It's exactly what you can expect, economy with functional comfort. The rooms are smaller with not much storage space. TVs have plenty of channels, there is also a refrigerator and microwave provided. The bathroom is functional, small amount of counter space, but full sized shower/tub. We did not try the provided breakfast but there is a complimentary breakfast. There is also a pool with what looked like a soaking tub. All in all, you get what you pay for. In this case at least you can count on a clean and convenient room at an economic price.

Seemed great for our 4 person family. The two guys, at the front counter, were very helpful and friendly. They were very knowledgeable about the area. Plenty of fuel and food options close by. The hotel is very dated and could use a reno. I stay in hotels all the time in northern Canada and this place was fine.

The pool is nice enough. The lady on the phone told the truth about the "barely warm" tub. It is NOT a hot tub. Room was ok for the price. I was going for economy, not luxury.

This place is amazing! The people are so very nice that work here. The rooms are very clean. The pool is very cold though. Other then that it's been great, and would stay here again.

Very nice young man checked me in… And got me extra pillow for my knee.

I'm not sure what all the negative reviews on here are about but me and my family thought this hotel was great it was fairly priced they have free Wi-Fi and continental breakfast and our room seemed like it was recently remodeled and the bathroom did not seem small just the average size you would expect at a motel the one thing that a stood out to me was the pool hours 6am to midnight! Our 12 year old loved this and I can honestly say this motel has the most user friendly pool hours we have seen. We definitely enjoyed our stay and we agreed that after this first experience at a super 8 we will definitely be repeat customers and look for more super 8 motels on other family vacations. And I highly recommend this location and the staff and the gentleman at front counter who checked us in had great customer service and was very helpful making the whole experience that much better great job super 8.

The room was not as cleaned as I would have liked, although there were fresh sheets on the bed. The Jacuzzi did not work but the pool was clean. Continental breakfast choices included, oatmeal, waffle, frosted flakes, raisin bran, cinnamon roll, yogurt, apple, coffee, Hit cocoa, apple juice or orange juice. If you are a non smoker I would recommend getting a non smoking room.

The staff is nice. Beds are more comfy here then my own house.

These folks went out of their way to help us get my son's phone back to him. Very much appreciated, and the room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Totally good value.

The room was dirty with big red stains on the carpet. The room was an avocado green cave and smelled of strong industrial cleaner. The fire alarm went off late in the evening with no fire (guest? ) but no explanation or apology the next day. The staff was indifferent at best and the guest wake-up "call" was the housekeeper banging on the neighbor's door, shouting the incorrect time! Not up to Wyndham hotel standards.

Really nice place to stay at, with great prices. The staff who worked they were awesome, and they were very pet friendly!

It's a super 8. They're literally 2 star hotels. Not much else to say. Small town in the middle of nowhere Washington. Nothing much around.

Doesn't appear to have been updated this millennium. Room smells funny. No phone charging or even available outlet near bed. The fan on heater/AC is really loud. Pool looks good. Not checking on hot tub jets, as I forgot my suit. Next morning, a false fire alarm. Front desk guy said it was a problem they were trying to fix. Good idea as, there were small children in the pool when it went off, and forced outside into 27° weather.

Great location in the middle of nowhere had lots of gas stations and fast food nearby. The motel had great service and friendly staff. The rooms were clean and fairly modern. 8/10 would stay here again.

Nice staff. Room was okay, but smelled of cigarettes strongly. Price was good for one night.

Hotel was fine, except: — breakfast is nothing but waffles and cold cereal… so, nothing but hyper-processed wheat and sugar. — heater sounds like a jet engine when it comes on. Woke me up all night. — maids talking so loudly in halls I couldn’t sleep in the late morning/ afternoon.

All was as advertised. They have a great variety for breakfast, the pool was kept clean and the beds were comfortable. Room service did a great job daily and the management/staff was very amicable. We would be happy to stay there again.

It isn't the Ritz but small fridge, microwave, coffee pot and continental breakfast available. Room immaculate. Staff friendly and accommodating. Great stay.

Super 8 in Ellensburg is a very good option for those looking for a budget hotel in central Washington. The beds are comfortable. The rooms are clean. The breakfast is reasonable, but lacked fresh fruit. All in all, they met my expectations and I would stay there again.

