We are a Military Family and in the middle of moving… Hotel stays are always a nightmare to me! lol BUT: It's only our 3rd night here and WOW you guys make living in a Hotel so easy and awesome! It's sooo clean here, nice new rooms, great breakfast, AMAZING personal… it's simply perfect! Thank you so much for everything so far — we are here for a little while longer :) The Bassham Family :)

Grandparents stayed at this hotel and they loved it. The room size was quite large considering most hotels and they were very happy with that. Had a king bed with a pull out sleeper sofa and a curtan that pulled between for privacy. The hotel staff were very kind in helping them get the Wi-Fi set up on the computer as well as brought up extra chairs when my wife and I went over to visit. Everyone was outstanding and we were all very happy.

I lived at this hotel for six weeks while waiting to close on a house. I cannot complain about anything. The staff were all extremely helpful and friendly. The beds was very comfortable. The large kitchenette made living there easier. My child loved the pool and the breakfast buffet. Thank you so much for being so accommodating and welcoming.

The room we had was spacious. The breakfast was free and good amount of food selections. I like how you can grill your own food and there are few tables with chairs and umbrellas there for dining. The only thing is that they seem to not care about customers smoking around the grill area where there’s a big sign of NO SMOKING. We had to show that person the sign as we we hanging out around that place with kids and infant.

This place has a salt water pool! However the hot tub was out of order. The rooms and beds were great! But the breakfast is all processed food.

New hotel (built in 2017). Nice sized rooms. Close access to JBLM. Staff is nice. They welcome you every time you come. There's a pool, hot tub, fire puts, barbecue grills and a fitness center.

Very new and comfortable. The whole hotel including the rooms has a clean modern 50's-60's feel. Large HD TV in room and comfortable bed.

The place is clean and staff is friendly. They provide breakfast. I would have given them a 5 star; however, they charged me for extra night. I asked why and I was transferred to someone named Maria, who has not responded to my message. I am disappointed because the front person cannot even see the charge, but it is showing on my bank account. 130.00 is not pocket change.

Located next to military base near town. Rooms are splendid! Plenty of space and cozy. Service here was warm and friendly. Very professional at all times. I am enjoying my stay here.

Was not expecting the quality and size of this place. We walked into our two queen bed and it was massive. Very clean and comfortable. Great breakfast and the staff was very friendly. Highly recommended.

GREAT hotel. Certainly modern, comfortable, nice amenities. But truly unfortunate that they cannot put us into our room until after 7 p. M. For a family on the move from 3000 miles away, just wanting a place to settle down and shower, this was not what we needed. And little to no empathy that this was a rare occurrence. Sadly we won't stay or recommend this property to others.

Great sized room and pretty well maintained. One cobweb in the bathroom that would have easily missed viewing had I not brushed it with my arm. Bed was nice but a little stiff for my taste. Still, overall a very good experience for a last minute overnight stay ~$100

The look and feel of the whole building is beautiful and clean. The colors are bright and inviting. Our room felt like we were staying in a 5 star resort. The rooms are quiet and you can't hear others around you. The beds are relaxing and the sheets are a high thread count (very soft). I would have loved to extend our visit to stay longer. The employees that work there care about the personal well-being of their customers and take a minute to make sure you are doing well. They are also polite and pleasant to work with; check in and out is seamless. The free breakfast has a nice display while having plentiful food and drinks. I would highly recommend staying here. On a score of 1 to 10, I give them a 10.

I flew into the JBLM area for training and had about 6 hours until the check-in time. I called the front desk to find out what the earliest I could possibly get a room (as I had several meetings to attend around the same time as check-in) and they assigned me a room and had it placed on the priority list for cleaning as none were available. I was then invited to join them for breakfast and coffee and to enjoy their free Wi-Fi in the lobby. When I arrived I was greeted BY NAME with a warm smile and shown the breakfast bar. Based on the welcome alone, I will be staying with Home2 at every opportunity!

Very nice rooms! I like the kitchen too. No issues with the staff, but I sure wish the breakfast were better. Microwaved eggs and sandwiches just don't really come out well. I much prefer the other Hilton Hotels with more freshly made breakfast.

Visited hotel for a work event. Did not stay in a room. Lobby and restrooms are nice. Very clean. Snack bar is crazy expensive. I recommended bringing your own snacks.

Decent completely new hotel with kitchenettes in every room. Breakfast options are really bad though… microwave yourself frozen garbage.

Rooms clean, building nice! It felt like home! Breakfast was full and awesome. Only thing, at check out we had an issue with the 3rd party we booked with so we needed the manager. She was not genuine at all, fake helpful! Her demeanor was not meant to be in such a nice place. Front desk girl saved the day!

I visited from November 21st-November 24th, and it was a great experience! Everyone was very friendly and pleasant! My room was clean. The entire hotel is super clean. If I were to come back to the Tacoma area, I would stay there again. A plus, if you have anyone staying at Fort Lewis, is that it is very close to the base. It's about 10 minutes away from the first gate of the base/visitor center.

