The service was decent. Reserved a non-smoking and they had us in a smoking, but the receptionist was able to switch it to non-smoking. We had some heavy luggage and the elevator wasn’t working — we were on the second floor. We were also supposed to get a crib for our baby, but they didn’t have one available. I get that the elevator not working and the no crib were circumstances that couldn’t be helped… but it did effect our comfort. Once in the room it looked pretty old — I had honestly been in rooms that were more aesthetically pleasing that only cost half the price. Alarm clock wasn’t by the beds, outlets were hard to get to. On the plus side — it had good A/C and it was close to the hotel. Between that and the decent service, it’s two-star worthy.

I'm redoing my review. Avoid at all possible. The only perk was the shuttle. I found out after my trip they charged my card for a fee that the booking site I used missed. I had booked through a reputable site, paid for the room in advance. Apparently upon check in the staff person realized a fee wasn't charged to my card. She. Did. Not. Tell. Me. Instead she charged my card, didn't offer a receipt. I was unaware of the charge until I got home. A response from an email was I had to call the booking site, even though the charge was to the hotel. I then called the hotel twice to get the charge taken off. The hotel itself is old, falling apart, old carpeting, no elevators. The room had five large mirrors, about 3 too many. The shower pressure with super loud, and rather hard. The air conditioner was so high I had to stand on the bed to turn it on and off. The TV only had three good channels. The price is what you get cheap and tacky.

Very bad customer service. I've lost valuable clothing they refused to help me my day of check out to try to recover my belongings. Put me on hold twice for 20 min ea. I called 4 times before getting an answer. Told me they couldn't call room or knock on door to see about my garment bag to wait til current folks check out. I am so very unhappy. I've stayed there multiple times but not likely to stay again. These are items I wear to musicals and very special occasions which is why I was staying there. I don't know what else to do but warn the rest of you. I can't replace everything and I'm sick about it.

Would not recommend if you value good sleep or decent customer service. Air conditioner broken, carpets had rips, sheets had holes, there was a white spider on the door, and a brown spider in the towels, mold in the bathrooms, and an all-pervasive stench. The public bathrooms were a mess that looked like it had not been cleaned in weeks. For the trouble, we were offered 20% off, but were told we could not accept it if we wanted to speak with a manager. We asked to speak with the manager, and the front desk said they would call him and would hear back within an hour. I had to call back later that night and get someone else to pass on the same message. The manager called me back the next day, we went over options, and I asked for his name. He decided that meant I was not accepting the price break and hung up on me. My wife called back and he told her that since we did not say something immediately that he could not do anything for us, even though we did speak with front desk immediately. Thankfully, we have pictures of everything, so she stated we would be posting them and making comments about his attitude to his superior. The manager said that we should post the pictures, that he doesn't care, and that there is no one above him, then hung up. I called back, and he stated that since we were pursuing the issue further, he would no longer help us.

The stay for one night was acceptable as there was confusion with checking in and one of the rooms had no hot water. The beds were comfortable and it was clean overall but the carpets could use a cleaning. The best part was breakfast at the hotel restaurant where our food and waiter were fantastic!

Horrible experience took 45 minutes to get checked in and the gentleman checking us in was only worries about having someone else help us because he was supposed to clock out 2 minutes prior, finally after getting checked in, we go to our room. It wasn't even vacuumed, went to run a bath and the plug was completely broken. Neighbors were extremely loud all night and the front office did nothing to fix any of our issues. They were rude and snappy! Will never stay there again or return to any of their hotels. When we checked out we paid cash and didn't receive our change, when I called back to let her know and ask if she could credit us, she told me that's impossible and I would have to come back now to get my change. Knowing I just got a shuttle to the airport! I just called the shuttle and told him to get the change for a tip! very unhappy! and I only gave it 1 star because I had to!

It's what you'd expect for $60/night — I stopped by for half an evening just to rest up and get a shower before a redeye flight, and it was perfectly fine for that purpose. Property is old and showing it. Room looked tidy but you get the sense that there's probably a fair amount of grime in the carpet, etc. The people here are great, though. Front desk staff was on top of things and the free airport shuttle was a piece of cake with a friendly and very helpful driver. Don't expect a Hilton or Marriott, but it's fine for what it is and priced appropriately.

