I stayed here Thursday through Sunday. The pros: the staff is fairly friendly and the rooms are a nice size and relatively clean. The cons: room 226 smelled horribly of smoke (but I got to switch to 229) the pool is green and the hot tub is under construction, the shower comes out so piercing hard it hurts, they do not give you clean mugs when they clean your room, the beds are not that comfy, there is nothing with protein for breakfast and a lot of the breakfast items are out by an hour before it's over, and kids were running the halls and yelling Saturday and Sunday morning around 7 AM.

Room clean but very difficult to get in. Had to have keys recoded 3 times. No elevators for the elderly to get to room with their luggage. Very sparring on towels for a room with two queen beds. Not much for selection for breakfast, waffles are so tough you can't cut them.

Just don't stay here. The staff was rude, the rooms are a ½ step above Motel 6, and breakfast was a joke. I understand check out time but banging on our door 5 minutes after to kick us out was rude. Not once but twice! No offer of a late check out was given. While preparing our "breakfast" front desk staff came and just took everything away and turned off juice machines etc. No warning, no consideration that there were several people still eating. Would it have killed him to just ask if anyone wanted anything else before he shut everything off? It's just not worth the money. Never again!

Great price. Clean rooms. Excellent customer service. We will stay here again.

Dog fees $10 per dog per night! Why can't they post this on their website… Like it's a secret… Makes you call to find out how much they are going to charge you. Not just Days Inn seems like all the hotels do this. Site says dog friendly, then you have to hunt for the additional info then it just says charge may apply.

Its nice and clean. Needs new shower heads. Other then that great to stay.

I paid $186 for two nights of stay at this dismal, drab hotel. The hot tub doesn't work, the contintal breakfast was sparse and the TV in the rooms don't work. Also the man at the front desk took his time checking me in after I drove 6 and a half hours to be here.

Not Impressed at all, Rooms were dirty from previous guest. Had to ask for them to re-vacuum the carpet look like it’d been skip. Bedding did not look fresh. Bought my own cleaning supplies I’ll give it one more night otherwise I’ll check out him will never be back.

Some members of the group I was with had two dogs in the room next to them that barked all night. The hotel staff was alerted to the problem, but did nothing to stop it. Won't stay there again.

They didnt tell me the pool and hot tub were closed when I called. Room looked nice but not really clean. Found food wrappers in nightstand, dirty towels under the sink, junk on floor. There was a younger guy sleeping in the hall at the top of the stairs. Remote for TV was also missing.

Nope. First time, LAST TIME. No pool, no Jacuzzi open. False Advertising. No discount offered at all. For the same price or even cheaper I could've gone with anything better then anything the Wyndham Hotel group was offering me. The quality of everything I've researched as well as the reality isn't impressive on any level. Never again for Wyndham Hotels group.

The exterior of the building looked dated and worn. The lobby and breakfast area were well lit and spacious. I did not use the pool or hot tub due to lack of time, but they looked a bit crammed into a too small room. The room I stayed in was a good size, but the cleanliness was seriously lacking. There was a dried red stain on the back couch cushion that looked like blood, what appeared to be feces on the window side of the curtain, and the extra blanket smelled like old cheese and dirty feet. The sensor for the television remote had to located behind the TV stand and placed in front of the TV before it could be used. The mini refrigerator almost fell out of the cabinet when I first opened it and was clearly too large for the cabinet itself. The bed was so hard it was like sleeping on the floor. Finally the room was on the second floor and the hotel doesn't have an elevator.

First time at this days inn. Came at 12 to check in. They said check in is at 3pm. Came back at 2:45. Then I was told the room will be available after 3pm as it's their policy, even though there is a sign saying check in is at 3 pm NOT AFTER. I then asked if we can use the swimming pool as we came with kids and don't want to drive around anymore. I was refused that also because check in isn't untill 3PM… Wow where is the customer service…? Never coming here again.

Not impressed. This place is worn out, our coffee maker was missing parts, the paper is peeling off the walls, the paint has chipped off of the steel trim around the bathroom door and is now rusting, and there is a large strip of packing tape running down the edge of the door and the door jamb on the door that adjoins our room to the one next to us. According to the front counter, this was placed there to keep people from opening the door because the other room has "been taken out of service" whatever reason there was for that. Apparently packing tape was the resolution for that. There was what I determined to be either mold spots or ink spots on one of the pillow cases. The "breakfast" left much to be desired for. Very very limited. It reminds me of a place that trashy hoodrats would stay to party without trashing mom and dads house. Save your money and find a cleaner, more professional establishment.

Days inn isn't a bad hotel, it's just kinda dirty. The wallpaper is peeling, and when you shower it's inevitable that you will be stepping out to a giant pool of water. Gross. Bed is also pretty hard.

