The lady at the front desk when checking in was on a personal phone call. Checked us in, we got our stuff out of the car, went to the room the maids were in the room. Went back to front desk and a very nice man got us another room. The hallway smelt weird like dry dog food. Our room was okay, but when I looked out the window, there was an empty lot with a dumptruck full of cardboard and a homeless abandoned shopping cart. So the view was bad. Then I went to use the bathroom and thought it was strange that there was a plunger in there, but then I went to flush and yep the toilet back up. I'm pretty sure that this place doesn't have repeat visitors.

Dirty, smelled like smoke, drug dealing, poorly maintained disgusting place. DO NOT RECOMEND! I checked in around 5 PM but my room was not clean although was still given a key and the cleaning lady came up and took the sheets off and put the same dirty sheets back on. As we waited in the gall for them to finish cleaning the man in the room on one side began screaming through his door while multiple drug deals occurred right in the hallway. I immediately checked as one desk clerk proceeded to yell at the cleaning lady as a woman was soliciting the other clerk while I was standing there waiting. I've never experienced such a thing, do yourself a favor and literally go anywhere else.

Horrible customer service. There was an obvious language barrier while making reservation. At arrival, due to the information being input incorrectly, the card was declined. The ppl at the front desk were persistent in explaining funds were insufficient. As I was very frustrated, I calmly asked them to verify my information. The name and address were incorrect, and I had them fix it. Card was accepted. As I was walking away I overheard them laughing about it. I will never stay here again, if I could give negative stars I would.

Nasty smell of urine inside. Couldn't sleep because the room was dirty. Druggies and transient people in and around the motel posed a very unsafe environment… Don't use this place! The cheap price has it's reason.

Worst experience of hotel room rental in my life. The website display misrepresents what you get: Curtains falling down, multiple cigarette burn holes on bed cover, multiple burns on armoire, even cigarette burns on edge of bathtub; curtains falling down, went to take a shower & found out shower apparatus broken (they had to fix) ; light bulbs not working (had to be replaced) ; elevator floor and walls were filthy, and to top it off, we had dirty towels (black marks). Was told by maid that ownership instructed them to put marked up towels in smoking rooms. What a disgrace of an establishment! Plus there were seedy looking ppl hanging around out back of hotel when we went out for early morning walk. Not the best part of town… no wonder they required you pay all money up front,,,,

Dosent even deserve that 1 star I gave it.

I have never been turned down for anything I have needed or asked for. The staff and owners have answered any to all questions or concerns that I have had. I love that the keys for the rooms work throughout your whole entire stay and rarely ever stop work in or very few things cancel them out to where they stop working. So thats a big one for me because it's a pain in the butt when every time you turn around your key has to be re programmed because something cancelled I out but who's telling what. Overall I love this place and my personal experience is on a scale from 1 to 10 I would definitely a 10 without a doubt.

The room was tidy, but the front desk person was rude and snarky. We presented a problem to her, and all we got was a condescending smile; while she nodded her head and said YES! Never at all tried to resolve the booking issue or offer solutions. It was 10pm at night and we were exhausted from driving so we just dealt. Will never stay again though.

Comfy beds, quiet, clean and cable. Decent prices too.

Good place for heroin addicts and transients, judging by the shooting kits (needles, baggies, etc) thrown over the fence.

Staff was not the best, room numbers missing, bed bugs in my room which also had outlets not working and lighting problems.

Front desk has been very nice, answered all questions given & entertaining conversation. Thankfully they have an elevator as we're on the 3rd floor. Rooms are not as big as other hotels I've stayed in & set up weird in my opinion with the shower & toilet in a tiny room & the sink with very small counter in room behind the room door. Nice full length mirrored closet door so clothes not hanging out in the open. Actual table & chair to sit at and comfy armchair in the other corner. Beds are comfy but cigarette burns in top cover and on the tub. Enough lighting in room so don't feel as if in a dungeon & windows open, but we're in a non-smoking room on a smoking room floor so it smells of stale smoke in the hallway. Wi-fi is free but so many different connections to pick from & seem to change. Although if not in a room that gets good connection they will plug in a signal repeater outside your room for a much better connection which I thought was nice. Pet friendly (small dogs only unless service pet) and for only $15 per night compared to most I've seen of almost an extra $100, it's a steal! Definitely a Continental breakfast set up in the lobby area, but you get what you pay for! All in all it's a quaint place, no extra frills but a place to lay your head. Oh they have a food delivery service "Order Inn" NOT part of hotel but menu in room — In short DONT USE THEM! Outrageous prices for food you get, our order took 2.5 hours to receive for 2 items after 2 calls & was wrong!

When stepping off elevator you can smell weed in the hallway. My room didn’t have room number it was written in pencil on the wall by the door. My bed was clean. Loved the pillows nice and fluffy. Bathroom is very small. The second bed on the other hand had blood drop stains on the comforter. The window it dirty and you can see through it. The chair in my room was very nasty and needs to be clean. No dark curtains to block out sun. When you buy cheap you get cheap.

This place was awful. Don't go here. They had the nerve to blame us to giving us the wrong room. Tried to make us move rooms the next morning, *that smelled terrible*.