Great place. It needs a bit of remodeling but the staff makes up for any of that. So nice and helpful! Clean beds. :) five stars.

Loved this place. It was comfortable, clean, classy, and off the main road so it was nice and quite! Excellent prices — didn't even have to go through some special website … I simply called the front desk and was hooked up with.

Even for $65, I was let down. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable, but the faucets and shower fixtures were very difficult to use, the furniture was dated and rickety, every single outlet within 10' of the desk was being used by the room's electronics — nowhere to plug in a laptop or anything one might actually at a desk. But where I docked this hotel major points was the way the upper floor hallways reeked of pot and cigarette odors, the way hotel users would congregate just outside the exterior doors at the top of the enclosed steps and smoke (despite the No Smoking signs) — all of their foul smoke pooling in that space with nowhere to go but into the halls! Also, the night we visited, they were hosting some big event and parking was virtually nonexistent despite signs showing event parking across the street. We finally found a very tight spot at the front of the campus when our room was all the way in the back of the property. Glad we didn't have a bunch of luggage! I'll gladly pay $20-30 extra to stay elsewhere in this area.

Average. The bed and pillows are comfy. Room is spacious enough. None smoking rooms does not smell bad. Shower is good and fast flowing. Carpets are worn. 32" Tv. No pools during winter and spring. It's an outdoor pool. Easy parking close to your room. Remember there are no proper blankets on the bed like many other hotels We've visited.

Stayed here on a park and fly reservation — they have very reasonable rates since parking at pdx can get expensive. When I checked in there was only one attendant at the desk dealing with multiple customers and a phone ringing of the hook. She handled it professionally and calmly. The room was acceptably clean for the price; however it smelled of cigarettes despite being a non — smoking room. Shuttle driver prompt and kind at 5am.

Yuk, yuk, yuk. The furniture is worn out. The sheets were dirty and we had to change them ourselves. The clean sheets were stained. The staff was only marginally helpful. There is no elevator and we had lots of luggage. The sink and shower fixtures were very difficult to use. I had to pull with all my might to turn the shower water on and off. Don't stay at this hotel!

This place is very near the airport and has a good park and fly deal. Shuttle runs often. The room was very run down looking, dirty carpet in the hall. The room was basically clean, however, and the staff was very nice.

Great staff and location. No hot water… no kidding — not even luke warm. Nothing but cold. Price was too much even at $63. Hot water is kind of a must. Would have rated 4 stars if there was hot water.

The front desk was very helpful with getting us a nice quiet room without us asking. He also set up a shuttle for us to go to dinner at a very nice Portland restaurant on the river. Thank you very much. The bed was comfortable. Hallways and stairs needed upgraded. Even though we were in a non smoking room we still has smoke coming from somewhere. For the price we were very satisfied.

We use the Ramada for when we need park and fly. The rates are reasonable and you can leave your car for up to 30 days. The hotel is clean and comfortable. The service is really great, we had to change rooms once due to housekeeping issues, but the staff had no pro, we're very apologetic and helpful. One of the downsides is that they do not offer any kind of breakfast. We would certainly stay there again, the location is really convenient, less than 10 minutes from the airport and it has a free shuttle service.

Nice, comfortable rooms. Friendly staff. The only downside is access to public transportation. You either need to get the shuttle to the airport and hit the red line or walk at least a mile to a bus stop. They still have smoking rooms, so most of the place smells like smoke. I was there for 5 nights and a few days/nights I could smell natural gas. Notifying the front desk, they didn't ever have an answer on whether they would call the gas company or that there was ever a problem. All but one of the ice machines on the first level were broken. The restaurant closes at noon if it's not busy and the lounge doesn't open until 4pm. I ended up going over to the Radisson's restaurant to get something to eat/drink for a Saturday lunch.

Service great and room clean! Not sure what made the room earn the moniker "mini-suite", seemed like a normal room to me. All in all, it's always a great place for staying pre-flight, have an excellent park-and-fly option!

Nice enough digs while waiting on a plane. On site lounge and restaurant with an outdoor pool. Pet friendly too, with the swankiest in 80s business class decor.

