At 10:00 on the night before our arrival, they sent me an email cancelling my reservation because they said I, ME, overbooked my reservation. Then, in their response they said that I booked through a third party. BUT, I booked from THEIR website AND joined their rewards program. So, unless you want to end up sleeping in your car, be very wary of making a reservation here. Also, check out some of their other reviews online…not good.
I wish I could give this negative stars. We travel a LOT! We've stayed in some crappy places, but this was by far the WORST! Don't ever stay here! The bathroom was so gross that I had to close the bathroom door at night to keep the urine smell at bay. There was no hot water. NONE! There were holes in the walls and ceiling. The beds were so bad that I actually had a dream I was sleeping on the floor. Some of the breakfast was still frozen, but they were throwing it on the table anyway. Website says they have a restaurant and bar, but it's long gone. We were too scared to venture down to the pool, if it even existed. Now, you'd think I was just a princess and like things fancy. Nope! Two other people were at the front desk complaining when we checked out. The little 18 year old girl at the desk didn't know what to do. Do yourself a favor and never stay here!

This was the worst hotel experience I have had in a long time. We stayed here to have breakfast included in our stay. No where on the website does it say it is not available at this time. We were greeted to our room by a giant spider and a dirty room. The manager dismissed our complaints with a shrug.
