Not very clean. Pool is unusable. Not worth what they charge.

Worst and hard to understand over the phone prices too expensive value is a keyword it ain’t value.

Parking lot iced over very slippery. They fixed the situation and have new owners.

Needs updating but good value, quiet rooms.

Busy holiday weekend in Wenatchee. Most hotels are full. We made a reservation with a credit card. We were at the hospital, did not check in thinking we had a reserved room, but no. They did not hold the room even when we thought we had paid. The RUDE desk person yelled at me, and hung up. Morale of story, don't count on having a bed even when you make a reservation.

Not very good, but at least everything is quiet, could improve.

My clean sheets had oil stains on them when I pulled up the bottom of the other guys sheets were still there there’s hair in the shower the last guy’s footprints or in the shower there’s pubic cares all over the floor a condom behind the toilet it’s never been vacuumed the place is a pigstyI’m here let me show you some picturesWhen we asked the manager to bring clean sheets he did but he piston moan the whole time that the women the women the women always complain about the place and told my husband he knew it wasn’t him that it was me and then he was going to preach to me about my smoking.

The owner was rude, the place was filthy, the water pressure was awful, and there was cops coming in due to illegal activity almost every other day.

Bed bugs and front desk tried saying they were not and then we left to later come grab my friend who was in different room and a couple was already in my old infested room. So gross u could not mistake them they were all over even in bathroom. Manager told my friend I was lying lol.

This place is $#! ÷ they have bed bugs and the manager is. A prick who wouldent give us our money back because my 9 year old brother took a piss.

Horrible place to stay id rather sleep in my car then stay there ever again id just stay away from this place.

Can't even begin to say how bad this was. Went in and first thing we see is broken furnature also bed bugs! Told the manager and he killed a live one in front of me and said no there is no bed bugs here everything is clean. Beyond pissed because he was being rude and the rooms were a total mess. I do not recommend at all.

This place is a scam… we paid 80 dollars for 1 night, after checking in we realized we made a mistake. The room was really dirty and outdated. There were Burnt out light bulbs, ripped and broken furniture, no water pressure in the shower but what really took the cake was the sign in our room, telling us not to flush toilet paper down the toilet. The box spring on the bed was broken and the mattress had the pee stains of a thousand children soaked in and the closet smells like mildew. Then there was the finger nails in that cute little drawer under the mirror and the flattened peice of chicken wing that fell out from behind the hanging mirror… just sleep in your car, youll be happier in the am.

Horrible conditions, horrible service, horrible place! To dangerous to stop by!

Horrible that's how I describe it. Police knocking on the doors at 2 a. M. Dirty room. Looks like most of the tenants are transient drug users, and the clerk charged my card twice, no " waffle breakfast" as they advertise. The place looks ok from the front then you drive toward the rooms and realize you made a mistake. Nasty is what it is.

Stayed for a week and was offered a great deal for their value. The rooms were updated a d cleaned. The bed was comfortable and I had a few goodnight sleep. The manager/owner was helpful, nice a d hospitable. She called in the guy to clean the pool as soon as he could so my twins and I could swim. Reakfast wasn't the walk to the main office. Cold coffee and a single waffle is all they offered. So we ended up eating out. Plus I had to ask multiple times a day for a remote to operate TV. Never did get one. I hope my text stay there is a better breakfast with cereal, toast, bagels, milk and juice. Maybe offer coffee in the rooms.

Yes! They have bedbugs! Inspect very carefully before paying. They have a suspicious sign on the counter which reads, "If you have been in your room for longer than 20 minutes, you cannot get a refund. ".

BEWARE! BED BUGS! Had to go to the emergency room for treatment and now they refuse to pay my medical bills.

Not long ago, I was searching for a nice hotel in the area when I was told about the Value Inn. Having not stayed there in quite some time, I figured it was time to give it another try and I am so glad that I did. Every one of the staff members was so sweet. They were also very helpful with things I needed and so accomidating with other aspects of my stay. Overall, I would truly recommend this hotel to anyone that is looking for a nice, clean, comfortable place to stay.

We stayed at the Value Inn in June 2007, and it wasn't horrible like some of the reviews suggest. It's definitely older and could use some decor help, but our room (which was the last one, so it's not like they chose the best for us) was clean and comfortable enough. There was a good breakfast and wireless internet. A couple of extra pillows and towels would have been nice, but I'm sure we could have gotten some from the very friendly staff had we asked. It's a great value, and we'll stay there again.
