Garbage hotel. Toilet did not work and manager did not know how to fix issue. Went the rest of the evening and night with a broken toilet. Front desk was rude and didn't resolve the issue. They weren't fast too handle the broken toilet and were quick too send the bill for the nights stay. I would not recommend staying here. Horrible staff and manager has no clue on how to resolve issues.

Accommodations are very comfortable. Staff is top notch in hotel maintenance as well as other guest services. Breakfast is diverse and respectable (cinnamon rolls are the best! ). I enjoy my stay there everytime.

It's nice and quiet. It's clean but it definitely seems older. This hotel could really use an update/refresh. It's on a nice, quiet residential street, but there aren't any shops or restaurants within easy walking distance. The breakfast was ok and the coffee was good. Also, not a big deal but there's only one elevator and it's so slow! The beds in our room were soft and saggy. There was a soft hole on one side of the bed where, I guess, many others had slept. This is a decent hotel but I've stayed at nicer ones from this same hotel chain. Probably wouldn't stay here again.

This place was a lot like the Holiday Inns I have been to. The beds were comfy. The staff at the front desk were really kind. I had a great experience with them.

Hotel is perfectly located. Central to a lot shopping and dinning places. This must be the slowest elevator in the city. My room had to beds and both were worn and beat up. Some mattresses cave in when you lie on them, these two were completely sunk in before I even got in them. Staff was kind. Breakfast was ok for being free. Stayed here before, So I might stay here again, hopefully they'll replace the mattresses by then.

The two folks I encountered up front were a bit hard to understand and the bathroom had some cracks in the walls… The breakfast was decent, some hot and cold stuff. I'm used to places that have a happy-hour dinner/snacks/libations (the staybridge next door has that but were booked). The bed was pretty comfy though.

Nice rooms. Loved the pillow distinctions between soft and firm. Indoor pool was so small that one family's use kept us from using it. Good breakfast.

Slow customer service really brought my rating down. Room was comfortable and same breakfast as all Holiday Inn Express's. Could use an eves person at the counter for checking in though.

A hotel like all the others. Great rooms and good staff. Also they gave. Good selection for local areas to eat that we could either walk or drive to. Staff was just very helpful and kind.

This double queen suite has seen better days. The bed skirt had a gross stain, there was a squished spider on the wall, mold over the shower, and a weird random gold door knob on the bathroom door. There were big gaping holes from the previous door knob. The staff was nice enough but this is very poor quality for $200/night room.

The staff here have been extremely helpful and accommodating to my father's special needs. Nice clean hotel also. Very satisfied overall.

The room was clean and tidy. The staff was fast and professional. Lots of options for breakfast.

Very pleasant hotel clerk who, despite having to check in guests and salt the snowy sidewalk out front, kept his smile and got things done. Comfortable beds, good coffee. My only little complaint was the slowness on changing stations on the TV. … not such a big deal.

Me an my family travel fairly often and this has been the best stay we have had in a long time very accommodating staff was friendly and helpful the room was great and overall just a wonderful stay.

Nice staff, breakfast was terrible. My new car was hit in their parking lot while I was asleep. When I requested an extra blanket, I was told I had to come and get it myself. Barely any cars in the parking lot, and they put us on the 4th floor. The refrigerators in the rooms do not have freezers! I didn't find this out until after I had been to the store and bought ice cream and frozen dinners that went to waste! Elevators are very unsteady, noisey and scary to ride in. I hope this place gets an upgrade fast and cameras in the parking lot would be a huge plus!

My daughter stayed there over night, I just stopped by for a visit. The hotel was clean and the front manager was respectable. There were a few strange people loitering outside the hotel, but that is not due to the hotel staff.

Stayed 2nights. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had loads of options and choices. Cleaned room very well. Room was nice and very quiet. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a room.

Conveniently located, clean, and friendly staff. Much preferred over Portland side hotels.

This is THEE hotel to stay at. My only complaint, I love waffles, maybe get a waffle machine. First, the customer service when I called was awesome. She was pleasant and helpful and tsked tsked at the right times when I vented about Best Western screwing me over. Everything I asked for I got. When I arrived, the guy was friendly, cordial and overall really nice. The room was clean, smelled good, the beds were comfortable, pillows fresh and comfy. A microwave and keurig in the room were clean, even had decaf. All the bathroom amenities AND if you forgot something, they supplied it. Eg. A razor was left at home. They had sampler tea packets on Saturday in the lobby. I found a new tea that I would never have discovered. The pool was bigger than most and warm, the jacuzzi was perfect. Breakfast was GREAT! Biscuits and gravy at a lot of hotels have been pretty awful, these were really good. They kept everything stocked, never ran out. Lots of variety to choose from. Movie selection was so awesome. Having a DVD player in the room was great. There were quite a few channels but getting to watch a movie of your choice at any time was well thought of. The rooms were really quiet, we had neighbours but never heard anything, and the doors closed quietly so that was nice. The black out drapes worked very well. The windows kept the noise of traffic out.

