Water pressure in shower was so intense, it took off a few layers of skin! Room reeked of cigarette and left all possessions cigarette scented for a few days after leaving! Dont recommend.

Clean! Quiet! Safe! I stayed here for two nights non-smoking room. No tweakers, people lingering asking for a smoke, loose dogs-Loved it! The AC was also nice! The man at the desk was very professional and asked if I would like room service? There is soooo many places to walk to eat it was crazy not to get out and explore a little. Starbucks in the same parking lot! My only complaint (which is never any establishments fault because I’m quite spoiled) the bed and pillows were a bit more firm than mine. When the AC clicked on it was a little loud I can see someone complaining about it but it doesn’t bother me. Thank you for the stay!

The room was nice and clean. Served it's purpose for giving us a pillow to sleep on. The manager was rather rude and didn't seem to have an organized process for check in/out. He also seemed to treat his staff rather poorly. Albeit, you get what you pay for, but kindness goes a long way.

Room was clean but smelled when I walked in. Good size frig and microwave. Plenty of cable channels but no channel line up list to refer to. Two nights ago I stayed in Yreka, CA at a AAA approved motel for the same room rate. It was MUCH nicer with a nice pool, more upscale and breakfast was included. I guess because you are closer to Portland you pay more.

Great Value / excellent location. It's a bit stuffy, but then the windows open. Fire alarm and smoke detector are prominently located and operational. Fridge/microwave… clean. Not the sin infested microbial disaster area we often see at this price point. You pay more for less at today's normative Airbnb experience. My room was actually color-coordinated with a bit of homage to the 80s on the side. You're going to be happy here if you're looking for easy clean cheap and cheerful.

I stayed here once in the past after a late flight in and it was very comfy, quiet, and clean. I am flying back into Portland next month and intend to crash here again another night. Will update if anything changes about the motel!

For a 1-star, it's a good place to spend a night. The outside is seedy looking, but the staff are very nice, and the rooms are clean and comfortable, though not large. A good value.

Clean and decent room, fairly priced. Breakfast on the morning is just coffee and I didn't have any so I don't know if it's any good.

This is THE only motel I will stay at while in Vancouver, WA. Management always welcoming and professional. Room is always clean and comfortable. Housekeeping is wonderful. Love this place.

It was located near my work meetings I had to attend for a few days, the gentleman in the office, presumably the owner, was extremely helpful and friendly. The room was clean, the property was clean and peaceful. It was a great 3 day stay.

Its good for a cheap motel. The owners are nice, and it is a lot less shady than the motel 6 around the corner.

Great place to stay. Clean newer furnishings comfortable bed! Check in gentleman was very nice and helpful. I have stayed here many times.

Furnishings in good condition and very clean. Has small fridge and microwave and work table. Easy access to freeway. Very pleasant manager. Downside: beds are a bit hard, water pipes in the walls are a bit loud (showers in other units).

This Motel has been in operation for decades. Many friends from out of town have stayed here it's a simple Motel. No weight room or pool just a nice comfortable bed in a room for a very decent price. They do have ample parking even for semis with a trailer attached. All rooms have conditioning and a TV. The three rooms I've been in where small but spacious and very efficient. Managed well and well taken care of. Right off the 205 freeway with lots of restaurants and a Fred Meyers within walking distance. There's also a Starbucks for you coffee fans! What's not to love.

An older motel but it was clean and secure. It's also in a good location close to lots of grocery stores, gas stations and the freeway. Classic neon sign too so it's easy to find!

Pros: It was very quiet. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Shower pressure was good. A/c worked. Cons: room smelled like cigarettes, TV was small and picture was fading in and out, TV also only had 1 premium movie channel, none of the restaurants nearby had good reviews,

Despite the sign being burned out and my initial concern with this hotel, the rooms were clean, updated, and roomy. We were on the backside, top level and it was very quiet. Close to shopping center and Starbucks (because I need my coffee). Location was convenient to the airport and downtown areas. Reception was friendly. I would stay here again as I am in the area often.

Worst place ever. Flight was delayed and I was usable to get to the motel in time, and owner said "that is your problem, not my problem" and would not refund my money. Stay away from this place. Never stay here!

