Although the location is amazing and the service was good, the actual food left much to be desired. Drive-in food is supposed to be basic but this food was almost too basic. No toppings come with the hot dog, the buns were stale, and the milkshakes just tasted like powder soft serve. It's still worth a visit but my opinion is mixed.

The food is really fresh. Service was good. Located by the lakeside so it has beautiful view. We ordered BLT sandwich, grilled chicken burger, fries, and three hot dogs. Don't forget to get their fried sauce, it goes along with fries so well. Fun experience, highly recommend this place!

Have always loved the food. But very disappointed with the service. They double charged me for my order on June 14th. $21.75. Still have not received my refund. No, it's not a large amount, but I feel like I have been stolen from. And they treated me like I was trying to scam them! Even though I showed them my online statement. Why could they not just give me cash back? It was a debit transaction! Frustrated.

Tried their food for the first time in 2 years and we're pretty impressed! Great quality burgers, super nice team members, and an awesome drive through option for Chelan!

This place always looks crowded but its always easy to find a parking spot and the service is fast. The food here is great with good sized portions and you can't beat their milk shakes. Lots of outside seating with great views of Lake Chelan.

Long wait for being Memorial Day weekend, but worth the wait. Good was good.

Anytime you're in Chelan, the Lakeview Drive-In is a must stop! The burgers, fries, with special salt, and their homemade thick and frosty milkshakes can't be beat. The outdoor seating is shady and you have a terrific view of both Lake Chelan and the marina.

Great service, good prices, now that they have the computers, my order has never been correct! Train you front and back of the house team how to view the order screen! Otherwise, yum…

If you want amazing fries and cheeseburgers, this is the place for you. Their food is always super yummy!

Standing in line in the sun with my 6 month old, waited for the 2 people in front of me. Then got the window shut on me when I stepped up. While I'm waiting a local rides up behind us and the other window opens and an elderly employee says oh hey so and so what can I get you. Then when she was done with his order she turned and started writing something and paid me no mind. Did I mention I am brown and they were white. Just saying. Super disappointed, I thought lake view was better than that.

Always a great place to eat in Chelan. The help is friendly and the establishment is CLEAN! I look forward to having a bite when we are in the area.

The staff was curtious, friendly, and helpful. They alone would make a person want to come back to Lakeside, yet the facility and the amenities are so nice, that the entire experience was great. Was affordable; will try to go back there next year. The only reason for 4 out of 5 stars is that the carpet in the room was damaged, and the beautiful city park grass in front of the building was gross, contaminated with goose droppings.

Good burgers. Kids meal came with a golden delicious apple. Nice view from the outside seating area. We went when it was not to busy, but a neat feture you could call your order in.

Classic American drive in with a walk up window. Enjoyed a refreshing, retro, soft-serve vanilla cone. Get out of your car and seat yourself at one of the umbrellaed tables out back. Or… better yet… sit facing Lake Chelan at their deck's edge and marvel at the view! Extremely nice & friendly local staff. They also offer Rainbow sherbet for those of you who appreciate a taste of something classic but not common.

Worst hotel ever I got into an argument with one of the oweners "afni" the food was disgusting and undercooked… when they came out with my coffee it was cold! I would nerver recommend this hotel! it was one of the worst day/night of my life!

It's an amazing room for a couple getaway, since there are no kids allowed. Beautiful rooms, super clean and cozy makes you feel at home great customer service and view of the lake… only stayed one night but for sure I'm coming back.

The guy is very very rude and profan. Those individuals have no class. Bed Bugs, Dust, and also housekeeping is terrible. I've been to a motel better than this. I guess those individuals didn't learn anything from what Chef Ramsay was trying to teach them. Please do not go to this hotel.

It's too bad Hotel Hell airs and multiple idiots who have never stayed here rush and rate, and lie about bed bugs.

Absolutely the best hotel experience I have ever had. Walking up to the entrance, it appears to be a simple, downtown, historical building. We assumed a small, generic, outdated room and BOY were we wrong. Our room was so gorgeous. Not only was it very elegantly designed, but so functional. The room had tall ceilings with beautiful wood moldings. There was a large stone fireplace, a small patio with a lake and mountain view. The most impressive was the sliding door connecting the bed area to the bathroom's jetted tub! During check out, we met the owner who was such a great man. He was so proud of what they have done with the hotel and genuinely happy that we were so pleased with our stay. We will definitely return year after year. This place won't let you down!

When deciding how to spend our anniversary weekend we chose to return to this wonderful hotel. This time we booked a longer stay and brought our best friends along with us. Based on both our stays I would give this place six stars. The rooms are beautiful with gorgeous fireplaces and relaxing spa tubs. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The location is amazing and you can't get a better view of the water. I corresponded with the owner via email to book the reservation and he was incredibly helpful and quick to respond. The best thing of all is you feel like you have your very own secret hideaway which makes for a very romantic and unique getaway. We love this place and we will be back!
