Was clean and available. I would prefer two chairs and a table. One desk chair and desk and one uncomfortable club chair make it hard for us to share a cup of anything. Not everyone wants to sit on a bed to unwind after a long drive. Two people, two chairs. A table can be used as a desk, but a desk is a poor table. A mirror in the main area would be nice. Staff was great and again it was clean.

I stayed here on there first opening night typically if your in the area DuPont Hampton inn has good rates I would recommend using there Hilton honors program to get a low rate. But using AAA see rates as low as 89$ some times in the winter. In the summer between 109-139 are the average. I would recommend having snacks and dinner though out since there is nothing off the either but a gas station. If you go up to exit 122 you will find a lot of places to have dinner. One of the lowest priced Chinese food restaurant in the country can be found. Walk-in/walkout.

A very clean and easily accessible hotel. The front desk reached out a few times to find out if I was okay or if there was anything they could help with. At one point, they helped me print out a document I needed for work. Jennifer and Shaquana? were very friendly. The icing on the cake? The serve desert after work, I grabbed a cookie (or two? ). Free breakfast in the morning and there is a lot of room to park. 3min from DuPont downtown. I enjoyed my stay.

Great alternative in a newer building to stay near but outside of Tacoma. Very comfortable and friendly staff. I've stayed here several times this year which says something about my willingness to come back with so many other options in the area.

Expected quality and service from Hampton Inn brand with very reasonable price. We chose this hotel on our way from Seattle to Portland. We got upgraded to a larger suite. Rooms are clean. Beds are comfortable. We are pleased with the stay.

My husband decided to stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites hotel in Dupont during a bachelor party. The day of, before arrival, payment was taken. As many bachelor parties go, they were out late. They arrived back at the hotel late and were hoping to shower and rest before they had to drive up to Seattle for the day. The hotel staff had told them that their room was no longer available and they had turned around re sold it. The hotel made DOUBLE their money. In the hotel policies and procedures, it states that your room will be reserved when payment is taken. After talking to the general customer service line, they gave him the direct number to the Dupont hotel where he had talked to the most rudest and unprofessional manager, Tammie. When my husband was explaining the situation, she laughed and told him that "it doesn't work like that. " We have come to the fact that we will just have to eat the $400 that the group had spent on hotel rooms that day, but quite honestly it could have been handled in a more professional way.

Cheerful, smiling staff. Very accommodating and informative. Clean & bright facility.

Meeting rooms we really well kept and service was good.

The room was large with a nice soft bed. Great breakfast and super friendly staff. Close to Starbucks, Subway, and Happy Teryaki.

Our suite was extremely spacious and well maintained. The complimentary breakfast was great. The hotel itself was very nice, and the staff was top notch with customer service being priority We will definately stay here again!

Very nice hotel. All staff has been pleasant specially Aaron at night. Frwe Wi-Fi and breakfast with good options.

Great location if you need to be near JBLM. Clean hotel with excellent staff. Breakfast isn't great but better than the home 2 suites.

The lady at the front desk was super rude and talked like a teenager, Totally unprofessional than to find out there was an issue I decided to cancel my reservation 30 mins after I made the reservation. But she still wanted to charge us for one night. Worst management I have ever talked to.

Solid Hotel located very close to FT Lewis. Very modern, with a decent breakfast. From what I can tell, it's a pretty safe area.

Staff was friendly and nice. Breakfast was fresh and had good selection. Rooms were big and clean. 10/10 would stay again!

An excellent Hilton property. These guys treated us well too. If I'm ever blessed to visit the area again I will be back.

Spacious room with wet bar, microwave, and refrigerator. Very good price for the accommodations offered. Very close to new local brewery Forward Operating Base Brewing Company, right down the street.

Hotel is very nice and the rooms are really clean. The hotel staff is especially courteous and helpful. If you're in the area, I definitely would recommend anyone to stay here. No complaints.

Great hotel off of the 5. Rooms have nice layouts and are very clean. Coffee shop right out the door next to check in is very convenient. Give yourself an extra two minutes when leaving to go back on the 5, access road is one way without a left turn if you go out the wrong exit. I will stay in the hotel from now on when I do work in this area.

We stayed for five nights. Smells and cleanliness are my top priorities in hotels. The rooms were cleaned thoroughly each day and smelled clean and fresh. Breakfast was not bad, staff was friendly, and the gym accommodated our group of six very well. My only suggestion for improvement would be to have the rooms cleaned before 3 each day.

Impressive new Hampton Inn. Subway sandwich shop right next door. I arrived before 10pm and was ready for bed. I waited at the front desk for 5 minutes. Nothing. I called the hotel's phone which rang uselessly on the other side of the counter. I could have answered it myself as none of the staff were around to assist. Finally, as she walked in and stepped behind the counter, the strong odor of ash tray overtook me. I concluded she had been on a smoke break with the friend she had walked in with. On the positive side, I have to say that the staff running the breakfast area are friendly and on top of keeping everything well supplied. Maybe this person could take over the front desk in the evenings as she seemed to know customer service.

