Great addition to the Worldmark resort family. A little more parking would be nice. Otherwise, fantastic room and wonderful service. Expect the same "owner's education" offering opportunity that is presented at every WorldMark stay we have booked since forever. I'm just going to have to come up with a short and sweet way of saying, "No thank you. "

Pleasant accommodation and centrally located. You can have views of the Bay and Mt Baker, depending on room locations. Staff is very nice and make themselves accessible if needed or scarce if not. Rooms are comfortable and the kitchen is equipped with full sized appliances. A nice plus.

Hard to rate the Sandcastle as it absolutely depends on what room you get. The end rooms facing the water are beautiful. The room above the garbage area not so much. I recall rooms ending in 02 even and 17 odd will be the best ones. You may not want to be directly over the bar on a Friday or Saturday. Very nice place but it was better when Raintree managed it.

I shared a lovely overnight stay with a friend and my teens on a blustery night. We cooked dinner and stayed up way too late playing Rummikub. Our suite was lovely and the fire made the room cozy. The only thing I can think to wish for was more light for the dining room table. I'd love to stay here again in season.

The staff have been incredibly helpful and the resort is spotless. Could use more Wi-Fi codes (3 couples in a 3 bedroom unit, only 3 codes.? ) but it has been great.

The outdoor it's heated pool and hot tub are great! However, the 10 a. M. Check out time is a little too early and the 10:20 late check-out is silly. Meaning, when we asked for late checkout they gave us 20 extra minutes.

The room and the amenities were amazing. The weather was awful, but will be going back in the summer. A beautiful location and facility to use!

It's pretty okay. There's not much to do in the area, but it's relaxing. The rooms are fully furnished with a rustic theme, and service is alright. A comfortable safe choice, but not exceptional.

This place is awesome! Really nice rooms, great views if you luck out with a beach front room, and plenty of space. Also, the pool looks out onto the water, so it's great year round.

Very nice place to stay especially when you get a two bedroom. That way you get a water view. Staff are very nice.

Everybody is so friendly, the place is a good location, very clean. We plan to come again.

Location is beautiful! We had ocean views from one room and a beautiful open field from another window. Rooms are a little bit older than other Worldmark properties, and the layout of our 3 bedroom was a little weird as well, but still nice. Grateful for the washer and dryer, and full kitchen in unit. They even had 2 pack n plays on hand for our 2 babies. Staff were fantastic, and we'd stay there again.

The staff was the best part of our stay! Super friendly, always smiling and saying hello! Rooms where clean and we'll accommodated. The only issue we had was the mattress had some old pee stains that were obviously cleaned… but still…

Great location by the water. Room has a beach view and great for watching sunsets on the patio. Suites are clean, spacious, and fully furnished. Staff are super friendly. AC in the common areas but not the suites, which is why the 4/5 stars.

Quiet and very nice. People are nice, mature setting. Birch bay is perfect to quietly get away and spend time with someone. The resort is a perfect extension of that. Living room, porch, kitchen, full fridge, full 2 sink bath, and luxury bedrooms!

I had a wonderful time. The staff was very attentive. The pool and spa was great. I loved the view.

We stayed in a two bedroom. Rooms were large, clean and nicely furnished. Looks to be recently updated as well. Many rooms have a nice view of the bay. The hotel was full all weekend but it was still quiet.

Love this place. Love Birch Bay too. Will definitely be back. Could use some air conditioning though. 2015 was a hot year!

I always love going here. This will be my second time spending my birthday in Birch Bay at the Sandcastle :)

A very nice resort, but try to avoid the rooms right above the restaraunt as you can hear the music through the floor.