Room was stale every time we entered it. Shallow hot tub but good enough. We could hear everything going onin the hall and the doors shut loudly. Breakfast was meh. Orange, apple juice, oatmeal, mini muffins all one flavor, yogurt w/cream, 3 different cold cereals, bread, butter like spread, waffle maker. Vending machine, ice.

My husband and I stayed here Dec 2, and the room was clean and comfortable. Its located between the mall and Taboo (an "adult" store) which made it a curious choice for a birthday party hosting about 10 or more teen and preteen children that were barely supervised. The noise was extreme and continued until 10pm when I got out of bed (again) and complained (again). We rented this because it offers a Jacuzzi which would help my husband who is physically disabled, but the kids swarmed and made that unavailable. We had brought our dogs and had been warned to keep them quiet, but the children squealing, shouting and slamming doors we not considered unacceptable. When I spoke to management today, all they can say is "I'm sorry" though they don't sound at all sorry, I would expect some sort of offer of a partial refund, a coupon for future stay, etc, but instead they are "sorry" and defend the bad behavior of the visitors of another guest with no thought for paying guests. We had also asked for a different room, the request was denied. Don't stay here unless you need easy acceas to sex toys from Taboo.

The staff did what they could to get their jobs done but the Days Inn company I think under staffs facilities, the pool should be cleaned on a more regular basis to avoid the pile-up of hair follicles and the island of stuff floating in it the rooms were nice Housekeeping did a good job the staff was friendly and helpful and ready to assist. The breakfast could have been planned out a little Bit better by corporate Days Inn, but the staff bless their hearts did what they could with what they're given.

The hotel didn't inform us about a deposit in the beginning and they messed up on how many nights I told them I was staying so they thought we were late on checking out while I was already 2 hours away and had to turn around because I couldn't afford another night after money id spent on activities. The prices they had told us didn't match up with what I paid and they told me three different prices. After they cleaned our room out they packed our stuff and we were charged $133 for a damage fee for "Just in case" witch left me with zero dollars in my account.

Worst experience I've ever had at any hotel or with any customer service. Had issues with rude staff at check in and check out. Never delt with the issues I had there anywhere else. Don't recommend it if you need anything beyond basic or extra time (you won't get it without being charged) or basically plan on leaving your room. Or if you want to check in on time because they probably wont be done cleaning your room yet but still give you the key. Or if you want it clean. Or… pretty much just don't unless its an emergency.

Staff was excellent! We requested a handicapped accessible room during reservation, we were told upon check in that all rooms on the ground floor were accessible due to them being on the ground floor. The rooms were small, out-dated, and in need of repair. Unpainted spackle on the walls, rusted door jams, damaged mirror, screw holes in the walls, no bedside plug in, and wore out beds. The continental breakfast was all carbs, no non carb offerings besides coffee or tea. I was disappointed with the stay.

The pool service is open until midnight.

The location is not bad, adjacent to the Vancouver Mall, sharing a drive with 2 other hotels. It's clean, neutral smells (wife is allergic to most scents). Did not visit pool, but it was active during our visit. The room had a smallish LCD HDTV (I swear it was 720p), mini — fridge with a worthless freezer, rock — hard king-size bed, and a hide — a — bed sofa. We called and asked for sheets for the sofa and were told they were in the dryer, it would take about 30 minutes. We never received the sheets. Breakfast was standard except for the lack of eggs and a less than appetizing waffle batter.

Rooms are decent. Lots of food options nearby. Continental breakfast is what you would expect.

Nice & clean, very small area for breakfast though. Good room! Nice area of town, next to mall.

Good value for money, staff friendly and helpful, cleanliness not optimal, but overall good.

We needed something for a few days that was inexpensive but not "sketchy, " and I think the Days Inn fit that bill well. The building was a bit rundown, and the bed was bouncy, but the staff was friendly. The breakfast wasn't crazy elaborate either, but if you enjoy yogurt, waffles, oatmeal, cereal, muffins and/or toast, you'll be fine. One downside, for me, is that we had a non-smoking room, but our window was near the smoking area outside, so sometimes the smell would drift in, but it was never too strong that it didn't go away within a few minutes (whether from it dissipating or from me getting used to it, I don't know).

Very kid friendly. Had fun at the pool but wasn't notified of hot tub being shut down. Staff is nice.

The service was exceptional. I loved every moment of my stay. It's easy to find my room that I no problems with the staff.

Days Inn Vancouver, WA is conveniently located off Highway 205 and next to the Vancouver Mall. It was very clean with updated carpeting. Our room was clean with comfortable beds and good quality bath towels. The staff, both Thursday evening and Friday morning, were most helpful, professional, courteous, and friendly. Additionally, the gentleman, who checked us in, gave good advise and directions for restaurant possibilities. The woman, who checked us out, provided printed directions to our day time destination and made sure that we understood the directions. We recommend staying in this facility. If another event brings us to Vancouver, WA, we would not hesitate to book and stay there again.