The property is old and it has no elevators. The prices seem reasonable for the rooms, but really they show their age. The staff was friendly, helpful, and polite.

Old time luxurious, wood trims beautiful gardens. Older professional travelers have been coming here for years and love it. It deserves a historical renovation Ramada!

I wish I could rate this place lower. I checked in because I had an early morning flight leaving out of pdx. The room was better than expected for $60. After checking out I realized I had been charged for the room MULTIPLE times. I contacted the hotel expecting it to be a simple fix, mistakes happen, but instead I had to argue with the kid on the phone. First he told me that the second charge was my dog deposit. I had been told there would be a $20 dog deposit and instead I was charged over three times that amount. When I pointed this out he told me there was no second charge and I would have to call back later if I wanted to talk to a manager. Total waste of money and I will be getting my refund.

Big rooms but definitely not "Suite" status when they charge for suites. Balcony is simple at best, no room for furniture or even sitting. Staff is friendly and amenities are actually available if needed. Set off in the back so its not polluted with traffic. Not bad for price but not worth the upgraded room.

This place is not easy to find, not easy to get to and it's a terrible terrible place. First they put me in a second floor Room With No elevators and I'm a senior. I told him I can't carry my luggage upstairs. The Next Room there was a party next door and a lot of smoking a lot of smoking. We are talking midnight at this time. Then it's a long walk back to the lobby again for the third time. The third room was okay just okay I had a horrible night sleep and I was exhausted, I think I was more exhausted when the morning came then I was in the evening and I did not feel safe at all. I do not recommend this place.

Airport delivery service is awesome and they let you keep your car there free for two weeks! The folks are always polite and helpful. Can't ask for more.

Honestly the worst experience we had with a hotel. After driving 10.5 hours, they said that we could not check in because we are under 21. This would have been fine, except there was no where on their website that clearly specified this, it took us a long time to find any policy regarding age. Once we arrived, the person at the front desk was rude and did not offer an apology for this issue. We had to book a new hotel, called the clarion and the staff was infinitely more kind and accommodating. We called the general manager, Jarvis, the next day and he did not offer any form of an apology or take our suggestion to specify that guests clearly had to be 21 on the website. He hung up on us and was callous and uncaring about the customer. Both of us have worked in customer service and retail positions and we understand how hard that job could be, but the staff lacked basic human decency. I understand that for most people reading this review this is not an issue, but I still encourage you to not stay here as this may be an indication of how the staff treats all customers.

Time has not been kind to this building. The bathroom smelled of mildew. Card key locks didn't work while sun was on them. The gardens in the courtyards were twiggy and dreary. The pool was very nice and clean. Desk staff were very friendly and fun to work with. The price of the room was fine for the amenities.

Okay hotel for a last minute stay when you just want to spend the night. Really old structure. Not recommended during summer. Air Conditioner takes ages to cool the room. We heard reports of a car being broken into when we checked in but fortunately we were fine. There was a really loud party with the noise spilling over to the lobby where we waiting to check in.

Generally I give only positive reviews… However, the lack of cleaning in the bathroom was something I had not previously experienced at a hotel in Portland. Huge glob of hair in the bathtub drain. Sticky floor. Wet surfaces. As other reviewers have said, the front desk is friendly, but the cleaning staff is not being well trained. I used to run a cleaning business, and it is hard to understand why they do not correct this problem. A little education goes a long way.

Front desk service was great they were very nice. Hotel is definitely older. We got a pet room so I can't speak to what the regular rooms are like. Our floor was weirdly lumpy. It was clearly a single queen suite before, the second bed was added too close to the bar and fridge area. You can't even open the fridge. It was not level either and not comfortable the other bed was okay. Some things were in disrepair. It was pretty quiet and for the price okay. The bathroom seemed clean. The wall by the weird bed had something spilt down it, that should be washed. Otherwise, it was okay and because it's so affordable and not in a bad neighborhood I'd probably stay again.

I got a king bedroom which was quite spacious. Rooms were very clean. One thing I didn't like was the placement of coffee machines inside the toilet! Yes, you read it correctly! Instead of keeping it near by the main table or the countertop, they kept it inside the toilet! Awful!

