Rooms were not great. We brought back food from a local restaurant and put it in the fridge, not realizing that it was not working. In the morning we told the front desk about it and they told us that we need to turn on the switch. Really wish that they would have told us this while checking in. Our food was waisted. The hotel manager really didn't seem to care all that much. Just kept repeating how they need to put up signs. The fire alarm went off twice at 2am while we were staying there. No staff ever explained why this occurred. Do not recommend this hotel.

I will give you a full run down of my experience at this hotel from the start to the end. I arrived around 2:45 p. M. But my check in time was 3. I asked if I could check, but the front desk person claimed that I needed to pay 20 dollars more to check in 15 minutes early. Ridiculous? You haven't heard it all! I took a shower that night, and when I started drying my hair, I realized that my hair was covered in white dots. I looked more closely, and I realized that the white dots were actually pieces of lint from the towel. The towels were absolute trash — — rags galore, anyone? That night, I couldn't sleep. The walls must be made out of paper or something because I heard everything from the rooms next to me. It wasn't even that they were being noisy, it was just the walls were literally, I mean literally, paper thin. I was hoping that breakfast would at least bump my experience to a 2-star review. Maybe I was foolish for even thinking that after I went through all that hell. The breakfast room is so small. There was no place for me to sit, and drink a cup of coffee. Cute waffles, Days Inn! At least you had that.

Travelocity and the hotels website picture do not compare to what this place actually looks like. Website pictures are way nicer. Shopper beware.

My husband and I stayed here after Iowa run over and had to. Have surgery on my ankle. The housekeeping staff kept telling the manager and assistant manager I was peering the bed, which I wasn't, and almost got us kicked out. I will never stay at this Days Inn again.

When we entered our room the blankets had holes in them so we thought maybe the rooms were smoking rooms before there was also a big burn hole in the windowsill somebody must of forgot about their cigarette anyways upon checkout management TOOK my deposit saying I smoked in the room because of the holes in the blankets… THAT WERE ALREADY THERE, very unprofessional as I walked away another man had stated that they had just took his deposit for the same thing be careful. They will take your deposit and give you a number you can call supposedly corporate which it's not even a corporate number. This place was awful. The manager is very rude and has the worst attitude possible. Over the phone or in person. Thaks for taking my deposit days inn your duvets all have holes in thems Stop ripping people off!

Room was clean and adequate for overnight. The location was easy access off the freeway. Upon arriving I felt uncomfortable by the other guests standing on the walkways smoking marijuana and watching my every move. So though the hotel was clean, I won't be returning.

Cheap but faint bloody hand prints all over the curtains and around the window probably some crackhead peeking out. Hotel looks like crack head central for years now not surprised. I would recommend not leaving your valuables in the room.

Adequate. Helpful staff. Showing wear & tear. Breakfast is nothing special. Walk to Burger King. Somewhat noisy, due to road construction. Fridge problems, TV problems. Coffee thru-out the day. No computer or printer. Problem where metal bed frame was knocking plugs out of the socket — clock and lamp. Safety issue. Multiple Wi-Fi, all bad. Walk over to Burger King for Whopper Wi-Fi. Would be adequate parking if all the guests didnt have Hummers and big crew cabs. Our rental car got scratched. Good central location to major roads.

I wasn't impressed but the bed was comfy and the water pressure was awesome.

The women that clean the rooms were rude in the breakfast room. It's supposed to be for the guest and they were reaching over people to help themselves. They overbooked so we had to find another room for the second night which was a good thing because we were more comfortable the second night. I would not recommend this hotel.

I had a great time up until the person I was told that I would be a great help turned out to be nothing.

This motel is alright. Our bathtub drain was plugged by hair, the toilet doesn't flush properly and this area has very noisy traffic during daytime hours. Other than that, it's a great deal if you're trying to save a few bucks.

Room was small but very clean. Staff seems friendly and informative. The faucet in the sink is little to be desired.

The location is conveniently right off the freeway. Room was very clean and they provided good service.

Nice hotel has good breakfast rooms are getting remodeled again the only thing that sucks is the parking.

The hotel isn't in the best area, but it's affordable, and accepts pets. The staff was friendly, helpful, and professional. The room was lived-in but clean, and spacious, free Wi-Fi. They have a free continental breakfast in the morning, bagels, pastries, coffee, etc. Not bad overall, but great for the price.

