Depends, for business travel yes, for long family stay not so much, room are very small … bathroom more spacious then room, it’s very clean.

It’s ok stay. We just hope they offer more food for breakfast to go not just 1 bottle of water and apple.

Very cozy and warm environment with lots of fun things to do.

Bad: Before we made our reservation we were told it's only. 5 miles from downtown. No! It's a mile. We tracked it.
When we checked in the guy didn't even look us in the eye. He was staring at his computer.
I understand the pool was closed due to COVID. Yet the gym was open and the business center. Sorry that makes no sense. Especially since pool has chlorine in it. The town pool was closed. However on the way to our room we passed other hotels that had there pool open.
It's all A/C but the elevator was soo hot.
The bed wasn't comfortable at all. I expected it to be for what they charge.
There was a door in our room that led to another room. Granted it had a lock but I did not like this.
We were not told about the deposit we'd have to put on the room either. Granted it was only $25.00. Not the point though.
Good: Beautiful room. We loved the shower. Didn't run out of hot water. The pillows were soft and loved the comforter.

The rooms are nice, the continental breakfast was decent. Pool and jacuzzi areas very enjoyable for me and the kids. Over all good place to stay.

Overall for this level of hotel 9/10. Great place. Pros: VIEW! Also in no particular order : lots of plugs and usb outlets/ rolling ottoman (was cool for foot surg. Recovery! ), great pillows and mattresses /fresh juice /good coffee! At front desk they have brown bags of breakfast snack for those that wake too early or late for breakfast. Took one for sleeping-in daughter for trip home. Cons: no side table or over bed light for person that has the outside sides of our queen beds. Had to go to desk with lamp to read paper/ sliding barn door style to bathroom (looks COOL! ) … but noisy as #%€t; woke/disturbed others… startled self; maybe just ours / no bottle of hot sauce for eggs; minor issue (you will notice cute photo/meme-like signage around that are cute and quippy regarding how great your stay will be (and it will) ; one in an elevator says “awesome sauce” … with a photo of numerous great hot sauces I love… but there isn’t any at breakfast! ). Just packs of ugh picante sauce. Bring your own!
Enjoyed our visit after touring CWU campus in Ellensburg. Never been to Leavenworth. Was great!

This is a beautiful property. It seems to be pretty new. Very clean! I would highly recommend it. There is a free shuttle to take you to the shops. I was told the shuttle runs every 15 mins. Also, Safeway is right next door, very convenient.

This is our 2nd stay here and we plan on many more. Friendly staff, beautiful hotel inside and out. The rooms are beautifully remodeled and comfy and you don’t hear anyone else.
This stay was to celebrate our 7 year anniversary and they upgraded our room to a suite at no extra charge. The breakfast is amazing with lots of options.
I highly recommend this Hotel. Thank you HAMPTON Inn and Suites for another phenomenal stay.

Amazing staff great location.

Absolutely love this fairly new hotel. Its so clean, m and beautiful. From the first moment we arrived we were greeted by Patricia, who was lovely and offered us snacks. We were able to check in early and that was awesome! The room was very clean and perfect in every way. The thermostat was set to 68 which was perfect for the hot day. They had a pool and hot tub that my family and friends loved! My only regret is not being able to stay here longer! Great Job Hampton Inn & Staff!

Great location! We biked to town in 5 min. But could walk in 15. Friendly staff.

Away from the downtown fun. Clean nice room. Outside decorations are a cheaper attempt at matching area theme. Inside are typical Hampton theme. Breakfast cuts off before the allotted finish time so if you come later, you get left overs and likely won't have things like oatmeal, etc.

Newer hotel. Everything is really clean. Staff is very friendly. Breakfast is good and there's even breakfast to go bags for free. Pool is nice. Spa is nice. Rooms are spacious. Only negative is the mini fridge froze all our food.

Wonderful hotel nestled in an idyllic mountain town. The stylized Bavarian outside contrasts the modern conveniences on the inside. Plenty of outlets, including usb ports, for charging whatever electronics you may have with you. Comfortable beds, clean linens, modern comforts, good hot/cold breakfast selections. Very conveniently located next to a grocery store, gas station, and coffee shop. Definitely would recommend!

Clean and comfortable. Beautiful new hotel. Breakfast was great. Only strange thing was the barn style sliding door to the bathroom which doesn't close tight and has no lock. Not ideal if you want to ensure privacy.

Would have given it a 5 star rating but unfortunately for them there is construction on 2 sides of the hotel right now and a highway on another side, so not the quietest place. Rooms are a decent size, pool is nice, breakfast is what you expect from Hampton, poor water pressure, beds are pretty comfortable and overall a pretty nice Hampton Inn. It's also almost brand new. A mile walk to the main part of Leavenworth, directly next door to a Safeway, so a good location too. This is my 3rd time staying here this year, and I'll probably stay here again.

Hotel was new and short walking distance to Safeway. The free breakfast included waffle machine and eggs, sausage, bacon, fruit platter and other pastry assortment with yogurts and oatmeal. Front desk provides excellent service and swimming pool was clean and bright. There are also two hot tubs, one inside and one outside. It was only about 6 min drive the the town and also to the sound of music theater. We enjoyed our short stay. Only thing I was bothered by was the hotel carpet was a bit damp and smelled of wet dog. But we were there for just one night so just put some towels on the carpet through one night.

