Clean, comfortable and very friendly staff. Pet friendly as well, dogs that is. Not sure about the other creatures lol.

We had little cabin just off Front St. It was the cutest cabin. It was clean and comfortable. The Inn keeper was friendly and very helpful. The Strudel was amazing and so was breakfast. We had the biscuits and gravy and vanilla waffles with apples and caramel sauce. We are so looking forward to coming again.

Loved our stay there last week! Staff was fantastic, location was perfect for walking to shops and restaurants, and the room was fabulous! We stayed in a king room with a jet tub and loved it. Will definitely stay there again!

After 5 minutes here, I knew I would never stay anywhere else! From the super friendly and helpful woman who safely checked us in, to the included gourmet breakfasts, the impeccably clean rooms and the details! So many thoughtful details in the room. Thank you Obertal for demonstrating excellence.

We have been going to Obertal Inn for 9 years now. Every single visit has been relaxing and fun. The staff has always been friendly and accommodating, our rental always clean and fully stocked. This is a place we look forward to coming each year!

Wonderful experience the townhouse was beautiful!

I was so impressed with this Inn. It was extraordinary clean, amazing front desk staff the location is very convenient to town and to the park and beautifully decorated at Christmas time. One of the few places that allows me to bring all my dogs I will be staying here again.

Omg this place is awesome! Pet friendly, LGBT friendly right in the heart of Leavenworth! What more could we ask for!? Very clean rooms, free parking, free Wi-Fi. My only issue is we have a dually long bed pickup and parking is small. However the manager found a place for us that we fit in even if it was tight. Very grateful! I would totally recommend this hotel! ’ The owner cares!

I seriously highly recommend this hotel. They have been absolutely amazing! Excellent customer service, they even took the time, though they were walking out the door, to get my husband and I a room last night. The room was clean and the bed/ pillows were gushy and soft. I slept like a baby. The continental breakfast was a grab-and-go style but the menu options were really yummy as you can see below from just a few. I would definitely give this little European styled hotel here in the heart of Leavenworth, WA a 5 Star rating. ❤❤❤ I may just not come home Lol.

Paid over 300 for a two nights stay. With out notification, and was put in a off site house with terrible parking. The room feels like it’s from the 90s and the bed feels like it from value village… would not recommend this place to anyone. Will report back.

Just spent 3 nights at Obertal Inn! What a fabulous location! And the breakfasts! Yum! Friendly staff, quiet location, perfection!

My room exceeded my expectations, I was extremely happy when I opened my door. It was a nice large room and the chairs were so comfy I feel asleep in one. Loved the breakfast and nice to have biscuits and gravy with sausage you can see, let alone taste. Last but not least the staff were all so friendly and helpful. Can't say enough good things about them. I'll be back with friends again!

Stayed in the Garden Haus, great little one bedroom cottage with a pull out sofa in the living room Slept 4 (plus a baby) well. Staff was super welcoming and friendly, gave us a good restaurant recommendation. Cottage was clean, in a great location (a short walk down the street from the main office, with private parking behind) to explore Leavenworth. Highly recommend it!

Employees were friendly and helpful. The place had a Wonderful breakfast. Seems like some items were made from scratch. The rooms were nice and the location is great. Thanks for the Hospitality.

The staff at the Obertal Inn are amazing! We went out for our honeymoon, and the Obertal seemed like the ideal place to stay. When we arrived, they were very courteous and friendly. We rented a jacuzzi suite with the romance package and we were NOT disappointed. We don’t drink alcohol, so the staff went out of their way to get us a French sparkling apple cider. It was great to see rose petals leading from the door to our bed. The jacuzzi worked great and the double headed shower was fantastic! They have a huge breakfast selection, and we highly recommend the Belgian waffles with caramelized apples, whipped cream, vanilla butter, and caramel sauce! Mmmmmm!

Visited this weekend for our anniversary. We was everything we expected and then some. We had the king room with private tub. The room was very clean and welcoming. View of the mountains was gorgeous. Staff was very helpful and gracious. Definently making this a yearly destination ❤️

Horrible experience and I didn't even stay there! Had a river rafting trip planned which was cancelled by the river rafting company. Obertal refused to refund my money. I cancelled the reservation and they still called the night of the trip wondering what time I would be arriving. They don't communicate with their staff. I will not be making another reservation with them and make sure to tell everyone I know the awful experience I had.

Room itself was pretty clean. Carpeted floor was pretty disgusting, though. Bathroom area had open lavatory w/wide granite countertop for coffee-making station. Separate from this was the shower/tub & toilet room, which had space only for the door to open 90° against its wall. Shower was better than expected. Our beds were fine. A/C worked well. Didn't opt-in for the available breakfast (≈$8/ea. I believe). Coffee in-room is Boyd's if you can handle it. Pkg. Lot is pretty small, and a bit tight. Door key was traditional large metal pc. W/Rm # engraved on it. Unlocking room door was a pain in the rump for 1 of the 2 keys. Overall, I would say the room & amenities were adequate. Nothing unexpected.

