Place was clean and the lady was nice. Will stay here again.

Totally ridiculous. I used to stay here during the year since 02 quite a bit for work and it was great. Looked forward to it. Now, it's been taken over by a new owner and has gotten horrible. I've tried to stay here several times thinking it was just a bad time and every time it's the same now, no heat, broken blinds, dirty rooms, and stinky. Different people running it every time. I asked them to turn the heat up in my room and she said she wouldn't because I'd be to hot. So this is the second time I've slept in my down sleeping bag. I'll never visit here again. It's become a weekly rental place also so people are living there now. Bummer.

One star is to much for this _hit hole! Room was dirty bread crumbs on the bed and chair. It appeared that the owners family had been living in the room. When we pulled in she came out of the room! Stay away! BTW we paid and walked into the room saw the room and left.

Very nice people rooms are small but had everything I needed bathrooms are little dated but overall a very affordable place to stay.

No frills motel. Comfy beds in historic part of town. Fridge and microwave. Spotty Wi-Fi no extras good if you are not picky and wanting a place to sleep.

The room itself was nice. But it's located across from the train tracks, and everytime a train goes by (which is about 1-2 hrs) they sound the horn. Didn't get a lot of sleep that night.

Pesky flies in room, loud trains, bright light right outside the window and only cheap blinds to stop it, Wi-Fi is there but barely. Cheapest motel around for a reason. Lady at the desk seemed nice though.

This place was cute, very homey, the women at the desk I believe was the owner was very nice, can call and contact the hotel 24/7 and prices were great, 10/10 would recommend for a short stay.

We broke down late at night and thought we wouldn't be able to find a place to stay. Thankfully, Top Hat Motel came to the rescue! Every person we talked to was extremely warm and welcoming, and we had a great time.

Great find! Last minute availability, friendly staff, happy to help 24/7 & they even brought us an anniversary gift! Amazing.

If you're expecting the Hilton then you might want to look elsewhere. The Top Hat Motel is run by very friendly and hospitable people and it was evident from the start of our stay their. The rooms were clean, the nightly rates were very affordable, and it's very easy to get to.

Spent a weekend in Ritzville recently. This motel was clean, the staff was friendly and they were even understanding when I accidentally broke the faucet handle in the bathroom! Didn't charge us a thing and said they had extras! And they were good about our cat, who was traveling with us to our new home. The young lady at the desk told my husband she has only been running the place a short time, but she seems to be doing a great job! Might be time to upgrade beds soon tho. Not her fault, just an observation!

Clean, convenient and a great value. Good for a stop over on a long drive across the state. Very pleasant staff.

Was a wonderful stay we have been to a lot of holes and motels and I think this was the first time I haven't had to complain about something the service was awesome rooms were perfect size and very clean I would definitely stay here again if we ever come thru again thank you top hat for your great service and clean rooms.

We were checked in by a very pleasant young lady at the front desk. We stayed in room 9 and found it to be very clean with fresh paint. The bathroom was modern and in very good shape. We received anything we requested. Coffee and pastries were provided in the morning before we left. The price for our one night stay was extremely affordable. There is no reason why we would not stay at the Top Hat in the future.

Kind staff. Creapy location. 1950 orange furniture motifs. A little stained and banged up but can tell they cleaned and scrubbed. Clean sheets ect. Phone could have used a scrub down. Huge issue they should be handing out complementary ear plugs. The motel is a stone throw from a railroad. And the trains go all night. I mean like every thirty minutes. Dont bring young ones and if you want some sleep bring hard core industrial ear plugs. No joke.

WOW! A real gem indeed! After a long 9hr. Drive towards our vacation destination, we were ready for a respite. We had booked a different motel online that appeared to be nice. Boy were we fooled. We couldn't wait to cancel our reservations and get the heck out of there! We spotted the Top Hat and decided to take a look. I have never written a review before, as most places are pretty generic. NOT THIS ONE! Not only were the prices amazing, but the rooms and atmosphere were so quaint and CLEAN! We received cold glasses and ice for our beverages as well as our own carafe of coffee in the morning. We purchased a surprise gift from their gift shop for our friend's birthday; and not only did Jackie bubble wrap it. But boxed it up and snuck it in our room while we were at dinner. And are you ready for this? She actually put it in a Happy Birthday bag WITH tissue! We WILL be staying here again and again. It will now be a part of our tradition when we head from Southern Oregon to our Idahome. As the owners, they take pride in their business, and it shows from the heart.

We were treated so good, I didn't want to come home! I plan to go back as soon as I can.