We were lucky to get a great deal on this hotel for a short one day stay. Amazing view from outside our window of the mountain. Very clean, comfortable beds with plenty of pillows. I often have a hard time sleeping in hotels because of comfort but had no such issue here. Wood panel flooring is a much nicer look than your typical dark, musky carpet of many hotels. The kids enjoyed the pool and their is a nice outdoor sitting area outside the pool. Bathroom was an adequate size with very good water pressure. Breakfast was good. Plenty of seating with your typical options of cereal, oatmeal, fruit, eggs, sausage, coffee and juices. Another bonus to this hotel is that it is located at the entrance of town so you can avoid alot of sitting in traffic waiting to get to a hotel in the heavily populated downtown area. Also, there is a Safeway store directly next to this hotel which was super convenient. Overall, I highly recommend a stay here.

I may have been swayed by the newness of everything in rating this Hampton which is on the outskirts of town, about a 5 min. Drive from shops, restaurants & vendors. We had a view room that was clean and well-appointed. The staff was friendly & responsive. Now for the downside. This hotel is one of the more affordable options in Leavenworth making it popular w/ families. At night I could hear kids running up & down the halls yelling & screaming & in the morning the seating area for the complimentary breakfast was dirty. Staff could definitely improve in this area. My wife had to clean our table & I had to move my chair to avoid putting my feet in food. We went out for breakfast the next day. Overall we enjoyed our stay & will probably stay there again.

We stayed at this hotel while in Leavenworth to see a friend's band. The hotel exceeded our expectations. Reception staff was beyond kind, especially Carolyn. The room was large and very clean. The hotel is decorated modern and welcoming. The breakfast was good and kept well stocked with lots of variety. The lady working in the food area was helpful.

We had a wonderful time on our first trip to Leavenworth and our choice of hotel couldn’t have been better. The place is almost new and done with style. Perhaps not blending with the theme of the town but it’s certainly a lovely place. They serve a complete warm breakfast.

First night staying with Hampton. This hotel is about 6 months old. It’s new and very clean. Customer service has been great. Helpful and friendly. The room is beautiful and the bed is so comfy. The AC blows cold air. I’m not used to the heat here and my room temp is perfect. I can hear doors shut door the hall but other than that it’s pretty quiet. I have already told my family about my stay so far. I will definitely recommend this place. I’m paying $109 night and that’s a fabulous price and Only about 5 minutes from the shopping. Thank you for a quiet safe place to stay.

Rooms were nice and new. The indoor hot tub was dirty. The pool and outdoor hot tub were cold. There is no adult swim so the pool and hot tub were crowded until closing. The workout room was good. Rooms were small but great open Wi-Fi.

The hotel has been renewed few months ago and it's now really elegant, comfortable and cozy. The staff is extremely nice, they accommodated my needs (late check out) in a very flexible way. The breakfast organization needs some improvement but also there the staff is extremely dedicated.

For a brand new Hampton Inn, everything was modern and new, which was a good thing. The bathroom door slides over to the point it will lock you in the bathroom. Needs adjusted. We made our reservation far in advance so I was expecting the refrigerator to be turned on and cool when we checked in. You have to pull it out and turn the dial in the back. But watch out. Turn it up too much and it will freeze everything! There were a bunch of baseball teams in the hotel. So when the breakfast opened up. It was a mad house. The kids were out of control at the pool and in the hallways. Who allows their kid to come into the breakfast area with bare feet? Same rules should apply as a regular place of business. (no shirt, no shoes, no service) The elevator was covered in Syrup. Everywhere. Should be called Hampton Inn and Syrups. For as new as this place is, Its going downhill fast. Not worth the $$$

I thought the hotel was is a great location. It's right next to the Safeway, so you can make a quick run if you need anything. The hotel was brand new when I stayed there, so everything is super modern and up to date. Breakfast was included and as mediocre as you would expect from a Hampton Inn. The jacuzzi is very large and temperature was perfect. The fitness center had 3 treadmills, a bike and a broken elliptical. There were dumbbells, benches, a cable weight machine and medicine balls. I didn't use the Wi-Fi because the cellular signal was great there and I didn't need it. All in all, I would stay here again next time I'm in Leavenworth overnight.

Clean and new. The staff was great too and breakfast was good. Rooms nice and clean and had everything we needed. Nice surprise as I’ve never stayed at a Hampton Hotel but I will now.

We stayed here as a last minute decision to stay the night in Leavenworth. We were looking for cheap, but not bed bug cheap. Compared to alot of other hotels the price was good, hot breakfast that was actually really tasty for a hotel breakfast. Rooms were clean and nice. Had an indoor pool, but we only stayed one night and arrived super late so we didn't get to test that out. Friendly staff. If we visit again we will stay here again!

Beautifully brand new hotel. Staff was kind and Hotel Manager was very nice. Breakfast was typical powdered eggs but there were plenty of other options. Could do a better job at keeping the entry dry from all the snow. Walked in and both carpets were soaking wet. Would have given 5 stars but Hilton messed up my rewards points and Hotel Manager could not fix it so now I have to spend my time calling the customer service number.
