This is the very first motel I ever stayed at that was clean and very well maintained. I for one will be back for stampede weekend. If I could I would give this place ten stars!

Disgusting and seedy… smells of cigarettes and the front door was patches with spackle and there was a hole in the door near the locking mechanism. Plus I was checked in by a 10 year old child… I got my money back fast!

Omak is a great place 2 live an to raise children also. There is so much to do here too.

This place ROCKS. Very, very friendly owners. Would love to come back and stay here for another night or two. Very comfortable bed to sleep in. Love the bed. The bed was very inviting. Awesome space. Love the mini fridge and the microwave as well. Great TV, love the channels that come in. Loved the price for the room. Excellent price actually. I would give this a 200%place to stay for the night to sleep. If I had extra money I would give them a 5$ tip. Please, choose this place to stay. It's very inviting and such generous and very kind people who work here.

Our experience with Motel Nicholas was sincerely one that has earned the best review I could give them. We checked in at 3 a. M. They were more than happy to provide unconditional excellent customer service with the most affordable rate in town. The room was very clean with an updated flat screen t. V. The beds were very inviting with bright white linens and were more than comfortable. It was a safe quiet atmosphere that I recommend to anyone.

The owner Herman and his wife are friendly and have compassion. Motel is clean quiet and walking distance to all places. The maid is very hospitable. I will recommend them to anyone who is also looking for affordable rates.

Room was great, Air conditioning worked amazingly and the family in charge was extremely nice and kept my room in great order for my whole stay.

Clean room. Nothing fancy but comfy. In the middle of remodeling. Was able to get a remodeled room. Price is great. And as a bonus all white bedding. Which I like a lot. Would stay again.

Clean comfy beds. Great for overnight stop. If you into old school rooms then you will appreciate this motel.

What a pleasant surprise. The rooms have everything you need: microwave, mini fridge, and tv. The free Wi-Fi works! The room couldn't have been cleaner. The owner is extremely kind and truly works to provide his guests with the best stay possible.

The bathroom light/fan switch is broken and stays on 24/7. Talked with somebody who stayed in my room 2 weeks ago and it was broken then too. Lead pellets in several places on the floor for some reason. Other than that, clean enough, good bed and tv. Fridge came with a new box of French toast from Wal-Mart! I have stayed here several times with business and it's ok. I'm not in the room much.

Fantastic basic motel in Omak, WA. Clean, comfortable place run by Indian (of SE Asia) family. Just $54 for two queens for me, my hubby's, our toddler son, and our dog. Warm, super clean shower with curtain rod set back enough that it functioned like a curved curtain rod. Even had a hair dryer! Highly recommend.

Clean, convenient, family owned little place. Cheapest price, comfy bed. Very close to Wal Mart, fast food and gas stations. Little fridge and microwave in every room. Internet is free and works well. I was very glad I chose this place, really kept my expenses down for a little business trip.

Had the pleasure of staying at Motel Nicholas last weekend. The desk person was a joy. The room was just what we were looking for (no bells or whistles). It was quiet, didn't hear slamming doors from other guests. It was great, and we would, without a doubt stay there again.