I have been raving over this place and Leavenworth in general since our stay. Everything was perfect and so well kept. Walking distance to a neat park with a beautiful river and all the local downtown attractions and food. The staff were amazing and totally pet friendly. They even have some local wines in the lobby to choose from. Will definitely be making a stop here again in the future!

Great little hotel with a beautiful view! I was there in a double-queen room on a HOT weekend in July & the AC worked fabulously! We took many breaks over our weekend to relax in the room. The beds are comfortable with nice linens. The rooms are modern. The bathrooms are average, with a tub/shower combo incl pump shampoo/conditioner/body wash, pump soap & hand lotion, hairdryer & coffee pot/coffee/coffee stuff. Small fridge/freezer combo, a microwave & a flat-screen TV. Free Wi-Fi — worked great. Hot tub on a very pretty outdoor deck with seating & a cool mister fan & flowers. Ice machine & soda vending machine. Lobby is open until 10pm & sells stuff. Nice breakfast buffet in the morning, including eggs, make your own waffles, granola, oatmeal, bagels, drinks etc & a bazillion syrups, toppings & fresh fruits. They even had almond milk. And yogurt parfaits. $8 if not included in your room rate.

The rooms have decent space, beds are clean and comfortable enough. Shower and toilet are in a tiny room together, can't shut the door if you are actively on the toilet. Shower mat doesn't stay safely in place in the tub. Only one sink, lots of clean towels. No shower cap, but full sized bottles of soaps and shampoo. Small drip coffee pot. Mini fridge, microwave. Everything is in walking distance, or stumbling distance. If you play Ingress or PokemonGo it's a good location.

Staff was nice, the bed was COZY, everything was clean. Breakfast was good; make it yourself waffles with strawberries and whipped cream. Only issues were the tiny bathroom, the water in the shower would randomly cycle between normal to HOT and then COLD and back to normal, the ac was loud at times but we just pulled the front off so it stopped rattling, and the TV was a pain… At the end of the day, all that really mattered was the cozy bed and awesome bedding.

Love this place — We have stayed here 3x (yearly trip during the winter since 2016) we always stay for 3 days 2nights (book the jacuzzi suite! ). It has a fabulous hot breakfast (included w stay) and the rooms are cozy. Is this the Westin — no — However, the beds are sooo comfy and it has a great location — Icicle Brewery is literally down the alley (Dark Persuasion German Chocolate Ale — yum).
Hans the Owner once pulled a light bulb out of the office kitchen to replace ours that went out in our bathroom during one of our stays.

Good place. General manager was very nice. The room was a little out dated but clean and functional. No pool, which is a bummer. But I have no complaints about it.

We staying in the Snowcreek apartment and it was absolutely gorgeous. Right downtown near all the good food and shopping. The apartment is also close to a beautiful walking trail leading down to a beach. Will stay again.

Our room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. The fixtures are fairly new. Staff is friendly and helpful. The major feature of this place is the proximity to the Bavarian part of town. Awesome location!

We stayed in the townhouse and definitely going to be booking again for every trip we take in Leavenworth. Clean, updated, and just a block away from the main street. Love it!

The ladies at the front desk were incredibly friendly! Not to mention that the Obertal Inn is in a great location in Leavenworth, very close to great shops and restaurants. Lastly, the beds were very comfortable, I slept great! Would definitely stay here again.

Great little hotel downtown. Loved having a parking spot. The bed was super comfy and interior was quite modern. Enjoyed the included breakfast. Able to take our dog for $18 per night. We had a suite with a nice jacuzzi tub. Will stay again!

Stayed here for two nights in a double queen that was very reasonably priced compared to most other places. Very clean and comfortable with free parking and an outdoor hot tub. Location was excellent and in the middle of town. The heater was all over the place being blazing hot or freezing cold. I was a little disappointed with the breakfast as it was more like a continental hotel breakfast than what I expected, but I had a good stay overall. The staff was very friendly and I would stay again.

Cute room, wish it had a table tho. Hot tub was great and clean. Provided breakfast is AMAZING. Fresh fruit, scramble, waffles, home made pastries and granola. A great start to the day, plus you get to avoid lines in the morning on lighting weekends. Very close to town and they have decent parking.

Pretty nice place over all. Bathroom is kind of small. Sink is outside the bathroom. I think people should know that. The heater was terrible though. Thin windows means the heater kicks on every 5 min and it gets very warm. Beds are comfortable and sheets are soft. Free breakfast is alright. Get there early, they run out of waffle batter but they have great toppings for the waffles. The gravy on the biscuits is good but the biscuits are kinda dry. Over all a good place for the price.

The best thing about this hotel is the location. In the center of downtown. It was great only being a couple minute walk from the heart of downtown, especially in the winter. The hotel is lite up spectacularly. The room are nice. The bathroom was TINY. Only room for the tub and toilet, the space in front of the to let was also the door swing radius. The sinks are outside the bathroom. Also the heaters do not set to a temperature, so room yo-yoed between too hot and too cold.