I recently stayed at the Ramada Inn near the Portland airport. I booked the room under the government rate. If you are unfamiliar with this rate, it is a lower cost for rooms so that employees of the state or government can afford to travel usually with their families. The room was clean but is very poor condition. The bed had a hump in the middle due to people sleeping on both sides, the shower ceiling was badly damaged, the lamp shade was broken along with the safety lock on the window. I work for a university and can deal with the room, I feel bad for our service men and women who would end up with that room. They deserve better.

I reserved 2 nights, came back for the 2nd night, and found out they only reserved me for 1. Had to re-reserve for a 2nd night, and they gave me my stuff that I left in my room in a trash bag. Wasn't too impressed, but they gave me an upgraded room for my 2nd night… next to the noisy pool…

Listen, I read a lot of negative reviews about this hotel, but the fact is I needed a cheap place to sleep for the night that is near the airport. I was so pleasantly surprised at how wonderful this hotel is! Yes, it's old, but it is very well maintained and clean. The staff is all extremely friendly, my room is very spacious and comfortable, and Lea's Restaurant's beer-battered fish and chips are to die for! I can only imagine that the people who complained must be used to fancy amenities… this is not a Hilton, but it is full of charm and if I'm ever on this side of the country again, this is where I will be staying!

I stayed at the Ramada on March 27th 2016. When I went to take a shower there was 4 inches of dirty water sitting in the bath tub. I got moved to another room and when I tried to the water on in the shower it would not turn on. I called the front desk and I was told pull hard like you are going to rip it out of the wall! I was so irritated that I decided to skip my shower.

It was reasonable for what it was. It was very large. We had to travel a little ways to find our room because we were given the opposite direction of our room. Other than that everything from the motel was great. THE RESTAURANT ON THE OTHER HAND, they were training a new server and no one was there to help her. It was very slow service. We were her only table at first. She got 2 more while we were waiting for our food. It was not so busy that we should have waited as long as we had to. Supposedly the "cook" overcooked our brownie from our desert which was another 20mn wait.

We got the nonsmoking queen 2 beds. Clean room except for stains on pillows. Bathroom was clean. Free Wi-Fi. Overall 4/5 in terms of service.

I would give a rating of minus zero but I can't room was dirty smelled liked and old wet boot left for several hours came back to rest ants in the bed and floor. They changed my room worse. Water didn't run fast shower looked like it could fall anytime. The hotel should be bulldozed and rebuilt. But their not gonna do that money hungry. Just to let them know every dollar they make from this disaster is equal to one more person never coming back. because i'm not!

Walked into the lobby where other customers were hardly being helped. The other customers joked about "doing lines" to which the man behind the front desk said "only if you're inviting me"… The directions given to us to find our room were incorrect due to construction. The building wreaked of stale cigarette smoke. When we walked into our room the clock was not set, all the walls were dingy, the curtains did not close all the way, and the bathroom lights stuggled to get past a dim flicker. The sauna smelled very unsanitary, the pool was closed, and the jacuzzi had no water in it. Please stay elsewhere! In any case this will be a funny memory to look back on, but we are never coming here again! Glad to know we didn't experience ALL of the problems listed in others' reviews… As a note, please make sure not to follow the Orbitz ratings — — that's what got us here in the first place with faulty reviews.

Completely lacking in hospitality and professionalism. Hotel features interesting, older design. No elevators. Was offered no assistance lugging 4 suitcases up flights of stairs to my room. Room came with a pantry, microwave, and sink, but no dishes. Front desk could not provide me with a bowl despite a fully stocked kitchen, so I couldn't utilize the groceries I had packed. Went to bed hungry, feeling extremely unaccomodated. Made a stressful night of travel even worse. Truly a terrible experience.

