This is now our second time staying here and just like the first time, great experience for us and walking distance from shops and restaurants plus it’s across the street from the waterfront park.

Very cute and quaint little place on a side street good breakfast nice people vegan and gluten free options.

Small and quaint. Very different to my usual sort of place but I enjoyed my stay there. Nice breakfasts.

What a gem of a restaurant in Chelan! Very good portions and the food is fantastic, healthy and delicious most highly rated in Chelan and packed on weekends.

The bagel with lox was very tasty, as were the sweetened bacon.

We had the Triple P Wrap. It was THE BEST we have ever had. The broccoli salad? Amazing!

This place was so homey with really good food. The bagel breakfast sandwich was delicious and the iced coffee was really good. They also had boozy brunch options that looked great. I got a fresh squeezed orange juice that was delicious and squeezed in front of me. I will be returning again if I find myself at like Chelan again.

We loved this place. Awesome shower, clean room. Awesome staff. We stayed in the Rose room and right outside our door there were big sun flowers and trees that made us feel like we were in a small forest. The hotel was real close the Local Myth Pizza which had the best pizza I have ever eaten. I highly recommend this hotel.

Very nice breakfast! No table side service, you have to order at the counter. But the food was awesome.

Super delicious breakfast. Get there early on Saturday to beat the crowd. Warm atmosphere right near the river of course. If you like real food made by real hands and fresh squeeze orange juice you'll love it. Yes please.

Some rooms updated… others in the main hotel really old fashioned, smell like my great grandmas closet… Mildew smell. But the rooms outside of main hotel 1st one I seen sage rm updated.

Absolutely lovely staff and the food was fantastic. Lots of gluten free options for my celiac friend as well! I really loved the abundance of healthy options. I had the avo toast and my egg was cooked perfectly! They gave me a great amount of avocado too. They have pretty much every mimosa flavor known to man and they don't skimp on the bubbly. Overall wonderful experience. I'm glad we went.

The potential was there, the dishes were good quality and friendly staff BUT my lox bagel breakfast was extremely salty. So much so that it just killed it for me. My husbands french toast with walnut raisin bread was delicious.

Visiting Lake Chelan and walking through their great Earth Day event we were about to go back to our room when we saw a perfect little patio seating area with various people having a great time. So we checked it out. Warm, knowledgeable & generally excellent people helped us choose an incredible bottle of local wine from the decent amount of both wine and beer choices. They helped to rearrange the patio a bit so my wife and I and our baby girl & stroller could be comfortable while enjoying our bottles! Red wine for the grown ups and "white" for the 5 month old! Great place with a cafe also and apparently they have a handful of units if you are looking for the whole package.

Small room, but what more do you need for a quick overnight? The room was clean, clean, clean, and the staff was uber friendly.

I'll give it a 5 star because it perfectly met our needs. The location was perfect. Walking distance to many restaurants and bars. Walking distance to the lake. The room was clean, the staff was friendly. They also were great about my dog sitter canceling last minute and were able to accommodate me to a dog friendly room. The staff even loved on my pup.

Best breakfast in town. For those with food sensitivities like gluten, egg, Dairy, soy this is your place! If you like bacon and incredible French toast this is your place too!

Nice place to go and chill for a while being a cafe better then Starbucks to go and relax to have some of their nice coffee.

We love this place! The mimosas are to die for and the breakfast is hearty, fresh and tasty. They use organic farm fresh eggs and ingredients. The rooms are clean and comfy with a microwave, mini fridge and kitchen sink. The location is perfect with a view of the river and the park. You are in the heart of downtown. If you come visit in the off season this is the best deal around. They also have an outdoor courtyard area where you can barbecue your own food. Even now that we live here full time, this is still out favorite breakfast in town.

Great place! Clean rooms, River walk park across the street for the dogs or sunset stroll. Wineries close by and downtown is 1 block away. We were able to walk everywhere. The cafe on site is amazing. The only downside is smelling the food cooking and not being able to get dressed fast enough.

Fresh squeezed OJ, an egg scramble with terrific seasoning, and walnut-raisin toast perfectly prepared served with marionberry jelly all for a reasonable price! What's not to love about all that?

Rooms are very tiny but clean. Had breakfast at the restaurant and took 37 min to deliver a simple order of french toast! Girl apologized that our ticket got placed behind others'. Very frustrating and they didn't offer anything to make it better. They have you pay and include your tip up front which isn't good — had I known they were going to take so long to deliver I would have given a much smaller tip. They should have you tip AFTER your meal not before. Also, maid stole our cherries sitting right outside our room the day we were packing to leave and we clearly weren't close to leaving the room yet! Very disappointed in that.

Room was dated and had old mattress. However the location was perfect for walking the town and spending time outside. The morning breakfast was very good at the cafe.

