Great Motel in the University District of Seattle. The place is an older Motel, and the rooms are more like apartments. But its upkeep was nice clean rooms. In a somewhat quiet neighborhood. Their was some construction going on so the morning was a little noisy. It's in walking distance to several restaurants with all different food choice. All in all the price is right if your staying in this area.

The place has a homey feel as soon as you walk in. The price for a 1 bedroom with living room and dining room; full kitchen costed us $280 per night. Parking is below the building in a alley way. I did enjoy how it felt like the "motel" felt like an apartment. I felt super comfortable. There was a bed in the living room. The bedroom was large with plenty of closet space with an ironing board and iron. The bathroom was small but clean. The carpet was clean and the walls and beds seemed very clean.

Pleasant staff, Walgreens half a block away from the entrance of motel. Should allow a break in Motel rates to people staying going to the University Washington Medical Center for help. They would be amazed I'd bet at the money they would be bring in steady.

Very clean. Upgraded to 2 bedroom apartment suite for cost of 1 bedroom. Great spicy schzuen hot pot restaurant next door. Walgreens 200 feet away. Short drive to beautiful old Catholic church, with another about 800' away.

The mizzus and I are very excited as we spent two nights a weekend earlier in a dive. Our ship docked and we were off by ten am. I called to see if we could check in before one pm and was told they'll see what could be done. We arrived and were met and the room was ready early and it's wonderful. If I or my wife return to Seattle, we'll be staying here.

Most amazing family-owned motel in Seattle! Their rooms are more like Apartments, their staff are very helpful, and they're in the heart of the U District. Anyone looking for a places to stay in Seattle should look into the university Motel Suites!

Horrible customer service. Literally the worse I have ever seen in all my life. The male person who handles the reservations was SO terribly rude beyond words. The service and cleanliness were absolutely unacceptable. Words can't describe HOW BAD this place is. Don't go there YOU WILL REGRET IT like I did! Bugs too!

Very rude staff. Wont accept prepaid credit cards or cash nor do they say anything about it on their website. It was the anniversary of a couple of close friends of mine and when they called in an attempt to help fix the situation the owner accused them of trying to commit fraud. Literally any other hotel is better than this one.

I almost don't want to write a great review, for fear this gem will be "discovered"… one of the best finds in Seattle… very convenient location, comfortable, super clean suite with a practically brand new kitchen… very courteous staff, safe parking… unbeatable price! Totally recommend it.

I was on the 3rd floor, room was very clean and nice. I would highly recommend staying here.

Our room was not clean. We found unclean used towels in the bathroom, a coffee cup with lipstick and coffee still in it on the kitchen counter, coffee still in the pot, leftover food in the fridge, and the room had an odd smell. While the size of the space was nice, my husband and I were concerned with the cleanliness of the room.

Love the University Motel Suites! Their prices are far below any hotel even close to UW, their rooms are spacious & clean, and the staff is always friendly. I would definitely recommend them to friends & family!

Nice, huge rooms, 3 beds, a small walk out Cort yard. The street is about as wide as 2 cars side by side, parking is in the Ally. It is a parking garage that is only monitored not securide! People are very nice would stay here again.

Hallway smells, office smells, and room smells. A/C in main room only so slept with window open… until a garbage truck came in the wee hours of the morning. Got through that one, then another came through a few hours later. Parking is terrible but nearly impossible for a full size pickup or SUV. Then there's the water. Once you adjust the shower temperature, make sure you shower within a few minutes. If not, the water roulette begins. First it gets unbearably hot, then ice cold. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else!

Fantastic prices and wonderful bedding. Often hotels are stingy with bedding, but we were provided with plenty of clean blankets and pillows. Our family had plenty of room to spread out around the room and the hotel is in a prime location.

Sure it's older, sure the parking garage is super tight for a full size pickup — but dang! The room we had was amazing! The size was awesome, it was clean, it was perfect for what we needed. Would easily recommend it to a friend.

This was a one-night stay for an early event the next morning. The suite was massive! The owner seems to really care about keeping things in good condition even though the building and decor are noticeably aging. Parking is available in a garage accessible via the alley. Plenty of food within walking distance. If you're looking for a solid stay (and generally leary about independent motels/hotels) this is a good choice. Large kitchen and dining table and separate bedroom in our suite. It is a bit aged, but otherwise no complaints.

The motel is not very luxurious but for the price this well. Our recamamara, had 3 beds. 2 in what would be a hall and the third in the fourth. Have basins and vessels by if you prefer not to go out for a meal.

Although an older property, the room was large and clean. Staff was friendly and location was close to the University and a short drive/bus ride away from the attractions downtown.

Great price with parking included! The rooms are just like an apartment (because the place was an apartment building). Very clean.

This is a pretty nice place, nice people at the desk. I stayed in the Husky site, room 302. It was pretty much like a one bedroom apartment. Kitchen with pots and pans, stove, fridge, and microwave; small dining table with 4 chairs, couch and tv, and I think a king size bed with lots of empty drawers in the bedroom. The bathroom was clean with lots of towels and the grout was pristine. My main complaint was that the grippy stuff on the bathtub was almost all gone. Most people might not care about that, but I bruised a rib on a slippery tub once. It also seemed a little pricey before I saw the room, but I could understand it once I did. I just didn't really need much more than a bed.

Comfortable beds 9 centralized location I'd give it five stars but it's got slow Wi-Fi.

There's a reason why the rooms are cheap! You pay for what you get and even $100 is to much! Room was dirty, had to wash several dishes, there was popped popcorn in cupboard left behind as well. While preparing our dinner a cockroach had crawled out from behind stove on to the counter! Tried catching it to show manager but it crawled off back behind the stove! Told manager, and they didn't do anything! Told them how dirty room was and they didn't even apologize! They charged me reg price for the room regardless! Won't be going back.
