This is a well-run motel with a lot of attention to detail in its care of guests. The breakfast was exceptional. Clean, attractive, and comfortable beds, bigger bedrooms. The owner takes pride and cares about its guests. We especially appreciated the bouquets of golden wheat and the travelers' prayer left in the breakfast area and rooms.

It was nicely decorated. The room was clean and inviting. Breakfast was good. Lots of options with protein options also. Wasn't able to use the pool or spa but both looked clean and inviting. Would definitely stay there again if it was along my path.

Great hotel! Super welcoming staff and nice clean, well kept rooms. Cookies and milk at 7pm and great breakfast offerings in the morning. Plus there is a pool, my kids were thrilled. We will definitely be back!

We found this Inn at the last minute when we had to change our routing home to Idaho from Canada because of wildfires. We were pleased we chose Best Western. This was close to the freeway, but still very quiet. The facilities were very clean including the pool, which is open 24 hours, a real plus when traveling with young ones and you arrive late. The front desk staff was so amenable and helpful, it was welcome after many hours in the car. Also, the full breakfast was quite good. We would stay here again!

We were here for 2 night for a family event. The BI is an updated older facility that is well maintained and clean. The fact that the BI is locally managed and staffed is quite evident. The BI is well located for gas stations and restaurants including a Starbucks that is next door. We will stay here again and is recommended for those who would prefer family run hotel over the cookie cutter experience of the chain hotels.

Was here last night for one day but decided to stay the night. Booked it hours before 4pm on the booking app. No problems. Good price. AMAZING beds, super clean, 24/7 pool, fast service and excellent breakfast food! I like how it’s in the middle of nowhere (im a city folk) so it’s secluded not too many tourists, small cute town. Hour ish away from major city. And exceeded my expectations. I wanna go back and take their sheets and beds bc it was so comfy lol def will be back! (Even tho we never heard of this city or hotel before it was spontaneous and worth it. Good reviews and so clean and just so good! )

Clean hotel. Pool and hot tub open 24/7. Probably thee best free complimentary breakfast I’ve had from a hotel. Easy on/off. Loves fuel station right across the road.

I was driving to funeral of my brother and called from the road where they said I could even check in early. Just excellent service all around. Great pool and a fitness room. The cookies and real whole milk were an unexpected treat. Worth the cost.

Nice hotel, very clean but I’m traveling alone and my first floor room’s window wouldn’t lock, I had to pay $20 extra to have my dog in the room plus the TV wasn’t working at all. $130+ for one night was a little steep for the inconveniences. I didn’t have time to ask but I wanted to see if they’d discount my room. Not having a TV was difficult.

Easy access from I90. Friendly and experienced staff. Comfortable accommodations. Yummy breakfast. Good pool. Decorated living areas near checkin. And warm cookies. The room and bed were the best.

Stayed here because they have a Tesla supercharger. Very nice hotel. Not much in the area for dinner. Breakfast was super crowded. Couldn't get in. Employees were very nice. Room rate is a little high but you don't have a lot of choice. Clean and comfortable room.

I stay in motels 4 to 5 nights a week 48 weeks a year. This is one of the cleanest places I have ever stayed. Awesomely spacious rooms.

My family the Rosenoffs had a memorial here on mothers day weekend. The staff was great! The room was great. We did have to ask for a plastic bag for our dirty close for our second day stay, which they quickly brought to our room. So I say 5 *****. For ALL of it!

Amazing facility, super friendly staff. The rooms are super clean. Spare sheets and pillows were kept in dust bags… never seen this even in 5star accomodtions.

So clean and homey! Great place for a night, wish they served breakfast a little later on the weekends — overall it was perfect! Kids loved the milk and cookies they put out, nice touch.

This hotel was truly wonderful. We had been traveling all day and due to the busy season we were unable to find suitable accommodation in other places we had stopped. Now we are happy that we had to travel farther because the hotel was beautiful. The staff was very professional, the room was beautifully appointed, the bed was very comfortable and the experience was exceptional. This inn is very comfortable! Rooms are large, clean and the decor makes me feel right at home. My grandkids love the 24 hour pool. Breakfast includes a good variety and there was still plenty of food at the end. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. Price was very reasonable. We will visit again.

I have probably stayed at this property a half dozen times over the past 2 years. It is always a pleasant stay with helpful staff and a great breakfast. Property has a very ‘homey’ feel and is very quiet. Property has ample truck parking too. Thank you for a very affordable and pleasant property in Ritzville.

We took a road trip this summer across the northern US states and stayed here two nights. It is a professional and inviting place right off the interstate. Good free breakfast, Nice room with refrigerator. Central Washington is dry so I understand the low flow shower. 24 hour heated pool and exercise room. Laundry room. Elevator very slow. They missed cleaning our room the first night for some reason, but stuff happens so I don't hold it against them. Starbucks coffee next door.

