff was unwelcoming and unhelpful in regards to questions and players card needs. Top Notch Experience until we reached the cashier cage downstairs but, one floor up and the young lady at the cashier cage was more than accommodating.

I was parked in the valet making reservations to use 2 of my comps Sun. June 12, 2016 and Mon. June 13, 2016. It only took her 10 minutes to do the reservations for me. Valet were quick and to get my car. I was allowed to come in and check in. They were real quick and very helpful with answering our questions. The room was on the 14th floor right by the elevated. Didn't really like being that close to the elevator walkway because we heard people all day and night, the housekeeping services up and down the hallways. We would always hear people at our door and then go in their rooms. The rooms were very clean and nice and smelled really good. The only thing we were missing was a microwave though. But room service came by and asked did we need anything and of course we needed towels she was very nice and came back quickly.

I went to play the slot machines. My friend and I had some fun. The place itself was pretty clean. The waitresses were a bit hard to look at. But I suppose a few beers can fix that. Anyway, cool place. Will probably go back one of these days.

They stay is awesome. We love that we were able to bring our dog for no extra chsrges. Some dealer's were pretty rude and unwelcoming and the card tables though.

Location is in a great spot with free self parking. I went for a friend's 21st birthday. Did a bit of gambling and that was all. They enjoyed the drinks and gambling and had a great time. The location is great cause if you get tired of the casino, the bars in downtown Shreveport are in walking distance of a block or 2.

We had brunch at the buffet. Breakfast food iand rolls were hard comma, service was mediocre, selection was good, restaurant was cool, lettuce on salad bar was terrible.

Fancy/Quality place! Great place for a weekend get away. Friendly staff members. The alcohol is expensive but it's a Casino & hotel so expect that!

We came by to have a drink and dance. There was a $5 cover charger to get on the dance floor, which was pretty dumb in my opinion. The layout of the casino made transversing the floors annoying. Lots of young and obnoxious young drunk people. The free Hurricanes were tasty though.

Stayed over the weekend. The hotel rooms were great. All of the dealers at the Casino were nice. The Casino was still a little smokey.

Not long lines for the buffet, which is great, but the seafood buffet was not as good as I've had before. There was plenty of food, but the taste was lacking. The service was very good. The casino was great.

Room was awesome. Super nice and exceptionally clean. Matresses could be a little better but I have a Tempurpedic so nothing compares lol.

This casino is in the top two of Shreveport. Lots of slots. New and old. Plenty of tables. Rooms are nice. Food is good. Staff is pretty nice. It does take too long to check in though. However, not any slower than any other casino.

Had a great time. Stay on the pet floor with our two dogs. The rooms were better than I expected. The food in the café was great. My only complaint would be the mixed drinks were just okay and the beer wasn't very cold, but the waitress gave me some ice to chill the beer more! We will stay there again and would recommend.

I can't really believe that ordinary folks are writing these reviews. My wife and I recently ate there and the food was terrible. Given the way our food was prepared and presented, I can't believe they can cook anything. It was that bad. You will want to avoid this place.

While at wagering on the dice table Thursday 6/05/2014 I had placed a bet on the table and while the deal rolling the dice, I looked down to see that my wager was gone. The dealer and several players confrimed that I had indeed made the bet. They would not pay my wager and told me they had to review the camera to check if the wager had been made. To question my integrity was very hurtful. After more than one hour the shift manager on duty came to me and said they were going to pay me my winnings. He stated that they had been looking at the video of the wrong table. After such a delay and the implied question of my honesty, I asked if he was going to comp me for putting me through such a demeaning experience. He stated in what I considered a harsh tone that I was getting my money and that was it. I have been a customer for several years and being treated like they treated me is very unappreciated. On the bright side, the food and service in the cafe was excellent.

Stayed during new year and had a GREAT time. If you need a host, Linda Mills is as good as it gets! The reservations from our room (on short notice) to the vintage was the best, like always! We usually go once a year to bossier, but we will change our plans from now on. Thanks again Linda for showing us a great time! Your west Texas guy.
