Very clean room and the staff is very professional. Great spot, we will try this one again!

We have a awesome room and everyone is very nice great scenery and location. Off the grid by so close to everything. Only disappointed about the pool not being open but thats from the Covid-19 virus.

Ugh. Dirty, moldy room, an air-conditioner that the entire front panel fell off not once, but 3, yes, three times… the last time we stayed here, the key card lock on our door malfunctioned and we were locked out of our room for over an hour with 2 dogs locked in. Two strikes and you are out… ”fool me once… ”

Super friendly staff. Amanda at the front desk recommended a local pizza place that was amazing! She was very helpful and super friendly! The facility was very pet friendly as well.

Staffs here are super nice and helpful esp the cleaning ladies and kitchen assistant Kelly! Room and places are clean. Breakfast is awesome. We had a very pleasant stays except the few TV channels were not working properly. The location is very convenient, close to good restaurants, Walmart and not too far to Winterplace!

Felt like home! Hooked us up with a TV in the common area so we could watch a game while our little one slept (monitor in reach). Dog friendly, too! Thanks!

We attended a conference this weekend here. Our room was great, very clean and comfortable. The staff was so eager to help in every way they could. The housekeeping staff was so nice and helpful, you dont usually find that. We will definitely stop again in our travels.

Clean place, except for the random hair on the shower curtain. Black and curly was definitely not mine! Other than that, the front desk staff was so friendly and helpful. Hotel isn't too close to the hub of town, but close enough to make it a short drive. Good size fridge, pullout couch, and bathroom.

Needed a place to stay after a long day driving. From the outside it looks brand new. Its not. Clean lobby and nice front desk person. No Wifi working. Try to get to top floor if possible. 3rd floor has lots of upstairs noise. Fridge in room doesn't work. Only get half listed TV channels. Room was clean and fresh it seemed. Breakfast was really good. Full size breakfast room with everything you could want. Little pricey in my opinion. All in all a decent place.

I've been here twice. The rooms are clean, well maintained, and comfortable. I didn't use the pool, but it is indoors. Both the front desk and cleaning staff were very nice. The front desk staff was quick to greet us upon arrival and had everything ready for us during check in. Both the king suite and double bed rooms include a fridge, Wi-Fi, TV, writing desk with plugs and a radio alarm clock. The king suite also had a pull out couch. Personally, I'd say that the beds were very comfortable. Is definitely stay again.

Excellent stay! The hotel manager James went above and beyond his duty I've never had the pleasure of meeting someone so kind especially in a hotel I felt very comfortable and all of the other staff were very good and attentive! If I ever get back that way again I most definitely will be staying with them! Love the country inn & suites I totally recommend that if you are in the eara you should stay with them! Thank you James for everything.

The staff was excellent. Very friendly. The continental breakfast was really good. The hotel is fairly new but its pretty obvious that housekeeping isn't doing their job. All around the baseboards was dirty and dusty. Other than that, the room and beds were clean. The shower curtain rod was nearly falling off the wall which prevented the shower curtain from staying closed while showering thus water got on the wall and all over the floor. The wall was already damaged from the water. There was also water damage on the wall around the window in the room. There were ants coming in around the window. Not many but I did see some and we were on the 3rd floor. The AC unit didn't work properly. The fan would only stay on if the fan speed was set to high and like 64°. We would have liked to run the fan at night to muffle the normal hotel noises but couldn't because we would have frozen to death. No issues with the pool area or lobby. We were towing our ATV. Parking for towed vehicles is scarce.

Great location, clean rooms and very polite staff. Includes great breakfast every morning complete with hot, cold and bakery items. There is a book center where you can borrow books, fitness room, pool, and fresh cookies and coffee near the entrance. Hotel is conveniently located close enough to the freeway that you can quickly get where you are going but far enough away that you don't have the noise. There are restaurants as well as superstores within a half mile and a great pizza place within 3 miles.

Beautiful room. Awesome spa tub! Staff was delightful. Will definitely return if I'm ever back in the area.

Check-in was easy, pleasant, and quick. We reserved online and they quickly had the key cards in my hands. The room was clean and very spacious. The breakfast was a FULL breakfast with waffles, bacon, eggs, biscuits, cereal, bagels, fruit, etc. Check-out was just as easy… definitely staying here again!

This place is awesome to stay at when you are away from home. The rooms are clean. The beds are very comfortable and I even bought a couple of pillows to take home because they were so wonderful. And breakfast is the best you can get and is included in the price. Yep stayed there a couple times already and will stay there again and again.

The employees are really nice and helpful. My room was very clean and exactly like they advertise. Rooms were actually very roomy and huge. The complimentary breakfast was on of the best I've ever had. Plenty of variety for breakfast. There was a little incident with the fire alarm on my second night but not enough of an issue to change my opinion. I will definitely stay again and refer someone else.

Very friendly staff and clean rooms. The breakfast is above average for free! The pool is indoor and is warmer than I expected. Also, the pool is often open very late which is nice for getting the energy out of the young ones!

We have stayed here several times. It's just off I-77. Ample parking, easy off and on interstate. Breakfast good. Friendly staff.

We just stayed here last night and overall everything was good until my husband found a worm \ bug in the bathroom during the night. When we reported this to the front desk their only response was to make a note of it. Not exactly the response I expected.