Nice inexpensive hotel in the heart of town. Good healthy options at the adjoining cafe. My fave is the smashed Avo toast with an egg and tomato, fresh fruit, and bacon. They source locally when they can, and make their own bread. Lots of other fresh options.

My cousin and I came in and ordered the caprese sandwiches. They had a fig balsamic on them that was amazing. Maybe the best sandwich I've had. And a super great price! The atmosphere is also super laid back and well put together.

Didn't stay at the Inn but came for brunch and was super satisfied. I had the smashed avo with roasted potatoes. The sage toast was loaded with avocado and the eggs were a perfect over medium as advertised. Also had their fresh pressed juice of the day made with spinach, bell pepper, apple, carrot, pineapple.

Room was small but it was all we needed. Clean room and linen. Didn't have a chance to check out the diner but will definitely be staying here next time.

Our room was perfectly nice for the price, great water pressure and nicely located across the street from a pretty lakeside park with live music. Breakfast at the adjoining cafe uses cage free eggs and was very good. We sat outside. Good atmosphere.

Where do I start? Lack of costumer service from the start upon checkin. Front desk lady really had no clue what was going on or where anything was. After checking in and being in our room that was just recently cleaned, my husband and I found 2 spiders in one of our beds. I had went back to the front desk to speak to the gal but she had no clue what to do or to tell me besides "it happens. " She said Kate, I assume is one of the owners or head manager just left for a trip. She said she could give me sheets to change our bed… really? I have stayed in hundreds of hotels, worked as a travel agent with Expedia and this is not acceptable. I had asked for management to call me that evening and no one called. The next day when checking out, still nothing had been done. The lady who did check us out… she said she was not told to call us because she didn't have our number. When checking in the previous day, we had to fill out a sheet with our car and contact info, let alone when you call to make the reservation, they ask us for our cell phone… excuses. Room wasn't clean (hair and dirt on the bathroom floor) and poor service… we will not be going back. The only thing positive about our stay is the location of the hotel.

I loved how close we were to everything. Within Walking distance to everything. The room was spacious, clean and the staff are all very friendly.

My boyfriend and I just spent the weekend here and had no problems whatsoever. Although the hotel was full, it was quiet and peaceful. The rooms are small but clean and are more than adequate for the $59 a night price. And absolutely no shady business either, something I always look for at inexpensive hotels. It's a great location too, across the street from the riverfront park and one block away from downtown Chelan, with plenty of restaurants and bars to choose from. We ate breakfast one morning in the hotel's cafe which was very pleasant. The menu is short but delicious and leans toward healthier, fresher offerings. If you want luxury, better to book a $200 room at one of the big resorts, but for those with simple taste, this place is perfect.

WE LOVED IT! We read the reviews and was hesitant to stay but we came at the last minute. Our stay was wonderful! Love the rooms and the people. The water pressure was incredible and very, very clean. No bells and whistles and I was not looking for that. Got up every Morning and did the river walk and it was wonderful! The food was INCREDIBLE! We loved everything about our stay, I am sending friends this week to go stay there. A+++.

Aug 13 and 14 So sorry we took the chance on this overpriced, granola, hole-in-the-wall, no-name hotel. The rooms were so small, two of us had to share a place to put our bags. The water pressure was non-existent in the shower. Cable TV was 15 channels including local. Not much to come back to relax with after a long day on the lake. Oh and let's talk about being able to relax. The bed was totally worn out. No good night sleep here. Maid service consisted of our wet wash rag being taken off the sink. No bed made and no fresh towels. One per customer. Breakfast consisted of a sausage substitute wrap and herbs. Hold me back. And the worst coffee you have ever tasted. For this price, they should serve you in your room. The only positive I could find was that it was clean for the most part. Don't look in the corners. Needs a scrub brush there. I recommend anywhere else for this price.

We had a family reunion this past 4th of July weekend. We normally stay at the Riverwalk. To our surprise this year there was a new owner. He was very nice on the phone, probably excited to take our money. Once we got there with our party he turned his attitude completely. He failed to tell us there was a 9 o'clock CURFEW. The rooms were too small for the price we paid, and we felt targeted the entire time. New owner is a COMPLETE psychopath and posted a note after the first night of us there stating there was blood and vomit on our floors. NOT true. He even called the SHERRIFS on us because he felt "threatened" by a member of our party. He never issued us a refund and kicked us outon 4th of July, cutting our trip short. Don't ever stay here, the owner will be nice to you until her has your money then he was turn psycho all over again.

It was clean, very cute with lots of flowers and plants. It's terrifically located next to the River Walk park and trail and a block from the main street that has a tremendous choice of restaurants, coffee shops and bars. It's also an easy walk to the lake. The Inn itself had the best breakfast we've had in years — upscale, excellent "natural-health" food to die for! We highly recommend it.