Worst place I have ever had the displeasure of staying. The owner claimed we ruined the carpet and bed despite the fact that we were hardly there. Nothing was left on the floor or bed and we made sure to clean up. Tried to tell us the comforter on the bed was worth 200 dollars. Possible court action pending on what my lawyer says. avoid at all and any cost!

Worst place I've ever stayed, they made me pay a 100 dollar cash deposit. The crook owners wouldn't return it because there was a little bit of potato chip crumps on the ground that they could vacuum up. They were the rudest pieces of crap the whole stay. I prepare online for 8 nights what a mistake, stay away from this place!

Cheap. Try to stay in the second floor rooms on the East side, versus the front side with the office. Some of the rooms on the front side on the first floor are sort of awful. Also, if a non smoker, and you stay in a room, verify the room above or below is also non-smoking. Hope that helps. I've stayed here many times.

If I could give negative stars I would. This place was horrible — — dirty smelly and the owners were very rude and unwilling to work out an equitable solution to my complaints. I left after 10 minutes after seeing (and smelling) the room. "No refund" not even willing to negotiate a fair settlement. Left losing the $65 and count myself lucky I didn't stay there. Lesson learned — if it's cheap it's probably not worth it. This place was very very very bad.

Wonderful little place tucked away in a very pleasant location that's surrounded by many shops and restaurants as well as having easy access to the freeway. The manager was very kind, the room was clean, the place was quiet, and everything worked. Good newer model air conditioner, pretty fast Wi-Fi that works well most of the time (seemed to slow down after about 11 pm), and the coffee in the morning was a nice touch. For the price, it was everything I was hoping for. I'd stay here again.

Called beforehand to make sure there was a one bed/smoking room available. Cash in hand, ready to pay for one night. Walk up to the window (which he opens literally a crack), and ask very nicely if they have a one bed smoking room. He looks me up and down, says "No. " and shuts the window. My husband had run back to the car to grab something, tried to go talk to him, but the guy walked out, looked at him and walked back into the back room. I am EXTREMELY angry about this, I feel like I was completely discriminated against. I don't know if its because of my tattoos, or the fact that I have red hair, I just don't know. But he literally looked me up and down and told me no, ten minutes after there were rooms available. Parking lot is empty. I'm not stupid.

$67 with tax for king room. Not bad. It was clean because they use mass amounts of bleach! that was all you can smell in the bathroom.

Awesome value for the money. I just walked in and got a room, $52 plus tax was the cheapest I could find by a large margin. I didn't use the TV or Wi-Fi, but everything about my stay was well within expectations. Non smoking room had no bad smells, everything was very clean, pillows were among the best of any hotel I've been to, and everything in the room was in working order. Sure, the shower faucet felt old and the decor was super plain but again, this isn't stuff you complain about at this price. I also liked the manager and the free morning coffee was fine, plus the motel is super close to a whole bunch of businesses nearby. I'll be back.

Great for the price. Clean. The guy at the desk upgraded our room because my sister hurt her leg and we needed a ground floor room. Very nice.

What a craphole. Let me first start out by saying motel six across the street is not only cleaner but 15 a night cheaper. We didn't find that out till checkout. I asked for a extra pillow because the ones that were in the room was a rock and the owner said she couldnt give us one because she had her kids and couldnt go get them. Next we stayed two nights and got back to the hotel after eleven pm on the second night to find our room keys didnt work and the front desk closed at ten. After knocking for ten min the owner who lives in apartment behind the front desk finally came to the window and acted as if I interrupted her. I wouldnt of had to bother her had she done her job in the first place. After getting into the room we noticed they replaced the one towel we used. They didnt bother to take the dirty out of n the bathroom. When I paid for the second night the owner said they would come to clean the room. Well we had three small walmart bags full of trash next to the trash and none of the trash was taken either. Internet didnt work the first night and nobody would help to fix it. For 60 bucks its not worth it. For 44 u can stay at motel 6 and know u have nice pillows, extra if u wish, dirty towels taken out of the room, trash taken out and your keys will work without upsetting the very rude owner.

Perfect for the price. Clean basic room, good Wi-Fi. Great for the working man on a budget. They still have smoking rooms. Good food nearby.