Aside from the laughable 'Shining-esque' carpeting and wallpaper, the hotel was a great place to stay. Full basic amenities (microwave, refrigerator, wireless Internet, full cable tv) in a large room with two queen-size beds for $80 a night. Pretty epic.

With the exception of not having any available rollaway bed even though promised, for the price this place was great. Directv, mini fridge, Wi-Fi. The shower was a tad dated, the pool was pretty cloudy. The breakfast was rather nice.

The hotel was good for the price. The shower head was not working properly and the clasp for the heater was also broken but other than that it was great. The staff was nice and welcoming.

The room was great and the bed was very comfortable… I would of gave 4 star but the lady behind the desk was a b***h. Parking is limited.

Everything was pretty average. Decent service and a decent room.

The room was ok, but there were ants. The neighbors were throwing a party, so much that one person nearly died and still did not get kicked out. I finally requested to change rooms. The staff was very friendly though.

Those who rated this fine hotel so low were likely angry little people with angry little lives to begin with. It was clean, it was comfortable and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Direct TV with 4000 channels and an indoor pool.

I liked nothing. Prostitue and drug filled. Noisy and the woman working the front desk was a snob. Literal snob. Asked if I could get cleaned unstained sheets a d she acted like I was pulling her teeth out.

Great location right next to the mall. Room was nice and clean. Furnishings are a bit worn down and outdated but it's good for the price.

Staff very friendly. No elevators. Ventilation not great, shower felt like a hurricane. Most likely will not stay there again.

It's exactly what you would expect. You get what you pay for.

Stayed last night. Bed was OK, didn't run across bed bugs. However, breakfast was lacking, because the food wasn't stocked and the person who was working the counter had their children with them in the lobby. The employees were outside. Won't be staying here again.

Bedbugs! filthy carpets. Ice bucket bag still had water inside it. My daughter and I were bitten up. We were given the owners name and number for a refund. But they will not respond! save yourself the grief of bedbugs and stay somewhere else.

BED BUGS! It would have been much much cheaper to stay at an expensive hotel for what I have had to pay to get rid of the bed bugs! You walk in the place and it smells like an ashtray — carpets are dirty — grease on the curtains and that's just the beginning. The next morning you are greeted by breakfast — not one protein item to eat for breakfast and you get to have breakfast with thugs. But wait there's more because they are sending you home with the most expensive pest problem that you have ever experienced in your life. When we figured out what the bites were we had to throw away 2 Queen mattress sets and a king mattress set, pay for professional pest control, buy 3 sets of mattress encasement sets to the tune of 300$ to prevent possible future out breaks as well as all new beds for every member of the family. Thank you days inn for making me realize how wonderful it is to stay home.

Stayed last night and got eaten alive. Bedbugs.

Drug trafficking, prostitution, dirty pool, clogged toilet and drug users EVERYWHERE. NO place for my 3yr old son! If u dont have kids it may be tolerable.

3 months ago, my husband and I stayed for two nights and realized after we checked out that the hotel had bedbugs! Plus, the alarm was pulled twice in one night and when I called the desk to find out what was going on and they were not very hospitable. I would suggest thoroughly inspecting the room before you decide to stay here.

Dirty, smelly, breakfast poor, staff rude, kept looking for a chalk outline on your the floor from a dead body spend $$$$ anywhere else.

Close to I-5, shopping and restaurants. The room was very clean and the employees I spoke with were very nice. I think the only problem I had was that the vending machines did not offer bottled water or apple/ orange juice. Besides that, I stay again, and recommend to friends.

We stayed for 3 nights. The desk clerk was new and did not even know if the end doors were locked. The first morning I told them we only needed clean towels — did not get. I had to go down and get. I did leave a list of repairs: light switch broken, toilet loose and toilet seat loose. Those were fixed but afterwards you could see all the dust on the gold fixer. Dust was still there when we left. The next day they did clean our room but the they only left 2 bath towels for a room with 2 beds: 1 was new and fluffy, the other one was old with holes in it. The hand towel had strings hanging from it. The next morning when bringing it to the desk clerk's attention his excuse was: we have new staff. I told him it does not matter how new — when folding towels if you see holes you throw it in the rag bag. The carpet had numerous stains on them, many could probably have been cleaned up if taken care of. The tub drains very slowly. The toilet you had to hold the handle down to get a full flush — otherwise the toilet paper is still there. This was our second time here and will probably not stay again.

Best place for the price. My 5 year old son and I styaed here and it was very nice! Friendly staff, great pool, nice clean room, and a nice breakfast! I highly recommend staying here. In a very convienient location — and appears to be very safe and nice.

Outdated amenities, loud plumbing and bathroom fan. TV is small, fuzzy and the old style. Continental breakfast lacked variety and the o. J. Was heavily watered down. Pillows were lumpy and there were only 3 top sheets and a thin blanket. Mostly good sound insulation, very little street noise. Effective heater unit and nice hot water in the shower. Decent Wi-Fi. Good price.