Day guy at front desk has short term memory problem, my wife & I where at his desk not twenty mins prior and he pissed me off, we had words. When I came back, he asked if I was … Husband? Yup, here's your sign. I wasn't here when she checked in, I had to stop at the desk and see stupid in order to get my room key. He asked what room I was in? Ummmmm. How the hell do I know! … got to my room & I found a toenail next to the bed! My Wife moved the end table the legs fell off. To be continued…

Tl;dr — don't book here. Sincerely. — While I normally ignore these reviews as the few disgruntled hard to please people. I should have taken the 1.9 star (at the time) average and realized the data doesn't lie. This hotel lives off of their cheap prices by the airport and the schmucks like me who go for it. I made the mistake of paying in full for my reservation and yet upon arrival they had filled the hotel. They also would not refund my reservation. While I could sit an argue with the obstinate front desk for hours, this place truly is a scam.

This place is a complete disaster. It's dirty. The widows look like they haven't been cleaned in years. There are multiple stains on the carpet. The staff is terrible and is poorly managed. It's the worst hotel I have ever stayed. Do Not Stay Here! The non smoking rooms smell bad. Funny thing when you check in at the front desk area is very fancy but turn the corner and its a dump! Hated it! The staff.

Horrible experience. Pay attention to the numerous 1-star reviews. This hotel doesn't care about its customers one bit. Clearly an airport dump looking to scam desperate travelers. Due to a flight delay and missed connection, we had to cancel our reservation at short notice and were told it was "non-cancelable. " This I completely understand. But when, by a last-minute flight miracle, we actually made it to the hotel, they had canceled our reservation. So, while they refused to refund the charge, they also wouldn't give me a room unless I paid for another room at a HIGHER price. They guy at the counter was happy to explain the pros and cons of using third-party companies to make reservations, as if this is some new, rare activity, but my third-party company also spoke to him, and he refused to give them a refund or honor the reservation. So at the end of the day, they are happy to cancel non-cancelable reservations in the sense that they will keep your money but not give you a room. Disgusting. From the lobby, it was a filthy hotel but we didn't get to see a room.

I give this hotel 0 stars but this site wouldn't let me — one was the lowest I could go. DO NOT STAY HERE! I booked the room using Expedia for my elderly mother. Check in took forever and the phone was ringing off the hook. The front desk person made my mom sign a bunch of stuff which apparently said we could not get refunded for the room if we found it unsatisfactory — so if you decide to stay here — DO NOT CHECK IN unless you are 100% sure this stink hole will work for you. As the other reviewer said NO ELEVATORS — and the key didn't work to get into the section we were to stay in — once I got it to work which took several tries in 100 degree weather, we had to walk to the other side of the building to get to the stairs to go up then walk all the way back to the front to get into the room which had a great view of a another building which was falling apart. Needless to say we decided this was not going to be adequate for my 81 year old mother and as I was trying to get her out of there she fell coming down the stairs and when I told JAMES the manager — he didn't care. I tried to get our money refunded since we were not going to stay in the room and THEY REFUSED. I highly recommend NEVER going anywhere near this place.

I know I get what I pay for. But still, this was pretty bad. Reception was backed up. And no fault to the receptionists who obviously were trying their best, while simultaneously prioritizing telephone calls instead of people checking in. A/C didn't work in the room, which is bad when its 90 Fahrenheit outside. No elevator, so I had to help a poor lady get her luggage to the third floor! Fairly disappointed and I'm not even that picky.

This hotel was awful. the toilet was running all night. the drain was plugged in the tub. the hot tub was permanatly closed. the lav faucet was so hard to turn on the kids could not use it. the tub was cracked and the anti slip matt on the bottom was very moldy all over it. the parking lot is also used as a park and ride so there was no parking. this is a grimy place place, there are better hotels near by for less money. I wish I would have checked reviews before booking.

Where do I begin. This hotel has been a nightmare from the very moment I arrived. After waiting in line for nearly an hour to check-in, I was told by the concierge that parking would be nigh on impossible — and boy was she right. I drove around the parking lot looking for a space for another twenty minutes (not exaggerating). Finally, after I had found a parking space a quarter mile from my room, I walked my luggage (which included two medium-sized boxes as I'm moving into a new house and needed a temporary place to stay) to the room but much to my dismay realized there were NO ELEVATORS IN THIS GOD FORSAKEN HOTEL. So here I am, lugging several suitcases and two boxes up the stairs by myself (because there was nobody besides the woman at the front desk to help anybody with their luggage). Now, you might be thinking, "Gee, Jake, you must be parched after hauling all that luggage from your car. " and you bet I was. So I walked to the vending machine (which was two flights of stairs and three long hallways away from my room) and discovered they are out-dated, cash-only ones that you only ever see at gas stations in BFE. So I walked to the lobby where I had remembered seeing an ATM earlier as I was checking in. Much to my dismay, it was out of service (probably a good thing anyway seeing as it would have cost me an additional 5 dollars in fees to withdraw enough money to pay for a soda). I am going to end this rant here, with one final note about the rooms.