Very nice motel. Nice clean rooms, very comfortable beds. Descent price. Great morning breakfast. Going to make this our motel we use every time we visit Vancouver.

Clean, Quite, Excellent Front Desk Service! 10 min. To PDX Airport, 15 min. From down town Portland. Needs faster Wi-Fi service with easier setup process, and more than one premium Cable TV Channel.

Called and requested a king showed up to 2 queens instead but still beimg charged for full price for the king size room. Staff is rude floors are disgusting we cant even walk around without shoes. Definitely do not a place we will ever return to.

A wonderful clean modern place with great breakfast and nice area close to mall and lots of good eating places.

We visited Holiday Inn Express in Portland. The room was nice and clean, and the beds/pillows we're actually quite comfortable. Continental breakfast was average. Would stay again if necessary.

Good value for the cost. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and tidy rooms. Complimentary breakfast and a swimming pool. Free Wi-fi. Located close to the I-5 and relatively close to downtown Portland (traffic dependent). Would stay here again.

Do not book this place. The beds are lumpy with cavernous holes. I woke up with such hip pain that I could hardly move. My partner had a stiff neck the rest of our stay in Vancouver. The breakfast was a joke. Even the luggage cart was falling apart. No where on their website to complain. Book an Airb&b.

The hotel is in decent shape, and the staff is helpful and friendly. The location is okay when traveling via the Portland airport, but be warned that traffic can cause major delays during peak hours. They would get a higher rating if rooms contained a desk and outlets for chargers.

The room was pretty clean, but the service was horrible. Way worse than I've experienced at other Holiday Inn Expresses. The breakfast area was a mess, and they didn't do a good job of keeping the different food options stocked. Also, the staff wasn't very attentive or helpful when we had an issue with the TV in the room. Then they messed up the price for our room and charged us way more than they should have, and when we asked them about it they tried to blame us, when it turned out to actually be their own fault.

Stayed for 3 nights here. Hotel itself is a bit out of the way near the mall. Not too much within walking distance, however there is a little restaurant nearby around the block called Elmer's. Staff were friendly and did their best despite being extremely busy (we had several youth lacrosse teams full of energy). They had their work cut out for them. Breakfast was great despite the weirdly hard pancakes from the auto pancake machine. Would've rather had a waffle but that's not their fault. Eggs were hot. Sausage biscuits we're good. Bacon was good. Coffee was plentiful. Beds were nice and comfortable. The indoor pool was a bit chilly but it was quite welcome on the 100° day I used it. Shower in my room was weird. It was at a different height than the bathroom floor so myself and a few other guests in adjacent rooms almost ate it on the wet floor. Throwing a towel on the floor and knowing what to expect the next time prevented any further danger. AC unit worked great but the mini fridge in my room was barely cold. A couple of 115V plugs weren't working in my room but I let staff know on checkout. All in all a nice hotel with a few minor gripes. As someone who stays in quite a few hotels, this is about normal.

Good clean hotel. Hot tub and pool were nice. Breakfast was good. They also had a huge collection of DVDs downstairs for people to take to their rooms and watch.

The suite size is perfect for my big family. Breakfast was great and the oool was awesome. Staff very friendly.

The facilities and accomodations were nice. The breakfast was average. The elevator was the worst part of the stay. The staff was excellent and extremely pleasant and accomodating. All in all, a great visit.

Clean rooms & pool area. DVD lending library is nice alternative to expensive PPV. Breakfast was good.

The room we stayed on was pretty typical but just as great as other hotels, though the room across the hall looked pretty snazzy (had a living room). TV was a bit on the small side (maybe 26-32"), though you could rent movies for free. The service was good and employees were nice. Breakfast was pretty good too, though I didn't really like their eggs, kinda plastic. Overall I could stay here again.

Had a box of chocolate covered strawberries, bananas and apples delivered to the hotel that I called ahead of time to ask if they could take it to my boyfriends room. Well I got a confirmation email saying it was delivered and he never said anything. So I call the hotel again and Katrina says "oh yes we have it. He has to come down to sign for it" I say "aww really? That sucks" and she says "yeah sorry about that" so he goes down to get it (I'm on the phone) he doesn't have to sign for it or anything. Pretty sure she was just too lazy to take it up or have someone do it. Ruined a pretty good joke I had going for him. (Not g-rated so I'll spare the details) just a sad time : (so I'm pretty upset. Also he's been complaining about the Wi-Fi and the wind tunnel noises in his room. I'll just throw that out there also since I'm here.

Our family of four stayed here for three nights. It's about 25-30 minutes drive to Portland and about 45 to Multnomah Falls. The rooms are newish and the staff helpful. The free breakfast each morning made everyone happy. I would stay here again. There is nothing else around this area except hotels and businesses but a 5000 point per night stay made it worthwhile.
