Great place to stay on a holiday! The service is wonderful, the rooms are spacious and very clean. The morning breakfast is amazing… super yummy food even for picky eaters. The cooks for the fresh omelette station at breakfast, Christine, Alaina and Connie were the best! They went above and beyond to make our stay great. Thank you! We will be back for sure!

Hotel staff is top notch, rooms are very nice, and the Breakfast is always great and ready before 6am!

Nothing bad place to stay.

Stayed here a night after a week long hike. That alone made it a five star, for me! It should automatically be considered a four star, at minimum. Burger King near by, and a Pizza Hut for delivery, to satisfy my trail cravings. Expecting a continental breakfast, in fact, I got a full breakfast. Also, three frying pans set up for a custom order, and a tip jar for appreciation. Comfortable bed, clean room, friendly staff, and a good stay. Thank you.

We had an excellent stay at the Arlington Best Western Plus. The rooms were clean, the staff were very friendly and helpful and breakfast was great with a huge variety to choose from. We also used the pool and hot tub which were very clean and clear. The pool was nice and warm for us adults to enjoy as well. Lol. I highly recommend this hotel and will likely stay again if we head that way again.

We arrived later in the evening but our check in was quick. Friendly staff at check in and check out and breakfast staff were great as well. Breakfast food and area were decent. Pool and hot tub were a bit on the smaller side but still great. Great location off the hwy.

Clean, awesome comfortable hotel. Best breakfast in town — — just as if you were at the local diner — made to order omelets, cereal choices, waffles, pancakes, good coffee — — I even skipped my morning Starbucks! That says something. Comfy bed with fluffy pillows, nice soft towels that were uber absorbent. A staff that goes out of their way to make your stay more pleasant. We have stayed there 3 different times and each room was clean, fresh and comfortable. I felt safe and enjoyed each stay.

We stay in this hotel a couple times a year. Outstanding customer service! The ladies making breakfast are amazing! They go out of their way to start your day on a bright note. I highly recommend this hotel. Other hotels should do site visits to Arlington/Marysville!

The room was fine (202). Staff was courteous and breakfast services were fantastic. But — When I pulled into the lot to park when checking in, I slipped in someone's vomit and fell. I let the staff know but they didn't clean it. Photo attached — taken the morning I checked out. Meh.

Rooms were very nice and comfortable. Breakfast has to no vegan options except fruit. Would be 5* if they had a veggie protein at breakfast, even if it was just soymilk to add to the cereal.

Facility is well maintained, and the staff was very pleasant and helpful. The beds were very comfortable, as well. It helps to get a good night's sleep on the road.

Nice hotel. The sound dampening between floors could be better. The guests on the third floor above my second-story suite were doing gymnastics or something for hours. But the service and cleanliness is top notch!

I've lived in hotels from 14 days to 9 months. This property was well maintained, the included continental breakfast service staff were amazing, the maid services are second to none — I tip my maids and the general overall experience was very nice. I'll be returning to this property again when I'm back up in this neck of the woods.

Quite a good motel overall. The best thing is the breakfast, if you like omelettes (I do). They have you fill out a slip with about a dozen choices and cook it to order. They have an indoor pool and exercise room, snacks for sale etc. Right across the street is a shopping center w a Safeway and many fast food and small restaurants w/i walking distance. Your only 2 blks from the freeway.

Made a reservation last Sunday midday and said that I was traveling with dogs and fhat I would need a dog room and that I needed to make sure that it was okay to bring the dogs and asked that my reservation be sure and note that I was traveling with dogs so that there would be no chance of my reservation being denied when I arrived with dogs. I asked for my confirmation number and was told that a confirming email would be right along via email but I insisted that I be given my confirmation number because no matter how much effort I put into spelling my name or email address no one ever gets it right. Five hours later, still no confirming email. I called back that night and was told “oh, I’m sending it out now. ” Then I got two copies. I called the night of my reservation to advise that I would arrive late in the evening with my dogs. The response: “you’re traveling with pets? we have no note of that in your reservation. ” Mild fury held back but I’m afraid I couldn’t entirely hide my dismay. I finally show up for my reservation and again am told there was no information about me traveling with pets but it was ok because they had a room a available. I travel with my dogs a lot and this can’t happen. Some day you’re not going to have a room for me and we will have nowhere to stay because of it and it will never be my fault because I say “dogs” at least 6 times in every call just to make sure you heard it. Everything else was lovely.

I really enjoyed my stay in the executive king room. The hotel is within walking distance of quite a few places to eat or if you want to buy snacks and drinks. The staff was very kind and was always willing to answer any questions.

Nice Motel for the price. Breakfast was very good and a lot of variety of choices. Room was nice and very clean. Bed was very comfortable. Staff was very friendly.

Stayed here because we got stuck in Washington instead of being able to go home for the weekend. We work for SPD, and even though getting out of the truck is always nice, the great accommodations here made it seem like a mini vacation! The bed was awesomely comfy, the room was quite large with fridge/micro/coffee, and a little sitting area with a sofa, chair, and table. Staff was friendly, parking lot was well lit, and breakfast was AWESOME! And within walking distance to many many places!

Excellent breakfast as well as staff. Made to order omelettes and great selection of other items as well. Rooms were clean and during our extended stay was always clean upon our return. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone. Thank you to the staff for making our first impression of WA a great one!

