Exceptional! Rooms were cozy and the river gorgeous!

I love it, very clean the owner is very nice person I hope to be back soon.

This place is falling apart and is not very clean. The jacuzzi was filthy. Please soak some all the money you have made over the years back into your property.

Do not stay at this motel unless you have no other choice. The room is overpriced for the amenities you will receive. Stayed at this location over the Fourth of July weekend 2018. For starters, it was hard to find someone in order to check in. Next the room is very dated. This whole location needs an upgrade. The room states that it is a queen bed, but what you really get is a full-size bed and a single bed with an end table and lamp between the two beds. It is NOT actually a queen bed. Next, the laundry for the sheets, bedding, towels, wash clothes, hand towels; these are all, and I do mean all, are being washed and dried in standard laundry machines. They are NOT being cleaned and sterilized in industrial machines. I know this, because all the towels that we're brought to us had hair embedded in the laundry. It was gross and disgusting! The only, absolutely, only positive note of this location is that it is next to the river, other than that, please take my advice and do NOT stay at this location unless you have no other booking choice.

Rivers Edge is a great place to relax, the river is right out your sliding glass door, the rooms are kinda old but it's more for the tranquility and beautiful scenery.

This place is so beautiful. You can hear nothing but nature, the river all night, birds, no city activity, no people. And the owner (? ) is so friendly and helpful. The rooms are nice and have a fridge and microwave. I will most definitely be coming back.

The staff are so friendly and went out of their way to make sure I had a better room because I brought my toddler. Parking is sometimes hard to find but I was also there on a busy weekend. My room was still being renovated but was still nicer than what I was supposed to have. I feel bad to say anything negative but the coffee pot was broken and the air conditioning unit was not sealed in so you could see right outside through the side. There were also nail clippings under the telephone on the night stand.

The view was amazing, the hot tub was nice and the lady at the front desk was sweet and very helpful. The rooms weren't great, the sheets were dirty and the beds were very hard. The wasn't any water pressure.

Nice clean room, property was a little cluttered but for the price it's a fantastic deal with a great view of the river! Bathtub wasn't the greatest. Hot tub wasnt working. If the room was any more expensive we probably wouldn't stay here. But will definitely stay again if they don't raise prices!

Overall, it was a decent stay. Excellent view of the river, and it is about 5 minutes from Leavenworth. However, the water pressure to the shower was non-existent.

GREAT PLACE! The kind of place you just dont find any more, the staff are more than kind and extreamly helpful, Along with the beauty and relaxed atmosphere I felt quite at home… THANKS I will be back…

Booked online as website stated pets were welcome for an additional fee. Arrived (saw sign outside of checkin stating no pets in upstairs rooms) the hostess stated that pets were not allowed and said their website stated no pets. She was quite rude and just stared at me when I mentioned the sign on the front door. Visually the place is a dump. Never saw the inside of a room but the experience with the manager was enough for me to give it a definite no-go…

Nice staff, beautiful views. Clean room, bed uncomfortable for me but husband slept fine. Shower needs to have better output. Fridge and microwave and closets clean but coffee pot needs to be washed better. All in all; good room for the price and close to town.

This place is a hidden Gem for sure! It doesn't look like much from the outside and it's an older place but the rooms are clean and the back patio on the Wenatchee River is Spectacular! Sights and sounds that relax the soul.

Best atmosphere of anyplace in town because it's right on the river. Great outdoor patio area, watching the river rafters go by. Place is older but they are renovating the rooms. Clean and well worth the money. Would recommend. Just don't expect fancy and you won't be disappointed!

Sincerely the perfect place to be. Right on the river, away from the Christmas Lighting crowds, fantastic room, warm and toasty. The water was always hot and lasted for a long time. Microwave and fridge amenities along with an electric fireplace. Mark at the front desk was so helpful and gave my boyfriend and I a ride to and from town whenever we called just for the price of gas. Did I mention hot tub? It's family run, not the Ritz, and a perfect place to stay. 11/10 would come here again. I stayed 2 nights, moderately priced, and called less than a week before my arrival during Leavenworth's Christmas Festival (aka a long shot).

Love the river right outside the door and the fireplace in the room :)

I love this place. You cannot beat the view, the staff is awesome. It's not fancy but it's clean, very spacious, affordable, has pool and hot tub that stay open all hours as long as you're respectful with your volume. It's right on the river and you can wall right down and dip your toes, or float the river and get out right at the hotel!
