All the employees were really nice and helpful. Our stay at this hotel was very pleasant. I would definitely recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in the area. I will definitely go back next time I visit WA.

The staff and GM are wicked awesome! My husband had reserved a room for a gold star family and we were charged because they cancelled and after talking with the staff, they refunded our money back and were so polite and kind and understanding and if that's how they are on the phone, I can only imagine how they are in person, highly recommend and they honor their military! thank you guys sooo much! y'all are great, keep up the great work!

Awesome staff, great swimming pool and hot tub, clean and spacious rooms and one of the best continental breakfasts I've seen for a hotel and for being a free meal! Lots of good eats to choose from!

Hotel room was very nice, very sound proof as we didn't hear the family with children next to us. The bed was comfortable and the AC kept the room just right. The breakfast had lots of options and was very good. We have always enjoyed our stays at Best Western. The only thing is they need a better sign, we missed it the first time by.

Hotel is located right off freeway, next to a little nice shopping center. Rooms are very nice and clean. Breakfast in the morning has a great selection.

I think Best Western should be my favorite hotel in US now. This one is the most valuable stay. The price is very good and the house is new, location is very near to I5. I had two night stay there, two different types room but all are very good and much space. The nearby has lots options of dinner, we just walked to have a dinner and play in the playground with kids after. Really like it.

Haven’t stayed at many Best Westerns but the one in DuPont was great! Neela at the front desk was awesome and took care of any concern we had! Great hotel!

My son and I stayed here June 6-11, and it was a great stay. The room was very clean, the hotel itself was very clean, the breakfast was great, the hotel staff greeted you with a smile, and house keeping were nice also ready to help. The hotel is in walking distance to restaurants, general store, nail salon, pharmacy. Everything you need is at hand reach and I loved the quietness. When I come back to DuPont again this will be the place I stay.

Nice hotel. No issues. Free breakfast is just that free, nothing to brag on. Clean. Helpful desk staff. Convenient to the highway with many restaurants in walking distance.

Spent a week at the Best Western Liberty Inn in DuPont. The hotel is located in a beautiful, safe, newer, little community with many restaurants and shops within walking distance. The Joint Base Lewis McChord is a short drive. The hotel and rooms were very clean and modern. They have a nice breakfast with an assortment of choices. All the employees were very friendly and accommodating. Did a lot of research on area and price and was extremely happy with this choice. Would definitely stay here again.

Easy freeway access. I'm looking forward to another stay when I return to this area. Breakfast wasn't as tasteful but still a neat hotel.

This is a very nice hotel. Everything feels very new. The layout of the room is nice and well spaced out. The staff is very kind and helpful. The breakfast has a lot of options.

Stayed here this weekend and it was nice! Room was clean and good sized. Breakfast had a good selection including eggs, english muffins, sausage, cereal, pasties, waffles, and more. It tasted pretty good compared to most hotel breakfasts. The employees at the counter seemed friendly. Didn't get to check out pool but looked decent. Nice quieter area compared to Olympia or Tacoma. Good place to stop at in the area!

Rooms are clean and fairly nice. I've stayed here multiple times and always enjoyed my stay. Last week the breakfast ran out of multiple items in the fridge. And didn't get stocked til Thursday or so. This week the breakfast has under par from what they've had in the past. The meat was over cooked this week. Nice place to stay but I'll probably skip breakfast until it gets better.

Stayed two nights, and it has been our favorite place to stay so far. Loved the double sinks (although one was stopped up when we arrived; however, it was unclogged when requested). Beds comfy; loved the blood orange soaps & hair products. Would recommend to anyone.

Loved my stay. The rooms are spacious and clean. We missed breakfast by an hour and an employee cleaning let my kids get some snacks from the fridge. The check out staff is very nice. After a late night in the emergency room with my 3 year old, I was treated kindly and helped fast.

Everything was nice. Clean rooms, quiet rooms. Only downside was the beds were a bit uncomfy.

They have a lovely lobby and coference rooms. I like the modern updates, which gives it a more upscale feel to the common areas. Their holiday decorations gave the hotel a cozy feel for the season.

I didn't stay here, but I had an emergency that required me to stop into DuPont and look for a coin-op washer and dryer. The local cleaners wouldn't take my items because my toddler son threw up on himself in his car seat. I chanced the situation by walking into the BW and I'm glad I did. Mr Rose and his new front desk agent were amazingly kind and professional, allowing me to use their guest laundry room, sell me the laundry soap and the quarters needed, and inviting me to have some coffee and use their Wi-Fi! I once worked for multiple 4-diamond hotels up and down downtown Seattle and this level of hospitality wasn't easy to find even then. I ended up staying at a Marriott in Wenatchee that night and half the staff there weren't even as kind. I can't thank them enough. Their kindness really helped me out.

My husband and I had a lovely stay. We were not in the hotel very often so we didn't have a chance to take advantage of all the amenities but the breakfast was decent. We would stay here again.

Decent breakfast. Good location to local restaurants. Close to Fort Lewis. Would recommend.

This was the BEST hotel experience we have had so far! First and foremost, we are pet parents and have a very difficult time finding pet friendly accommodations. When we do the limit is usually 25 lbs. I have a dog not a rabbit. They take pets up to 80 lbs and for a very small fee compared to other places. Second, the place was beautiful! For the price of the room, we were pleasantly surprised. We were given a "pet room" so I thought it would be a bit sub par to other rooms — nope. And the pool and hot tub were heavenly! Very clean and cozy. Also, the breakfast was REALLY good! Third, location. It's nestled in Dupont, WA (about 5-10 minutes south of Tacoma) which has a very quaint small town feel to it. You can walk around the town to several restaurants and shops. There was plenty of open space to walk the dogs and at this time of year there was very little traffic around. Our room was very close to the back door so walking our babies was a breeze. We live in Portland and have family in Tacoma and sometimes just need an inexpensive place to lay our heads for a night when visiting. This is definitely going to be our home away from home from now on! We almost want to plan a trip north just to be able to stay here!

Our room was super nice and clean. The customer service was excellent and the breakfast was good.

My accommodations the past couple of days have been great! The staff was awesome! Everything from check-in, to the morning breakfast staff and the person who cleaned my room, all of them did small, personable things that meant a lot. The place was clean, affordable and my room and bed comfortable (which is saying a lot for me! ). I will be keeping this location as my place to stay, when training at Camp Murray!

Very clean and nice clean pool and spa. Breakfast very good.

Sidewalks and surrounding area were clean and tidy. Parking lot was also well kept.

Everything was clean. The beds were comfortable, the shower was hot. I liked that the toilet had the option for water saver flush (I know that might sound weird, but I appreciate water conservation. ) The service was polite and prompt. And the breakfast was delicious. The lady working the breakfast was night and cheerful, very kind. I am not a morning person, but good attitudes are contagious and her attitude was amazing.

The entrance is a little hidden, you have to pull around to the back where the parking lot is. The room was are really nice. They have some rooms with spa in room but those unfortunately are not pet friendly, Other rooms are. Very clean. There's lots of places to eat that are super close. And if you're just passing by, the ramp for i5 is just 2 minutes away.

The Liberty Inn has very nice accommodations. Also it is very conveniently located near restaurants and classy local mini mart.

One of the best hotels I have stayed overnight! Was just across my office where I was first relocated by my office. Will choose liberty in over any hotels next time because of the service I got for that low price.

We are local to the hotel, and they have a great service where for a reasonable price you can use their pool. It's the only close public pool for non military, so we ate very grateful they offer this.

Decaffeinated coffee is not available. They feel it's not popular enough.
