Of all the hotels I have stayed in. This hotel is way beyond a 5 star hotel. The staff an the housekeeping staff went over an beyond to accommodate me while I stayed here for 3 weeks. The only thing I wished they had was a pool. Over this hotel gets 5 stars an above. Thank you.

Very quite Staff friendly and very clean. Super nice everything is right beside us. You see hills where we are at. Social distancing is great. All staff is wearing mask. Nice breakfast bar.

First room smelled like raw sewage. Staff moved us to another room. Hot water takes forever to become hot when you have a room on the 3rd floor, so plan on some extra time when planning a shower. however this hotel is advertised as a " no frills" hotel and that it is.

We traveled in from Missouri to see my husband who is a union worker, and has been here for months. I was told when I booked the room that we would pay upon departure. Great, no issue. We came in and upon check-in the lady insisted that we still pay upon departure but that our card goes on file. No issue. Well we ended up extending our stay and being charged not one, but 2 preauthorization charges at that time. Equaling over $600. When addressed with the hotel staff, we were told that we were never supposed to be here without the first preauthorization. These 2 combined charges overdrew our account and they refused to reverse them, in spite of the incorrect information given by their staff and the nondisclosure of a second preauthorization, in its entirety. So here we are, in the middle of a pandemic with an overdrawn account, 1000 miles from home.

The hotel is lovely and most of the staff are wonderful, the manager is a sweet lady but I was just greeted by a very nasty front desk agent, I stay here often and have had all pleasant experiences but not today, no not today, Steph was full of attitude and not one kind word, she was not helpful and did NOT accommodate me at all, I was so angry that I stopped my check in process and will wait until the next shift takes over to finish checking in, Steph if you are having a bad day you should go home, choice hotels is a friendly place where you are meant to be greeted with a smile and pleasantness And I should add that I myself work for a Choice Hotel and never in my life have I treated any guest so poorly and with such disrespect.

No complaints. Clean rooms, swift check in, and a good breakfast. Not much more to ask for from a hotel. Would come back!

Nice accommodations and reasonable.

Nice for a chain hotel clean. Very nice staff. Got us any request within there power. Nothing bad to say. And for me that's doing something.

I'm a truck driver that has been all over the country. I've stayed in many hotels. This one is like the Ritz. Greatest staff, cleanest, neatest rooms! We was in town for our daughters wedding and they were so helpful to our needs. We only live 40 miles away but may book a weekend getaway here to relax!

Clean and comfortable rooms. Great customer service with a quick check in. The breakfast was excellent.

This is a VERY good place to stay. Prices are good, rooms great, breakfast is GREAT. And the staff is friendly. My third or fourth time here.

The staff was kind and provided great customer service. One such example: My wife and I booked the stay via a third party booking site the day of the a wedding reception we were attending. We were told by one family member that they had asked that our family members be placed close if possible. The family member had informed us after we had already booked via the third party site. Upon arrival for check in only a few hours after we had booked, I was greeted and when asked for the last name, they said oh you mysh be "Daniel" and proceeded to inform me that they had got us on the same floor a room or two away from other family members. This was done without any prompting. The free (paid in stay cost I'm sure but free) breakfast was good and maintained. Staff asked if there is anything else needed etc. The king size room was neat and clean. The bed was comfortable enough though the pillowade my neck hurt some. The shower had was nice and big (big enough that 2 could comfortable use together). The HVAC for the room was slightly noisy when engaged but that is the same at all that I have stayed at. I was not there long enough or early enough to see any additional amenities so I can not comment on that.

Staff was very friendly, the hotel was very clean. Amazing place to stay so close to food and Walmart. Breakfast was very good and stayed open till 9:30am which is a plus in my books. Rooms are a bit small but they are very clean and the TV are nice as well.

Nice room. Spacious. Had a microwave and coffee pot. Non smoking facility with no smoking area outside either. Hotel faces a Wal-Mart and behind is a buffalo wild wings. Everything was great except the bed, I had the worst night's sleep on that hard matress, but my husband slept fine so that's just a personal note.

This was one of the cleanest hotels I've stayed in. The staff was very helpful and so nice! The free breakfast is yummy!

There aren't many hotels in the Moundsville area so Sleep Inn is where I always stay. It's expensive but the nicest place in town so worth it. The hotel and rooms are clean, quiet and quite nice. Everything on the continental breakfast bar is usually good except the scrambled eggs, avoid the nasty, powdered scrambled eggs, ugh. My only other issue was with another hotel guest. I needed to wash some clothes for my husband and another guest took my laundry out of the one guest washer and basically took over the laundry room leaving me to beg the staff to let me use it at midnight when the asshole was finally done. So if you need to use these facilities I wouldn't leave my items alone too long. Other than that I had a pleasant stay and a good nights sleep once I was able to finish my laundry.