Absolutely disappointing visit. Most of the staff was super nice, except the absolutely unfriendly woman who works 2nd shift. Pool was cold and disgusting, hot tub had not been cleaned in well over a month. Grime lined the walls of the pool and hot tub, and management wanted to do nothing except argue with us about it. Wouldn’t even feel the temperature of the water themselves. Will never step foot in this place again. There’s literally the Fairfield Inn right next door. Go there and don’t waste your money at this garbage joint.

The cleanliness of this facility was spectacular. Our stay was warm and quiet which was a delight after a day of travel. The breakfast was plentiful and the area clean.

We tried renting a room on Vday. It was late and we were tired. They had plenty open but computers would not let them do anything. Personally I would have figured away to accommodate the guest but the guy working was not concerned. We left after half n got a room at another hotel.

Warm, pretty clean: the shower could have been checked better, but overall nice. Breakfast was neat with the make your own waffle.

The hotel is incredible. My family has done business with the hotel to house out of town visitors and they are always wonderful. Right now our house is getting renovated and we are staying there until the work is done. We aksed for the best room, and they delivered.

Nice hotel, good breakfast, clean room. Just one negative thing is that we've book a room for 4 sleeping persons and they gave us a room with a king size bed. So my wife went down to the counter to ask for a sleeping cot, all they can give us a baby crib for a 5year old girl. So we find out how to put everyone to sleep.

The hotel was updated and beautiful. The lobby is large and enviting and the rooms were clean and very hospitable. My favorite part was the free breakfast and the complimentary cookies in the lobby at all times!

We are very happy with our stay. The staff couldn't be any nicer. The room was clean and had a in room hot tub. Good location; off the main drag but still closer to the interstate.

Nice all around. Comfortable, clean and really nice breakfast. I would give it 5 stars but the room was a bit noisy of outside compressors or the like which kept waking me up.

Very clean and handicap r welcome. The hot tub was wonderful and my 11 yr old stayed in the pool all day. Very nice ppl at the front desk.

Very clean, friendly staff, free cookie at check-in. Room was very spacious, pool was clean, work out room equipment was well kept. Very good breakfast selection… mini egg/cheese omlettes, bacon, biscuits, waffle maker, fruits, yogurt and cereals.

Everything was good except when we went to bed there was this loud noise coming from the air condition compressor outside the window. This was room 408… felt the noise inside your head had to cover head tightly with pillow!

Been here twice now and each time found it enjoyable. Staff was extremely friendly, helpful and informative. Always smiling. Room very clean and comfy, cost affordable Amenities abound. Morning Joe and waffles superb. Next journey I take I'll look for another Country Inn or their parent Radisson.

Overall we loved the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. The shared areas we visited, including the pool, spa, and dining room, were also pleasant and well maintained. My only regret is not being able to get a jacuzzi suite!

This hotel had one of the most comfortable beds of any hotel in which I have
stayed. The room and facility was clean, but the room smelled a bit musty. The bathtub was small and sloped which made showering precarious; I felt like I was going to slip and fall. Overall, not a bad experience and I would stay here again on my way to Pittsburgh. The staff was especially friendly and helpful, and the view from my room was pretty.

Great place 2 stay. Newest (? ) hotel in area. Great rates, great staff. Very clean & quiet. Free breakfast & parking. Free cookies & coffee in lobby. Indoor pool. Under rated 4 what you get. Recently stayed at a 4 star hotel in NC. If that was a 4 star, this place in Princeton should be a 6 star. Few (5-6? ) rooms are pet friendly. Frequent visits to Princeton since 1973. My favorite place to stay.

This Country Inn & Suites was very clean, comfortable, had a welcoming and helpful staff, and met or exceeded all my expectations for a hotel at this price range.

We were greeted by a very profession and helpful staff member. Our roomwas spacious and clean. The breakfast was tasty and the selction plentiful. Great choice for our family's.

Staff was extremely helpful and nice. The breakfast was a full hot with oatmeal, sausage, omelets and waffles. Choice of orange juice, cranberry juice, apple juice, coffee, several types of hot tea and cocoa. Our room was a double Queen suite, very spacious. It had a setting area with a hide a bed couch, a chair, coffee table, and a second TV. The pool was nice, clean and warm and the hot tub was really hot like I like it. We stay here every time we come thru the area and would recommend it to anyone.

Rather have stayed somewhere else. Breakfast area wasn't opened until 7am? Then it wasn't ready? You have a lobby full of people waiting to eat so they can get going. Asked for change for vending màchine. They don't have any cash on hand to help their customers? Desk person kept disappearing too.

Very clean, very friendly service, good amenities including 24-7 coffee and cookies. Beds were very comfortable, breakfast was better than average. Indoor pool water could have been more clear. Good work-out room and Wi-Fi access. By far the nicest accomodations in the Princeton area. Would recommend.

A really great oasis for the road weary travellers. Great amenities, no nickel and dime business. Sure, it isn't an elete retreat, but it probably is the best rest you'll find in Princeton. The staff were incredibly helpful, even going out of their way to assist me when I had some car trouble. I stayed with my wife and two young kids and found everything I needed, including free breakfasts, round the clock free coffee and cookies, free Wi-Fi (for real, not the scams other hotels pull; this really is free, you don't need to fuss with passwords or time limits) and a small, heated pool. Great staff, great room, great breakfast. Will definitely plan to stay here again on my next drive through, without question.