My parents stayed here, but I was with them most of the time. My parents stayed in a "special needs" room. They needed help with their luggage first thing. No cart or anything else that could have helped them. Including staff. Later in their stay, they asked for a no-slip mat for the tub. They were given a regular towel and were told that their are lots of grab bars. Which there are many grab bars, but they are completely smooth. Wet hand, a little soap or shampoo and they become more dangerous than helpful. It's a good thing my parents realized a plain towel in the bottom of the bathtub would just slip around and would not be helpful. They mentioned that the sheets were very nice and good quality. There is a pool and hot tub. Good rates. Continental breakfast. Some no slip tape added to bathroom would be really helpful.

Very convenient and easy to find right off of 1-90. It's surrounded by multiple fast food joints easily within walking distance. The room was nice and clean with a tiny fridge and microwave. The free breakfast had waffles, yogurt, cereal, toast, oatmeal, juice and coffee; something for everyone. The indoor pool was nice and very clean. Be aware that every room (with exception of the 1 accessible room I saw) requires you to go up or down a set of down stairs, as there is no elevator. Will gladly stay here again.

The front desk guy was one of the nicest I have ever met. Went out of his way to tell mwork about the town, gave me a map, and was able to answer all my questions. The bed is why you would expect for the price, as well as the rest of the room. Pool looked nice, but didn't have time to enjoy. All in all, a nice town with nice people.

We booked a room here last minute. Staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was older, but the room we stayed in was very clean. Pool was clean and well maintained. Their was no elevator and we stayed up on the 3rd floor. With a large family it would have been nice to unload our many bags to have an elevator. Breakfast was sparse, but it was good enough for one night's stay. We would definitely stay here again.

It has truck parking, ample and safe. Everything is close and quiet.

As hotels normally are, it was a place to sleep for the night and take a shower. 5 star as that's what I want out of a hotel. While what I said was true, please keep in mind I am typing this from a survey service and I am technically being paid for this.

Worst hotel chain, they cancel your room and sell your room to others with higher price to make more money. My personal experience. They do that without any warning. Even though I called them many times to confirm my reservation and I got an promising answer that I will have a room to stay, they canceled my room in last minute. i rather pay a little more for other place to have a better and trustable business. do not go there and any super 8 hotels.

Adequate accommodations. Not remarkable either good or bad. Room clean but not spotless. Pet friendly which is a plus. Waffles for breakfast was nice but not a huge factor for making a decision.

Much more upscale then other Super 8s I have stayed at — nice, clean rooms with updated decor. Indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi, complimentary continental breakfast with good selection. Located just off the main street with easy access to restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Staff was also friendly and helpful.

Bedbugs! When we got settled in the room, my mother thought she'd been bitten by something, we mentioned it to the front desk, they offered a room switch or discount. Since we weren't sure, we didn't take them up on it. The following day when we got home, all 3 of us had bedbug bite welts forming. Never Again! This was room 222.

I stayed only one night, got there late and left early. It was fine, nothing special but stayed seemed clean enough.

It'd located at the southern end of town and right next all the fast food joints. Clean rooms, nice staff, and a comfortable bed. 1 of the 2 key cards didn't work but you only need 1 to get in.

Simple hotel, but they have a smoking friendly room, which is nice if you want that option.

The room was non-smoking and reeked of smoke. Asked the girl about the safe charge (I read about it in the reviews) and was told there would be no charge. Looked at receipt later and there was a charge. Would look elsewhere next time.

The place is clean, bed is comfortable, breakfast is decent, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Just stayed for two weeks and have no complaints. Would stay there again!

Expensive for crappy room and crappy breakfast. A lot of hidden fees as well. Won't be going back.

Room was clean, but still unsatisfied with our stay. Pool was not monitored by staff and had a bunch of high schoolers doing back flips and wrestling in the pool without parent supervision. Not a single open plug in the room to charge my phone, except in the bathroom. They didn't have any extra pillows or blankets available. We also asked to check in little early (due to an event) and the front desk didn't even check if our room was ready, but quickly said no. Probably wouldn't stay there again. I'll pay $20 or more a night to stay somewhere a little nicer.

Dirty smelly toilet not cleaned. Beds broken down. Room feels like a prison cell. Drunks upstairs stumbling around and throwing up sounded like in the room with me.

Good place-price is great, breakfast was good-pool could have been a little warmer-otherwise all was good.

We were very happy with our room and the staff. Stayed two days with our two kids. Cconvenient location.

About $75 for 2 people with 2 beds. Clean room free breakfast. Can't ask for much more.
