This is the best hotel ever so kind and polite it's amazing I don't even want to go back to my house.

I don't recomend this place. It was dirty and There was the smell of smoke in our non smoking room. My pillows were sweat stained yellow, and the smell was terrible. They have old furnitures and stained bathroom. I spend almost $90.00 dollars for this place and it didn't worth it. The least that you ask from a hotel is that you find very clean place to stay with no bad smell.

Had a great stay here and my little girl lost her I phone while we were their when they found it they called us and returned it … great place to stay.

They helpme push my car up hill when the snow was so deep that it wouldn't come up hill but with they had a smoking room booked a room with two queen beds ended up getting a room with one king so have to sleep with my female friend.

The smell of smoke in our non smoking room. The smoke detector was ripped off of the ceiling, probably from people who wanted to smoke in the room. My pillows were sweat stained yellow and one had drops of blood on it. Turned on the faucet in the bathroom only to have high pressured water soak my crotch. I'm glad I didn't stay more than one night. Disgusting.

This place is decent considering the 1st hotel we stayed at had roaches everywhere. Constantly. SMH! My husband is staying up there for work. He works on the road, therefore stays at alot of different hotels. This hotel isn't the best, but isnt the worse either! Issues::: *Check your bank after using debit card. They charged 10 different amounts in two days! They were quick to try to fix it, but we all know how banks being in a hurry goes! AND *VERY Strick on # of towels & wash clothes they give. Even got upset when we used our clean ones from the morning, then turned the dirty ones in, & asked for more clean ones! Lol.

Decent for the price. Some other tenants were participating in some questionable behavior however and made the stay a little more than nerve wracking. If they paid better attention to prostitute and drug behavior it would be a much better hotel.

A decent hotel for the price. Very friendly staff. The room is a little outdated, but no problems.

Convenient to a million things. Safari park. Caves. Historical. Etc. Good food 8 minutes. Pretty quiet. No complaints.

Just needed a room for a night and this was the cheapest I could. The room was clean and the beds were comfy. A good value at the price. No breakfast and very small parking lot so if the hotel is booked like it was when I was there, you have to create parking in the grass.

So far pretty decent place, but only 1 washer n dryer in facility, a very small frig, the Wi-Fi is fairly stable, price is decent.

Good place to stay for the money. Don't have any complaints. Been staying there for 3 months while I work here in Martinsburg.

Clean (looked recently remodeled), comfortable King sized bed, close to I81, with microwave and 'fridge. A perfect place for a traveler except the towels are very small, only 1 bar of soap to share between the sink and shower, and a lack of outlets. I've been in old 1960s built motels with more outlets. You will have to unplug lamps if you need to change your phone or have a medical device.

It's comfy. Clean. No smoking rooms anywhere! Bonus! Beds are Comfy & prices are reasonable! Customer service is good. Me being a travel agent checked everything! Only negative for me is that they allow animals. If you have bad allergies too pet's, don't book here. On the positive if you travel with your pet's. Book here. Had microwave, tv, fridge.

Booked room online, called two days out about checking in before 1. Was told it shouldn't be a problem bit to call when I was in the area. Called around 9:30 am on day of reservations, was told room would be ready at 11 am. Arrived at property at 11:30 and was told the room wasn't ready, then was told I could check in at 12 pm for an additional twenty dollars (I thought the room wasnt ready! ) … Told them to cancel the room, took my business across the street to Knights Inn… Got a great price, cleaner office, and MUCH friendlier service. Would never recommend this establishment.

Great location. Clean rooms. Excellent Wi-Fi throughout the whole building. Wonderful, kind and very helpful staff. When you are there you feel like you're family. I wish more hotels were like that.

Location is right off interstate. Rooms were clean.

This is a good place to stay and the staff are friendly. I stay there for a couple of months every year. I've stayed at 2 or 3 other motels and this is the best one yet.

Place is very dirty. Second night there found part of a straw in our room and one of the bath towels was full of holes plus towels rack was missing half. There was also half of a shower stall leaning up against the building by the entrance to our room on both nights there.

It was a clean room. Comfortable beds. Nice shower.

Their "Super Breakfast" is a joke. The walls are really thin. The beds are awful. Moreover, they refused to ship my shoes that I left in my room — I even offered to pay the postage! They only shipped my shoes after filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

Bed Bugs infestation. Please if you care about yourself or your love ones dont stay here. My Wife and I have bite marks all over our entire body. It has been a terrible ordeal. Management knows of the infestation but has done nothing about it. It is not worth the saving trust me.

Wonderful owners, good location.

A much older motel (inside). No easy outlet for travelers with trailers, boats, etc. We had a 14 ft U-Haul with a car hauler and I almost couldn't get turned around to exit the place. Light fixtures in the hallways were covered in dust. We had a double room (two beds). Very few outlets for tech stuff. The lamps above the beds were loosely attached to the wall and were cantered at an angle when we arrived (I had to reassemble the lamp on my side so it wouldn't lean over). The bathroom smelled so strongly of chlorine that we keep the door closed with the fan on all the time to keep the smell tolerable. This is the only hotel/motel I have ever encountered in my life that did not provide a box of kleenex in the room — you have to ask for one at the main desk. The continental breakfast was minimal. Would not stay here again.

Terrible communication skills from front desk clerks. Called over 10 times only to be re connected over and over again to the main menu of their automated system. Terrible way to lose business and overall presentation of the hotel its self.

Good service help me with car trouble.

I enjoyed the stay and am definitely coming back.

Newly renovated? In 1992 maybe. Everything is sticky. Especially the phone. There is no sound insulation in this place.

I was passing through for directions and they were great help. They were even kind enough to help me make a reservation for next time.