For the price I have not been to a better or more convenient hotel. I stayed here for 4 days at the end of summer. The gym is nice, and you can work out while you do your laundry. There is a starbucks just around the corner, about a 500 foot walk. And a lot of paved sidewalks and running trails nearby if you want to go on a walk or run.

A very clean, modern hotel with convenient proximity to the base and i5. Rooms have full fridge, dishes, microwave, dishwasher, etc. An adequate gym and complimentary breakfast are a big plus.

Nice place to stay with easy access to I-5. Rooms are spacious with full-size refrigerators, a sink, and microwave. There's also plates, bowls, glasses, silverware, and a dishwasher. The gym is pretty good and laundry is rith there and only $. 50 to wash or dry clothes. The staff is very nice and friendly and know the area well. I wasn't able to get into my room one day because the battery on the door unlocking mechanism was dead. Eventually they got into the room and were able to change the batteries. Other then that, it was a good stay.

Had at least 25 family members stay here during a wedding. The breakfast was good. The front desk was very helpful. The location was easily accessible off the highway.

Breakfast is a little hard to get around. You need to "cook" your own hot meals pretty much (only 2 microwaves to share with "everyone") and all the food is within 10 feet; not spread out. Brand new and Nice though! Staying here again but might skip the breakfast crowd…

The price for this place was incredible compared to other Hiltons. It was very clean, friendly and helpful staff. My husband and I have 4 young kids and they accommodated us no problem. That's almost unheard of these days for hotels. I highly recommend this place.

I have been a Hilton Honors member for years. I decided to book a night using the points I had accumulated. I was greeted immediately with staff who told me I had booked 2 rooms for 14 nights. It took about 5 minutes to convince them that it was not my reservation they were viewing. When I finally got to my room, I noticed that it was on the second floor, directly across from the elevators. I was concerned, but tired and ready to clock out for the night. I heard the conversations of everyone who used the elevator, as if the door wasn't there. I could also hear dogs barking below, which was strange. I turned the TV on for background noise. There was something wrong with the color and contrast of the screen (it had corrected itself be morning though), but I just needed noise. By midnight, I was off to sleep. By about 6 am I had to get out of bed. The room I had been assigned was directly above the breakfast bar and gym/laundry area. Sleep was finished for me. That, coupled with the morning elevator traffic, was too much. I wandered downstairs, grabbed a bowl of cereal and headed back to my room. I asked the morning staff on my way out if the hotel was completely booked last night. She told me that there were many open rooms. If I known what the morning had in store I would have tried to switch. I have booked reward nights with other chains. I travel a bit for work. I am almost always upgraded, or at least offered a nicer room on an upper floor.

Brand new hotel is very well designed for comfort and convenience. The staff was VERY FRIENDLY and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay.

Great stay. Clean. Amazing rooms. Breakfast is great but for my stay it was overrun by a baseball team. Still good. Great access to freeway. Will stay again anytime.

Brand new hotel. It still has some growing pOns, but we'll orchestrated. I will definitely come back. Staff is very freindly. The breakfast has NO vegan and limited vegitarrian options. There is a chair lift for the indoor pool. Not for jacuzzi, though.

The quality of Home2 Suites by Hilton was quite a surprise in comparison to the many other hotels I have stayed in. The pricing was cheap, and the room was far more large and comfortable than I was expecting. It was also by many resturants, and only twenty minutes away from places of entertainment. The staff also seemed friendly, and the continental breakfast was fairly enjoyable. Now on to the negatives. The hotel was pretty full, and quite a few things were out of service, including one of the elevators. However, it had just opened, so I'm confident that it will be taken care of. All in all, the Home2 Suites by Hilton was an above average stay, and I'd likely stay again if I travel out that way.

I thought this place was great! Very spacious and great prices.

So far I'm loving it. The room is spacious. You could easily fit 6 smelly guys (or more if you're desperate) in this single bed room. The king bed can fit 2 comfortably. Plenty of floor space. Has a fridge, dishwasher washer, microwave, iron, ironing board, closet, two desk areas, and a safe. Also a pull out table and what looks like a 42" LCD TV with direct TV.

Very nice accommodations very impressed clean well decorated pet friendly Open Spaces well thought-out two large flat screen TVs one in living space one in bedroom top of the line skin care products shampoo conditioner shower gels they have individual Square carpet pieces different shapes and sizes and colors so if an atom will does have an accident which you hope not they can replace it good as new and they have tile floors where needed all the cabinets match continental breakfast over 400 combinations sea salt pool weight room exercise room DirecTV over 600 channels stayed in a place for $70 complete dive $40 more world class recommend it to anyone beautiful window coverings top notch nothing bad so far when you walk in it's very inspiring it's like you walked into somebody's house rec room entertainment area hard to explain very comfortable definitely not Hotel like very casual thought it was in the wrong part of the hotel when I came in first time I've been in a quite like this one and I've been in a lot so definitely recommend it.