Had a vey bad experience here, rooms were dirty, staff was not helpful. The place just feels sketchy, people in the parking look checking out our cars when we were unloading. Staff was very unprofessional and not helpful, took out the money for the stay way before we even arrived. They were not willing to deal with us or the situation, all we wanted was our money back, because the rooms were dirty and we felt uncomfortable and not safe. They didn't want to work with us so they manager went in a room and refused to come out. Don't waste your time don't stay here.

BED BUGS BEWARE! What can I say… this place is terrible. First of all the lobby smells nauseating. A mixture of old dirty curry, smoke, and body odor. I held my breath just to get to the elevator. It's mildly better than the lobby but it's like shoving ash tray ash up your nose. The internet sucks. My comforter has burn holes (non-smoking room). And as I'm falling asleep a tic rides across my chest. Folks, I've stayed in many motels in Seattle, stay clear of this dump.

This place is disgusting. I paid $97 off of Priceline which was such a waste of money! It smells horribly of cigarettes, I had to take allergy medicine to be able to stay here. The woman at the front desk barely mumbled a word and scoffed at me when I asked for an in person receipt…?! The furniture has stains all over it. I don't know. Other reviews said it's decent for the price I have no idea what they're talking about this place sucks.

An inexpensive place with a great location. The rooms are shabby, often reeking of pot and pets with furnature that has seen better days. However it is a good price, is clean and has a very friendly and helpful staff. The location is great, near shopping district and parks. There are also rooms with hot tubs available and there is a free breakfast daily.

Gross hotel for a low price. I don't think they have done any maintenance for the past two years. First we walked past our room in a cigarette smoke smelling hallway because the door # placard was missing and written in ball point pen on the wall. Inside the room it did smell better but the refrigerator was broken and warm trying to cycle on. The lamp at the bed did not turn on because the wire was half cut and sparking. Free breakfast was a joke. Glad to get out of there.

Awful. They had 2 chances to get room ready and didn't. We came back several hours after they didn't have out room ready the first time and still didn't have one ready. The guy was cussing out the guy who worked before hem in front of us and was said it would be 20 minutes to get a room ready. We decided to get a refund. He was relieved, he shouldn't have been relieved to give us terrible Service. Then he started loudly arguing with his mother right in from of us when she didn't want us to leave like that. Terrible.

Customer service was terrible. Its like they don't know how to manage a hotel or something. Booked a room in advance, said it would be ready by 6pm. We get there and our room isn't cleaned up. We check in anyway and go do something else for a gew hours. We come back later and it STILL ISN'T READY. The people working there (looks like they might have been family) acted like it wasn't a big deal. We got a refund and left.

I wish I could give this place negative stars. It was dirty upon walking in, we were told we could check in at 6pm. Got there will after 7pm (traffic) and the room still wasn't ready. He said to give him 20 minutes but we were already late to a concert so we told him we'd be back in a few hours. He insisted it would be ready then. Came back exhausted from a concert, the room still want ready. The guy ran around to several rooms cussing about the guy who helped us earlier even though HE WAS THERE the first time we checked in and still couldn't get it together. After about 20 minutes of this I tools him to give a refund. He said "thank god they just want a refund". Not cool.

Rooms are old but look clean enough and the price is cheap. Wi-Fi can be a little spotty at times however, but it works well enough. Location is not too bad, only 45 min or so to Seattle (that's with moderate traffic. ) TV is an older model.

My brother and I each found a bedbug in the morning in our beds. Staff was apologetic and explained that they had exterminators clean the room and that the exterminators guaranteed no more bugs, but apparently they failed. The hotel staff allowed us to use their washer and dryer. All in all, the management certainly did not intentionally put us in a room with bugs, but the fact that there were bugs in the place would make me avoid the whole hotel.

HORRIBLE! spend your money somewhere else. Customer service is ridiculous, we were checked in on one bed room after requesting two beds room. The lady at the check in was on the phone speaking foreign language when checking us in. The rooms were filthy with bugs. After complaining about the bugs, we were woken up at 6am and given 20min to leave. With two kids to get ready we couldn't be out in 20min and therefore police were called.

Recently stayed in room 303 3rd floor. Was not too happy the entire floor stunk like cigarettes smoke the toilet plugged up several times for no reason and when I called all the front desk did was offer a plunger. The people at the front desk were somewhat rude and arrogant the area is very sketchy Lots of questionable people and activity at this hotel would not recommend.

Really close to ask the shopping and downtown. Halfway between Seattle and Tacoma. Staff is pleasant and lots of privacy with large rooms. Some other patrons can be a bit shady but ask are friendly. Three stars for younger guests with it children and with kids under 16 not the place I would recommend staying.

The room was very nice. We actually stayed in two different room. The normal room was nice clean and spacious. The hot tub room was also very nice and spacious. The hot tub it self needed to be fix because door if the jets couldn't be adjusted but all in all it was still nice. The only down fall was one of the staff. She was not very nice or respectful. She was out right straight rude most of the time. Beyond that it was a very nice stay.

We. Stayed in the Economy lodge in Federal way, Wa. And was so dissapointed in the room it smelled liked cigarettes and it was so dirty that we slept on top of cover there were nasty people hanging around outside the entrance and inside lobby. Drug deals taking place in hallway of our room. People fighting and pounding on the door next to ours all night long. The people were staying there weekly. The shower was moldy and had cigarette burns in it, couldn't close curtains. It was really bad, we will never return and will tell everyone at the shows we go to not to stay there. Soooooo disappointed.