Excellent experience here! The evening staff was delightful and they helped us out when we had the wrong number of rooms. Breakfast was one of the better ones and the salt water pool was awesome.

Cherry at the front desk is awesome! She went out of her way to assist me with something, came in on her day off and spent her own money so I would have an enjoyable stay. She was always smiling and so friendly! Cant wait until I am back up in the northwest so I can stay at at her Hampton Inn!

Stopped in after wedding. Many of the out of town party were staying there. Meet in the common area. The staff was accommodating. Nice place.

Visiting friends who are staying at the dupont location… it was so clean and beautifully decorated. Nice large rooms. Honestly top notch.

Wonderful staff and accommodations! So pleased with the location for our visit with our soldier at Ft. Lewis. Each and every staff member that we encountered was happy and helpful. This was our home away from home for 4 nights and it was awesome! Thank you.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at, front desk called the room to make sure I didn't need anything, very kind workers, cleaning lady left a note hoping I would have a good day, comfy bed and pillows, all around a great hotel and so cheap! I have payed $40 more for a hotel 5 times worse than this one.

Very nice hotel option if you need to be on the DuPont area. Rooms are pretty clean and comfortable. Breakfast is great and people is kind. Highway access just around the corner. You have a Starbucks and Subway a few steps away. Totally recommended.

Hotel was almost brand new. Rooms were great and the amenities were spot on. They have a decent little gym and a Salt water pool, located within walking distance of a Starbucks, subway and convenience store. The staff was extremely polite and helpful.

I enjoyed my one-night stay here. The desk person was top-notch, smiling and politely offering information on the amenities, of which there are plenty. The entire place was full of joyful, humorous sayings and graphics from the elevators to the etched doors. I felt welcomed the minute I rolled in. The Queen bed suite was beautifully appointed with comfortable beds and plenty of space to move about. Huge plus: duvet covers so we were assured clean beds. Other positives included easy access to the freeway (I-5) and quaint DuPont, a small in-room coffee service complete with humorous cups, Neutrogena bath products and a plenty of clean towels. The breakfast was outstanding, offering excellent coffee, scrambled eggs, turkey sausage, juice, pastries, fresh fruit, yogurt and do-it-yourself waffles. I'm sure there was more. It was excellent. There were only a couple of things that bothered me. First, there was that pink mildew stuff in the shower head. There was just enough for me to notice, but that stuff really bothers me. Next, I was confused about the restroom ventilation system. Either the fan in the restroom didn't work or I simply wasn't able to locate it. But, all in all, this is a bright spot among the busy bustle of Joint Base Lewis McCord.

Nice room, clean facilities and friendly staff. The only issue is the loud exit doors. The complimentary breakfast was good, no need to stop for any food.

Best hotel I have ever stayed at. The staff was amazingly helpful, knowledge of local information, and friendly. Service was top notch. The morning breakfast was of great quality and wide variety. The room was a great price and of even greater quality. I must say, wish I could go back to that visit. It was that good.

Needed a mini vacation and this was a great place to have it at! The lady working at breakfast was running back and forth filling things as fast as she could and I don't know how she managed! She was friendly and awesome! Pros: Clean and spacious suite with a huge TV. Salt Water Pool was nice for a dip. Seems higher quality than the current star level it has. Bed was comfy. Sleeper Sofa was easy to open. Check in was easy. Every single staff member we met was really friendly and did everything they could to make us happy. The price for the king studio suite was a phenomenal price compared to anything else I looked at, especially the quality of the room, bed, linen etc. Breakfast on day 1 had a good variety as it was emptied by guests and refilled by the staff. Bagel Toppers, omelets, sausage patties, hash brown potatoes, oatmeal, make your own waffle, English muffins, bagels, toast, the list goes on. Food didn't sit long enough in the trays, it was going so fast. Day 2 was western omelets, sausage patties, sausage links and almost same as above. Con: The fridge makes a higher pitch squeal when it's running. Front desk did try to help and even changed out the fridge (really quickly too! ) but it's the make of the fridge (compressor) that makes the noise no matter what. It's annoying at the most. Thank you, Hampton Inn and staff for making it such a great stay for us. I will definitely recommend to friends and family.

What a fabulous place! The staff is so friendly, they literally bend over backwards to make sure you are comfortable and happy. The complimentary breakfast is a real breakfast with healthy fare as well as the good stuff. If you don't have time for breakfast, the staff prepares and has breakfast on the run bags ready for you at the front desk on your way out the door during the week. The room is spotless. The beds are comfortable and the complimentary internet works great.

Very nice new hotel. Rooms are great, staff is great, facilities are great. Breakfast is not great. Egg nuggets with stale ham chunks, slimy strange bacon, etc. But, hey? what do you want for free, right.