Worst. Experience. Ever. Rundown hotel. Don't be fooled by the good deals. It's cheap for a reason. I booked in advance for a non-smoking room, but there were cigarette burns in the VERY OLD carpet. The room was FREEZING and the heater did not work. On top of that there was NO BLANKET on the bed. Just two sheets with a very thin fleece bed liner in between them. Froze my butt off all night long. Luckily I only had to sleep here for 4 hours because I had an early flight in the morning. Was hoping the shower would warm me up in the morning but it was barely warm as well and the shower floor was totally unstable and made a cracking sound whenever I moved. On top of that, they charged my card after checking out for the agreed upon rate online. But then I discovered another charge for $150! I called to ask about it and was put on hold twice. First time for 4 minutes. I hung up and called back and got put on hold for another minute. They told me that it was not a charge but a "hold" put on my card for incidentals and that they have the right to hold up to $500, which they had already released when I checked out but it can take my bank 7-10 days for the funds to release back into my account. They said I initialed this on the form when I checked in but this was most certainly not made clear to me. Needless to say, I will NEVER EVER EVER stay here again.

Reserved my room ahead of time for me and my gf and paid 130 dollars. Upon checkin there was a lady almost in tears because she reserved a non smoking room and she got a smoking room. So I told her we could swich cause I was a smoker and I felt really bad for this lady. The lady at the front desk ok'd the switch and we went on our way. When we walked in the room the sheets were gross and the tub looked like it hadnt been cleaned in weeks. In the morning we got woken up by the cleaning lady who said that we had to check out at 9. I was confused and called down to the front desk. The man at the front desk said the lady never switched the room names and that I had to vacate the room. I paid for my room. The lady took an early flight and checked out of my room. Horrible experience will never stay here again.

We walked in and were greeted by a friendly staff member. He was very helpful. The hotel is a bit confusing though because there is alot of entrances. Our room is pretty nice! I really like the bar area, however the pillows are kind of small. I will definitely stay again.

This place is so disgusting, I'm debating sleeping in my car. I don't even want to take my shoes off. It looks like a pay by the hour motel and the pictures are nothing at all like the real thing. If my poor babies hadn't been in the car all day and I hadn't already spent the effing $85 then I would've walked right out. There's a fricking bullet hole in the nasty wallpaper. Praying nothing happens to us at this falsely advertised joke of a place to stay.

This place is dirty, smells disgusting and has terrible service! Font desk associates and especially the maids are rude and idiotic! Pool, was closed, but we weren't told ahead of time. This location is full of pimps and prostitutes and at the entrances people were drinking and smoking marijuana! We had two kids with us. We were leaving the country and had been dropped off with twenty bags so we couldn't leave. We were stuck for 3 miserable days! It was terrible and terrifying experience.

Not even one star. My daughter had lost her debit card in Ixtapa Mexico. I had booked a room for 2 people on February 6, was injured in Mexico and came home early. On February 6 Susan took a bus from Patzcuaro to Urapan, another bus to Ixtapa, a flight to Los Angeles, finally Portland around 11pm. She was refused a room, returned to PDX to sleep on the floor in the airport.

This place is a total Dive! The kid named James at the front desk is totally rude and actually hung the phone up on me when I had a question for management. They love Money from Drug Dealers, Hookers and Criminals so be very very careful if you rent one of there Gross Smelly Dirty Rooms!. Watch your vehicle, wife, children and never ever leave items in your room or it will be stolen! Take a good look at there reviews and it should give an idea what this place is like. They also claim there remodeling the place and actually ran ads for Painters and maintenance tech's on Craigslist here in Portland. This is a total lie! I have Four Journeyman Painting/Maintenance technician fried' s with great skills, references and resumes, not one of them were hired for there so called upgrades after giving over all there personal information to this place. We feel it was for Tax Credits! This place should be condemned.

