Bit of a dive hotel. Sort clean staff was great. Their deep tubs are really just reg tubs. But it's really a decent place for the price.

Sketchy and very busy parking lot, paper-thin rooms, and VERY loud partiers in the room above us. Our room was very dirty. Disappointing stay.

It is what you pay for. A clean bed in an old motel. Perfect for sleeping, when you're business is elsewhere.

Good value clean rooms. Great for our road trip.

This place is horrible, the room was filled with dust, the lamp shades and picture frames super dirty, ncluding dust and long hair on it. The chairs were gross filled with pet hair and stains, the whole rooms stinks with dog and smoke odor. The bath tub and toilet a completely disaster. And the last thing. I went to breakfast area to get some coffee and the whole area was disgusting, the coffe pot looked like they haven't washed for years, the counters need a good clean as well. I would not stay at this place again not even for free, my hair my clothes all were really stinky. I also noticed that only white girls and one African American were doing the housekeeping. That for sure explained everything Where are the hard working Mexicans?,

I have stayed here over 20 times and never until last night have I ever had a problem. After calling front desk from 1130pm until 1230 am complaining about the underage teenagers drinking and slamming things and the floor jumping up and down on the beds and leaning over and spitting chewing Tabacco all over my mustang I finally had to threaten to call the police (which front desk said they were Going to do but never did) did it finally quiet down at 130am. Went to front desk in the mornings to make a formal complaint thinking maybe they would discount my next stay for tonight as I was changing rooms… was surprised to hear they were doing nothing to take responsibility and in some way compensate me for what I had to endure the night before! Very disappointed!

Very clean! The night person was very helpful! I had called to make sure there was rooms available (5left) she had assured me that there would be one available when I arrived. She asked if I wanted top floor or bottom, I said top only because it was cheaper but she gave me bottom floor for the same price, which was okay with me because I didn't want to carry my toddler up the stairs. Unfortunately breakfast was over an put away by the time I went to get some at 9. Other than that it was perfect.

Convenient location right downtown and just a few blocks from the Stampede grounds. Pretty basic and dated accommodations, but really affordable in the off season.

This hotel is great for the price. Rooms are basic but clean. Bedding is clean, and I did pull everything apart to check. We have stayed here for the last two weekends and had no issues. Rooms are quite and small but perfect for couple and dogs, and lots of cute dogs stay here. It is an older building, but dont let that distract you. I almost did, and I am glad I didn't. If you are looking for just a good place to sleep overnight this is perfect. Coffee stand next door is really good, and we are from Seattle so we like good coffee. The only thing I recommend is they clean around floor boards once in awhile. Otherwise this is a nice place and we will have to come back within the next month and we will stay here again. I posted a decent review some time ago that was a requirement from the management prior to check in. After some other experiences at local establishments I had to re-visit my prior review and do this correctly and honestly. I found the customer service very uncomfortable and rude. As a guest it was nothing short of a nightmare. As a employee in a desperate situation I was greatful for the short term solution. Over all the affordability was poor and not negotiable The customer service was uncomfortable and unprofessional. The rooms were below average for cleanliness. The atmosphere was loud and unsafe.