Stayed here for one night with friends after a nearby music festival. Room was clean, temperature was perfect, and the bed was actually softer than I thought it would be! I slept on a hotel bed the very next night in Vegas on my layover flight home and to be honest this best westerns bed was much better. Room was affordable as well, so that was an added bonus. Plenty of parking too!

Moderate rooms, with very nice staff. Comfortable beds with very clean sheets. Great continental breakfast. Only downside for us was the indoor pool, but all the hotels in the area were booked so we had to settle, oh well… I would stay here again if I ever needed to be on the middle of nowhere once more.

Wonderful experience. We stayed here with our entire family. Nice large room, fantastic breakfast, and a good indoor pool/hot tub. I liked that pool was open 24 hours. The staff was very helpful, and especially impressive during breakfast, which was a fine meal. They were cooking real scrambled eggs all morning! Multiple employees continued to check the breakfast service to make sure everything was working perfectly. And all of this for a very reasonable price. I will stay here again for sure.

We have stayed at the Bronco Inn for years when visiting family. They are at the top when it comes to cleanliness, friendliness, and helping with accommodating your needs. I would highly recommend to anybody.

Nice clean hotel with a patriotic/home town lobby and room decor. The pool/spa was open 24 hours, very nice. Their complimentary breakfast was GREAT! Biscuits and gravy, sausage, ham, eggs… so good! We didn't have the best water pressure in our shower, but everything else was great about this hotel. It was a good price for the night too.

We LOVED this place. We changed our plans during our road trip and found this hotel online and it had great reviews! The pool is open 24 hours, they have coin-op laundry (many places don't), cookies in the lobby at 7pm, a nice breakfast with waffles and hash browns and eggs! Great place! Great price! Excellent location close to the freeway (but we couldn't hear it at all. )

In our opinion one of the best hotels we've ever stayed in. Service is great accommodations are great breakfast for is awesome. Can't thank the staff enough for their service.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. Lounge area very relaxing, well decorated and very well kept. The room was cozy, very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The Complimentary Breakfast was delicious and had various items to choose from. Staff was very kind and quick to give you the best experience possible. If you ever get a chance to stay here, take it and enjoy. We will be back!

The Best Western in Ritzville is one of the very best hotels I've ever experienced. The moment I hit the door I felt so at home. The décor of this hotel was absolutely perfect! It was warm and welcoming and my companion and I enjoyed the oh so comfortable sitting area near the Christmas tree and fireplace. The breakfast was very tasty and there was plenty for all who came, and as with the sitting area, was decorated spot on!
The whole hotel was very clean, smelled great and the staff were so helpful and very friendly. Surely hope Corporate uses this hotel as a model for all their others. I would give a higher rating if possible.

WOW! I dont even know where to start! This place was AMAZING! Inexpensive rates, exceptionally clean rooms, exceptional amenities, and an awesome over the top staff! You know when you go places like the DMV and you can tell the staff doesnt like their job, they're un friendly, slow, and do everything not to help… This place was the exact OPPOSITE! Would recommend, and will definately stay again!

Best hotel I stayed in during a week long business trip that jumped from one hotel to the next. Compares with the Oxford Suites in Spokane. In fact, it had the same carpet and nice beds. Far surpassed Hotel Bellwether in Bellingham and the Hilton in Portland couldn't compare. Great hotel, nice people, great breakfast, clean and quiet. Try the taco shop out next to the hotel. Great food.

This hotel was exceptional which was noticed as soon as we entered. The young man working there was wearing a suit and tie and looked very professional. Carts were available at the front door to haul all our baggage in and there were fresh cookies and milk provided after dinner. The choices for breakfast were vast including freshly made waffles to boiled eggs and the dining area was very homey. The pool was very nice and clean and the hot tub was actually HOT. The rooms were also very clean and the beds were so soft that my daughter announced if she had a bed that comfy she would never make it to work on time. They had a work out room which was not bad and had the basic equipment which was functional. Throughout our trip west this was by far the best hotel we found. Way to go and thanks for your hospitality. P. S. I am a serving Canadian Military Member and was a little disappointed that discounts were not available to us and only to the American Military.

Was reluctant to stay here at first but I was tired and it was very late so we stopped. It is the nicest Best Western I've ever been to and the staff was incredibly nice at check in. Upon entering the room there was a Bible opened up to Psalms 30 and a card written in it from management with the Travelers Prayer. Room was clean and comfortable. If you are considering a stop look no further. I'd stay here again, very clean and we'll managed.

Me and my girlfriend took a week long vacation, and we booked through Costco travel. We stayed in Best Westerns in Vancouver BC, Seattle, and Spokane, but this one was by far the best. Staff was friendly, room was clean and cozy. Breakfast was nice in the morning too. All in all good vibe compared to the other Best Westerns and much cleaner.

The hotel appeared to be brand new, though I know according to a few other review that it's not. The room was well-appointed, clean, and welcoming. We rated four stars instead of five because of the noise from the Interstate. We've not had the same experience at other motels on Interstates, so we assume the walls are thin.