I seriously cannot imagine even staying here. I've been keeping them in mind by routinely checking their rates online and called to get room rates a few minutes ago for the night of my birthday and the receptionist sounded incredibly uninterested and when I thanked her for all of her help, she simply said, "Uh huh, you're welcome, " and hung up. It was a great rate because I would have been arriving late and leaving early that morning to drive home about an hour away, but I guess we'll never know because she didn't even care to ask if I wanted her to book the room for me. Terrible service makes for a terrible experience — first impressions are everything. Their staff definitely needs better training.

Worst hotel in Portland. Reserved a non smoking room and they refused to let us stay in one. Pubes and crap everywhere. There was seriously a piece of raw chicken in the sink. Shower curtain rod fell off the wall. Just go stay at the Radisson across the street. It's only $30 more and to be honest you couldn't pay me the room rate of the Ramada for me to stay there again.

HORRIFIC! Whatever you do, don't stay here. The place stinks, the staff are unorganized, rude and the hallways smell like marijuana. **First reason not to stay here. I went here with my husband, at check in we were told that they would take my card number in case there was an incidental fee. I specifically asked the girl with the drawn on eyebrows, if it would be a $10 fee, as the Ramada on Starks puts a $10 hold for incidental. I was told that they would not hold anything. The next morning I woke up, I checked my acct and there was $150 gone from my acct. I called the front desk and a lady named Virginia answered. I asked why they charged $150 on my acct, she said they didn't and I told her that I was looking at my bank statement, and the money is not there. I told her that I specifically asked the night shift girl, if they were going to charge my card and I was told they wouldn't. She said, "well you were given false information". I was livid, because if you're going to have people work for your organization, make sure they're not giving out false information, to inconvenient the lives of others. She was very rude on the phone, and lacked customer service skills. She could have started off with apologizing, before telling me that their staff is under-trained. **Second reason not to stay here. After checking in, the girl with the drawn on eyebrows, gave us our room card-key, and a VERY confusing hotel map, giving us directions to our room.

I have never had a worse experience in any hotel ever. In 2010 I spent over 200 nights in hotels travelling for work. I have stayed in presidential suites bigger than my house and I have stayed in third world hotels with no running water. Nothing I have experienced anywhere can compare even closely to the horrific, immoral, eggregious treatment I received at htis hotel. I checked in late one night, having driven for over 12 hours that day. I asked the check in person if I could schedule another night at the same rate. She told me she could not make the reservation from her computer, but that in the morning I could take care of it. So I go back to the room, relax, and go to bed. I am awakened in the morning by the maid. I ask her to come back later. I get up and get ready to shower. I am brushing my teeth in my underwear just about to step in the shower when someone identifying himself as "management" (later identified as Jarvis Melton) banged on my door like police officers who are about to break the door down. Now think about this. The maid had come to my door and I asked her to come back later. She left. There had been no call, no conversation, no discussion between the morning management crew and me about either checking out or staying another day.

My boyfriend and I came here twice before and the first time it was good but the second time was terrible and then the manager emailed me and gave us 30% percent off and an upgrade. It was a complete lie. All the manager did was gave us the exact same room for a cheaper price. The hallways smelled like marijuana and we told the front desk but they didn't do anything. Then, the tiles in our bathroom were broken. The shower rod was put upside down at an angle and the shower curtain didn't close. There was a pool in the bathroom from the shower. The toilet made a weird noise all night. The refrigerator wasn't very cold. I had my boyfriend go get the food from the restaurant and they told him to go to the bar and He is not 21 years old and they didn't care. The worst part is there were a couple of ants in our room and when we walked to the lobby we saw a few spiders and nobody cared. The hotel is dated and not very well cleaned. The copyright date on the pictures in the rooms/hallways are from the 1980s. The front desk lady kind of seemed like we were a bother that we were checking in. My advice to anyone is to stay anywhere else because anywhere else you will be treated like royalty even if you have spend a little bit more money. No matter what we will never stay here again.
