Sprinhill suites We had booked a room in Wenatchee with SpringHill Suites on July 2nd. It smelled a little weird when we entered. The layout of the room looked great and we were excited. We inspected the shower first, because we have had showers not work in the past with other hotels. Everything checked out until I had to use the restroom, which is separated from the shower room. It smelled like vomit. It burnt my noise. i looked around the toilet and the sink the best I could and didn’t see anything. i noticed the tile was cracked and gapped in the grout behind the toilet, so I figured it was trapped down there. I didn’t think of it as a problem, I can ask them to clean out the crack with something. as I was leaving the toilet room, I noticed puke all over the sliding door. It is a window type with a frosted glass. I thought that it might be fine if we could clean it. The design of the door has a glass centerpiece that is held into the wood, the vomit most definitely seeped in behind the wood. I thought bleach could probably work to get it clean and to get the smell gone. exiting the toilet room, I noticed the handle also had puke on it. I followed the dried puke down the door and found it gathered on the carpet with chunks still in it. i then noticed the trail of puke that was spot cleaned towards the bathroom. I went down and told the lady at the desk. She came up with me and grabbed some gloves and some all purpose cleaner.

First time staying here but staff is very friendly and the room is very nice.

The staff are friendly, helpful, and very efficient. Our room was outstanding! We have enjoyed breakfast and the great coffee! I highly recommend this hotel! Great location and close to so many good places to eat!

Ok, where do I start. This was be far, without a doubt is the best Marriott brand hotel I have ever stayed in and I have over 890 nights at Marriott's. I hope the team gets to see this because they need to be reminded what a great job they do. From the staff at the meals to the desk and the housekeeping all excellent! I cooked out on the grill 3 of 4 night during my stay. This stay lasted for 3 months with 2 to 3 day home a month so I spent a lot of time with them. I could go on and on but let's just say if you are in the area do look any more. You found your place to stay. And use the grill one night. They will take care if all the tools and set you up. Thanks all of you for the great time away from home. Almost forgot to mention the nightly M-T-W happy hours in the lobby. Fantastic. And to top it off… nightly milk and hot cookies! That's right hot fresh made cookies and milk every night. Come on people, how can you keep looking. :-)