We got a great room thanks to Connie. She gave us an upstairs corner unit that had a massive bath tub. It was in a questionable area but cameras on every corner of the property made us feel safe leaving the room to go to Seattle from sun up to sun down. They are undergoing serious renovations and I will be staying here again in the future.

Only amenity was electricity. No hot water television didn't work. I rate no stars and will try to get money back. Worst place I've ever been in and I've stayed in some pretty seedy places. Had to put up 1 star, otherwise wouldn't have!

Definitely a 2 star hotel. Not the best but far better than others. Room was clean, sink doesn't work, though the carpet could use some steam cleaning badly. The room has a mini fridge, t, and a microwave. Free morning breakfast. Parking is limited and full. Close to restaurants and 5 minutes to Walmart if you need something. :)

We stayed two nights here. We had a reservation that included two service animals. Upon arrival they told us the room they put us in was only available one night not the two we booked. After a bit of talking we got a suite with a king that was supposed to be non-smoking and no pets. Because they are service animals they allowed us in a non pet room. First thing noticed was a faint smell of weed in the room, which didn't bother us but it might bother others. Not sure if it was this room or maybe a neighbor was smoking. There was nice wood floor, the room looked nice, mini fridge and microwave, plus a TV. The bathroom is a little behind the times, could use a scrub down in between the tiles. The bathtub is HUGE and has jets in it. Our room has a view of trees and a meadow to the left. Our air conditioner works amazingly. We barely heard any of our neighbors (we had a end room so no one behind our bed or to the left. There is a weird "mystery" door. You can unlock and open, it leads to another door that is locked from the other room. We kept it locked and set something in front of it. Overall happy with our stay and we thank them for allowing our service animals.

This hotel location is good near major highways. The room was small and really damp. The air conditioner is old and functions with interruptions. The faucet in bathroom was broken and I was not able to control the water temperature. Breakfast has not oatmeal or fried eggs, only boiled cold eggs and toasts and waffles as warm food. The service is good, I got crib on request (but had to go additionally for sheet set for it). Also had to checkout couple days earlier and got the refund for the rest of the days without any problems.

You get what you pay for. Shower was broken and what a stupid faucet in the sink!

This place is not for business people to stay. Poor Wi-Fi connection. No computer or printer.

Was trespassed for no reason do to basically being guilty by association with girl whom I thought I new better then apparently did so didn't find that to be far, learned a lesson not to have stand up for someone unless I absolutely know them and know if there telling the truth or not.

I love this place, it does not cost much, it is clean and most of the staff is extremely helpful and nice! Beware though! Do not get this place mixed up with the "Auburn/Federal Way" location, that place is a complete joke to say the least, unless you enjoy the presence of cops at any given time dealing with tweakers and prostitutes.

Worst service in Tacoma. Checked into a dirty room. Beds were not made. Asked if I can have room cleaned there we're no housekeepers on site. Pass this stop.

Nice clean rooms. Awesome breakfast and nice customer service.

Amenities were fine for the price. Parking lot seemed safe. Other than that the room wasn't super clean and, most importantly, a number of the guests seemed to be there to "party". Loud music and "other" noises coming from the room next door all night long… literally… I woke at 5 and noises were still going on.

Comfortable, clean rooms. Fast check in and check out.

Unusable Internet. Couldn't even connect to a network from my room and ended up burning through my hot spot data on my cell. Tired of hotels having worthless Internet while claiming they offer free high speed Wi-Fi.

Stayed here when we first arrived in Federal Way. Moving from Indiana, the drive had been a long one with 2 little dogs. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. They even played with the dogs. The room was nice and was more than we expected for the price.

I reserved a double queen non-smoking room and when I arrived for my sons second birthday they had us in a smoking room. I was very disappointed, the host at the counter was very nice and changed our room to a king bed and no extra charge for a roll out cot my father to sleep on. Our stay was nice and quiet but the breakfast and check in was very disappointing. On the other hand there is a delicious BBQ restaurant across the street.

Horrible customer service, toilets always broken, high price for nothing special, raise rates on you after they quote a price, priceline will get you a better deal. We have stayed here many times but this stay will be the last, tried to get a refund and they wouldn't accommodate so we are stuck for the night. Save yourself disappointment and look elsewhere where they care about customer satisfaction.

Good value, inexpensive stay, breakfast provided.
