I have never been here didn’t know this place existed to be honest but some how my debit card was charged here thankfully I was able to short it out with the bank but this place apparently didn’t even find the transaction and didn’t even care cause I got my money back.

Upon arrival we were told we had to pay $50 per pet. We explained to the owner that we were not suppose to be charged due to a mandatory evacuation for our area (Hurricane Laura). He stated that we still owed because he did not follow this protocol. He even stated we would have to pay $50 EVERY 7 days even though we were displaced!
Prior to booking we were told breakfast was served. When we arrived we were told it would be in a paper bag due to COVID-19, which we completely understood. The next morning we went for breakfast and were told they had decided they were no longer going to serve breakfast!
These two things combined with HORRIBLE Wi-Fi which lead us not to be able to communicate with other displaced friends and family made us move to a nicer, friendlier hotel which didn’t charge for our pets AND served us breakfast like promised.

Sooooooo humid in the rooms and hotel. Sheets felt wet from humidity and we even had our own blankets that we used.
Air in room said 67 but it never got any cooler than about 75-78 with a humidity of about 100% indoors.
Ice machine did not work either day we tried it. Kind of important since it was a softball tournament we were in town for.
Got up to 3rd floor and key wouldn’t work to room. No TV remote in room.
Room was clean. Bathroom was clean but other people on our team said their showers had a very slow drain. Thankfully ours did not. That would have been a major deal breaker for me.
With a little effort and repair this place could be much much better.

Always professional and friendly, I've stayed here multiple times and will continue to do so. Everytime I visit Shreveport I make sure to stay here. Hardly any noise even being this close to an airport. Definitely recommend.

Country Inn & Suites by Radisson Shreveport was a very nice clean hotel. It was easy to find. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was lacking a bit though. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family.

The staff here is awesome! ALWAYS friendly, willing to help, and ALWAYS smiling! Great rooms, and GREAT breakfast. Thanks for making our stay one of the BEST, we will be back!

This is a beautiful hotel, and I was pleasantly surprised with the rate! Everything is aesthetically pleasing here, and there's a fitness area, business center, laundry room, pool, breakfast, refrigerator and microwave in room… The young man who checked us in was a delight with a great attitude and light humor. This is an extraordinary value!

Room was ok. It did need some work on bath fixtures and things like that, but good size room. Ran out of hot food at breakfast. Not much in immediate area. Really a pretty run down part of the city. James at front desk was great.

Nice staff but my first rooms air conditioner made a horrible rattle that you couldn't sleep through, I got moved to another room and that room doesn't close fully unless you lift up on it really hard. The internet is pretty flaky and not many TV channels.

An extremely nice hotel! The staff was very friendly & helpful. The room was clean and very spacious. The beds are comfortable. The bathrooms were clean, and the AC worked great. We will definitely book here again.

The hotel was nice and the front desk clerk and the other staff there was very friendly and helpful. We stayed in room 320 and there was not hot water in the sink and the faucet was messed up. Also across from me these group of youngsters was having a party and it was like the party was in my room but they was right at my door. I think they should have kept things in their room cause you couldn't rest I started to report it but didn't want no mess. Other then that everything else was ok.

Decent place. They had availability when most did not. Quite area by airport. Basic generic amenities.

Very clean and nice rooms. Full complementary breakfast with scrambled eggs, waffles, sausage, etc. Minutes to downtown casinos. Highly recommended!

Pretty sure my room either had mold or bed bugs, I woke up with three mark on my stomach like bites. Which happens for allergic reactions to mold too. The tub in the room had cigarette stains and was peeling near the drain. Would not recommend anyone to stay on the chance you might have the heck of a time that I had.

I stayed in a king suite. The room is big but seems sparsely furnished and doesn't have a TV in the living area. Otherwise, this hotel is above average and I'd recommend it.

I stayed at this hotel from 02/16/18-02/18/18. My hotel room wasn't finished. The walls were not done being painted in the bathroom, it was coming apart in the bathroom cracks where they painted over. We came into the room to a lumpy rushed made up bed along with what seemed to be open bottles of cleaning solution left by the maid service. It was sitting at front of the door. A maid came looking for it because she left it in the room 2 weeks ago before she left and went on here honeymoney for vacation. That then let me know that it hadn't been cleaned. Not to mention there were no extra pillows, sheets, or blankets for the couch bed as it wasn't even made up. The room had a couch and chair but no coffee table, no pictures on the walls. The screens to the windows are bent and had holes in them. The room is so incomplete that the television is only facing the bed. The other side of the half wall had ports for TV and electrical outlets but nothing was there. So if we wanted to watch TV it had to be sitting in the bed. Asked the manager if the room was complete and she assured me it was. She told us we needed to move the TV our self and the dresser for it to stand on. As that's what other guest do. It is not the guests responsibility to move furniture and I would think the manager wouldn't tell guest to do so to be accommodated. On saturday myself and my wife left the room about 11a. M. To go to a movie.

Nice stay. Comfortable beds. This hotel has had a make over. Free breakfast. Right across from the airport. Slight noises but didn't interfere with my quality of sleep.

Nice folks and a nice room. However the water pressure is so low that once you move it to warm it's not enough to push through the pipes up to the shower head. I didn't have time to address it that morning as I had to leave early. Also the a. C. /heat unit is loud. Clean and good people.

An extremely nice hotel! The staff are very friendly & helpful. The rooms are big. The beds are pretty comfortable. The breakfast is delicious. I stayed there off & on for about 2 month's while working in the area & loved it.

Nice room, polite staff, convenient location. The only downside was the standard definition TV.

Good breakfast staff is friendly room was nice but it could've been cleaner the first night I had to change the sheets on the bed there was a spot on them and I also had to ask for some cleaner so that I could go over the bathroom it wasn't so clean which are both very important factors but over all so far not bad for the price.

Very nice, loved the decor, spacious rooms, clean and quiet. Only downside would be the smaller beds.

I went to Country Inn to visit a relative who is in town for a few days. I saw a nice clean modern hotel lobby with a very good natured front desk clerk. The lobby had no TV and there was no music playing. This location is still renovating so maybe later for music. While there I went to the room via elevator which seems to make a uncomfortable noise by the time I reached the 3rd floor. The room itself is open and airy with enough room for 4 people with the King bed and pullout sofa. The room has a microwave and mini fridge. The relative seems to enjoy the stay with the exception of the placing of the TV in the room. Its a short walk to the airport which is located across the street. I would stay there if was coming into town. Since I do live here in Shreveport I'm aware the location (a mile in any direction) does have criminal activity so it's safe to be in by dark.

Great place for travelers, rooms are upscale and out of this world! Very comfortable place! I had a wonderful time there.

Excellent customer service. Guest were a little rowdy. Seemed to be a group of people fighting. Not located in a good area.

Paint coming off the walls, Burn marks on the wall above outlet, Towels had a tinge to them, tub not clean. Got to breakfast when it opened it had 2 old bananas, 3 hard muffins, couple yogurt, no travel cups for coffee no other food, had to find breakfast that morning. Bed was clean, mattress was new. Was told it was their 1 month anniversary… Hope they improve, it is a good location.