Staying at the Obertal inn was a pleasant stay the general manager Coco and the maintenance man Marshall and the lady who takes reservation Liz made it a very pleasant stay I had left my keys in my car and the battery ran down they all help me get my car restarted so I had no worries for the weekend also staying in a very comfortable room. The rooms were very clean and the beds were so soft I didn’t want to go out but they had a great breakfast so I had to go out and get me some breakfast I would recommend this hotel to anybody that is looking for a good night stay very warm and welcoming.

Stayed in a 3rd floor room, very clean and open room. A homey hotel, great location for the Oktoberfest, close proximity. The morning breakfast is excellent.

What a lovely surprise it was to open our room door. Beautiful large room, comfy king bed, tiny living room, huge jacuzzi tub, big double faucet shower for two. We were in room 401 one of the bigger ones. Only real issue was the AC was really noisey and old. The breakfast area was crowded. But patience is a virtue I guess. I would recommend this for families or couples on a honeymoon. Quite and close enough to everything. Very clean, excellent bed too.

Stayed 1 night at the orbetral. It is a great location, near the riverside park and the main street of town. We booked a double queen and it was a nice size room. Breakfast was included and had eggs, biscuits and gravy, waffles, fresh fruit and a granola bar among other items. Very tasty. Downside wonderful outdoor hotub, but no pool which is probably great for winter but not for 90 degree summers.

Our stay at Obertal Inn was a good experience. The room was large and comfortable. The included breakfast is pretty standard fare with the usual continental options as well as waffles. The serving area was a bit small. The inns location is within walking distance to many shops and restaurants as well.

Great place. Very nice staff and comfortable bed. Very dog friendly but only place for them to do their business is a dirt lot across the street. Not the best but ok. Very good location in town a well.

This is a great place to stay when in Leavenworth Washington. They have friendly staff, great rooms, great breakfast, perfect location, and these price is right.

We spoke to Kim and she was able to help us with our stay that night. I can't say enough how they reached out and be able to take care of us. The location is extremely convenient to visit Leavenworth and the rooms are spacious. We will be staying there again.

We stayed in Leavenworth for three nights in three different hotels. Obertal Inn was, by far, our least favorite. Other than the premium location in the heart of downtown Leavenworth, Obertal Inn would be a motel6. The room was less than basic. We paid extra for a king sized bed with a fireplace and in room hot tub. There was not enough hot water to fill the hot tub, but figured it may have a heater. There were no operating instructions, so when we finally found the power button, the jets shot water across the room and soaked the bed, the pillows, the carpet, the lamp, the night stand, the phone. It was a mess. The phone no longer worked so I had to walk down to the front desk for dry sheets. The woman at the front desk made it obvious that I was interrupting whatever she was doing when I got there… The problems with this place went on and on. Overall, the room was substandard, the hotel was old and showed it, the overnight service was rude and the breakfast was disappointing. I will say that the day manager, once she heard what happened, issued a refund of the difference in price between the hot tub room and a regular room. We will never stay here again and would not only not recommend it, but warn others: Be prepared to be disappointed. There are so many hotels in Leavenworth to choose from, let this one pass you by.

Staff is really nice, rooms are clean, pet friendly (we took our two French Bulldogs), breakfast included, parking lot for guests and located right at downtown… Already went there two times and loved both times. We are big fans of Obertal Inn, going back there again for sure!

It's a nice place. It's clean, quiet, and run by pleasant folks.

It's great but don't bring any vehicle over the size of a Ford Ranger cuz the parking lot is horribly tiny and my wife and I couldn't even park my f350 in it and had to park half a mile away.

My hubby and I stayed here on 2/16/15, and were in room 403. The room was great, everything was clean and well kept. They even put a bottle of Champagne in the room for our anniversary. Great experience all around! Thank you.

Ok. Location is great and has easy parking. The room was sub par. However the bed was comfortable. Bathroom very small and run down. Could use a makeover for the price you pay for it.

My husband and I stayed here for our wedding and honeymoon during Oktoberfest this past year. Our room was perfect. Spacious enough for the bridal party to dress in, cozy enough for the bride and groom. We had a quaint view, and spent the morning of the day before our wedding sitting on the terrace with a cup of coffee, looking across the town at the gorgeous mountains. When it came the day of our wedding the staff were super attentive to anything we needed, they were at the bottom of the stairs as I descended in my wedding dress to walk to our ceremony, and made sure that housekeeping was taken care of during our ceremony so we wouldn't be disturbed when we came back to the room. After the ceremony we returned to drop off a few things and found an unexpected bottle of champagne and a pair of flutes. The personal service we received was absolutely amazing and helped to make our wedding weekend even more special. The location during Oktoberfest was amazing. A quick walk to the fest, but far enough away to be quiet. No more than 2 blocks from our favorite restaurants and of course the brewery. Breakfast was great, waffles, fruit, coffee. The room itself was a little pricey, but it was during Oktoberfest and right in the middle of town, and the convenience of it was worth it for us. We have already recommended it to our friends, and intend to come back next time we visit Leavenworth.