Clean, reasonably priced, friendly staff sited in a nice collection of restaurants. My wife and I stayed here after our penitentiary ghost tour up the street, and we enjoyed our stay.

It had turned from a long day in to a long night the night we arrived at the Sleep Inn & Suites in Moundsville, WV. The staff was very helpful getting us all checked in ASAP. The lobby has a lovely and spacious common/ eating area. It is incredibly well lit and welcoming. The complimentary breakfast was fantastic. Cheddar cheese omelettes, sausage, biscuits & gravy, etc. The first floor also offers a fantastic fitness room with plenty of options. I was traveling with two other people for work and we were sharing a room. Despite having three people in one room, the room offered plenty of space for us and all our things. I never felt like we or any of our stuff was getting in the way of each other. The next time you find yourself in Moundsville, WV. You have stay at the Sleep Inn & Suites.

The location is very convenient as it is close to food and has a Walmart right next to it. The staff is always friendly and the rooms clean.

This hotel is the FINEST hotel in all of West Virginia. The finest most strapping young man named BRETT who worked at the Domino's next door came over and tucked me in and I gave him a generous tip.

I saw this place had high reviews and now I understand why. This hotel does all the little extra you expect. They are clean, offer extra services, professional, and everything runs like a well oiled machine. Breakfast is available and great! You can just tell by all the little details that they really care about their business and customers! An example for all hotels on how they should be!

The staff members were friendly and professional. This Sleep Inn was very well maintained, both inside and out. It was very clean and fresh. Even the stairwells looked and smelled very nice. I especially appreciated the option to close the room door quietly. Their careful attention to detail is obviously very important.

This hotel felt like paradise. The hotel had a friendly staff and the rooms were very clean and nice. Also, housekeeping was amazing because they work around your schedule to assure you the best time while you stay. Another thing that was impressive was that they had good food in the morning, and they offered beverages, including hot chocolate, during the whole day. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

The staff is friendly and efficient, the hotel was very clean, the rooms comfortable and well stocked with towels, a flat screen TV and hi speed internet makes it easy to get work done. I plan to come back next year. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

This hotel was clean from the time we pulled into the parking lot until we stepped foot into our room. The lobby was welcoming and comfortable. Our rooms were clean and the beds were so comfortable! The bathrooms were clean with plenty of towels. The hotel was easy to find and conveniently right behind Walmart. That is nice when you want to pick something up you have forgotten. Buffalo Wild Wings is directly behind the hotel. Both are within walking distance.

My coworkers stayed at a hotel closer to our work site, 20 minutes south. The difference between their accommodations and mine was TOTALLY worth the extra drive. Staff was also very polite.

The hotel from the outside was very clean and modern. I was greeted warmly as I came thru the front door, the check in process was seamless and quick, the room was very nice, and the staff from desk to cleaning was friendly and pleasant. My stay was very enjoyable and I expect to stay at other Choice Hotel properties in my travels based on me experience here.

This is a nice, clean, new hotel with friendly, helpful staff and reasonable rates. There is free hotel breakfast and free Wi-Fi. They have better towels than you'd expect at other comparable hotels, a microwave and refrigerator in the rooms. The parking lot is well lit and next to Wal Mart.

The staff was extremely helpful, answered my questions regarding the area very well, and had excellent recommendations for dinner. They were just great. A top 3 all time in regards to hotel staffing and I travel quite a bit.

Such a nice place to stay in a town where you wouldn't expect such pleasing accommodations. I would recommend this to anyone who would be staying in the moundsville area for short or long term periods.

This was the cleanest hotel that I have stayed. The staff was pleasant and efficient. My purpose was to attend a family funeral. I found the atmosphere to be quiet even though a lot of the guest were dwellers working in the valley. I let it be known to family members to not hesitate recommending their friends to stay at Sleep Inn. Thank the staff for a very pleasant stay.

This is my second stay here and I absolutely love it. The room is always clean and smells really nice, beds are so comfortable and the lady that fixes the breakfast is the nicest person ever with a smile always on her face, not to mention that the food is delicious! I will be staying here as much as possible in the future. Thank you for making our stay pleasant.

The motel was new and the room was clean and comfortable. Nice large screen TV. The hot breakfast was great. The staff were pleasant and accommodating. We would recommend to all our motorcycling friends.