This was a very clean, friendly hotel that my family and I would definitely choose to stay at again. We were on an upper floor, so we were happy that we could sleep with the window open for fresh air, but worried about noise. It was silent and we were far enough from the freeway that we didn't get all the noise, but close enough to be convenient. Lots of great restaurants in the area and a grocery store across the street… as well as a drive thru Starbucks. Breakfast buffet was large and nice and a great start to our day (with two hungry teenage boys. ) Will be back again!

Nice clean hotel. Inside and outside. Nothing but nice. Good people on staff. Breakfast looked good but we only grabbed a coffee and beat feet. Dog friendly was a must. It was all good!

Hotel was clean. Staff were friendly. Pool is open until 11:00PM which is great if you arrive late and still want to swim. Will definitely stay here again!

Pretty quiet location close to lots of shopping and places to eat. Room was nice and clean, not worn and the kitchenette was nice to have. Great breakfast with custom made omlets and the other usual goodies. Would gladly stay here again.

The pool was clean and water was warm. Beds were comfortable. The breakfast was great. There was a good selection to choose from which were all fresh. The sausages, eggs, hash brown were all not dry. Would definately go back again.

The rooms are spacious & clean. The staff is very friendly & accommodating. The breakfast room staff are always busy but always smiling. The breakfast always has a great variety of food. The location is great as you are 5 minutes away from some great shopping and dining. Bring that is was black friday, the front desk provided a bag with water and snacks to keep you going all night for shopping! Live staying here! This has been our 3rd year, looking forward to next year!

Htl and service was excellent until yesterday when the main reason we like to stay “hot breakfast “ was a nightmare. Staff in the kitchen and dining room so bad, very poor service and attention to guests. Reception staff very helpful and friendly. Housekeeping need to put more attention in rooms, carpets need to be cleaned.

Nice and family oriented. Free breakfast and clean. It didn't get a 5 because for the two weeks I stayed there the cleaning staff kept taking out the electricity key card out next to the front door, the turned off my refrigerator and would ruin any food that I would try to store. The electricity key card is a room card that goes into a slot to turn on the power to the room. Kind of cheep.

Best place to stay in the Arlington area! Clean, extra space, nice pool for kids, staff responsive to requests! Very pleasant place to stay if you must be away from home. Easy Freeway access but no freeway noise, surrounded by shopping & Food Choices.

The hotel was convenient to where I was working and to amenities. There are various food choices with in walking distance. Two very nice ones in the same parking area of the hotel. A BBQ and an Oriental restaurant. Of course all the shopping you might need are in the area also. The staff were always ready to help with anything you might need. One of the best Breakfast out there! I will definitely be staying there on my next trip to Marysville.

Great facility, nice check-in person, well-maintained property, very nice rooms, and no tobacco smoke! Good value, and pet friendly! Rooms facing the parking lot are quiet. Beautiful indoor pool and spa. Recommend if you don't mind spending a few more bucks than the flea bags around.

Rooms were quite and clean. The staff was polite and professional. Breakfast was very good with egg and omelet bar cooked to order. Everything was better than expected for a mid priced motel.

The Arlington Best Western is top notch location with the most friendly staff and a great complimentary breakfast. Omelets made to order at the omelet bar make this the best complimentary breakfast of any hotel. Clean, comfortable rooms, nice beds and bedding made for great relaxing nights. I stayed five nights and will make this my go to hotel when in the Everett/Arlington area.

Stayed 2 nights for business. I travel a lot for business and love to review businesses with great service. Staff were friendly and attentive. Hotel was very clean with great decor. Easy walk to several restaurants and 2 minute drive to many others. Bed was comfy. Pool and hot tub enjoyed both days. Loved it so much going back in 2 days! Breakfast was amazing with made to order omelets with tons of toppings and many other selections! Wish every Best Western offered this!

Great value, great service and the breakfast surpassed my expectations. It was a full breakfast service complete with an omelet/egg station to make your eggs just the way you want. This is unheard of at this price point!

Beautiful, clean, perfectly located hotel with giant suites, a great pool and delicious breakfast. A perfect stopping point between North Cascades National Park and Seattle. I would definitely stay here again.

Very accommodating for large groups staying together. Speedy with room service and requests clean. Excellent continental breakfast. Only criticism was that the hot tub wasn't working, so neither was the heat in the pool. Otherwise a great place to stay!

Extremely great staff! Very clean, love the breakfast amenity including a cook! Loved the pool and sauna. Great location with many local stores. The best part was when we had down time, we took the shuttle to the casino! Would highly recommend Best Western!

Everything was perfect, beds are amazing — and I slept for 11 hours. Who does that in a hotel? Not me! But honestly, it may not be the cheapest place, but it is the best. The breakfast was also amazing. They made fresh omelets, eggs, etc. There was even a guy playing his guitar and playing country music during breakfast. Maybe that was annoying to some people, but it was pretty neat as far as we were concerned. Nice touch! Super place.

Paid a lot for our room. Thought our family could enjoy an okay breakfast (3 young kids) Worst ever! The potatoes were disgusting and the eggs tasted like seasoning on the potatoes so we went for pancakes. Awful idea. After waiting for 15 min for one to come out. They attempted to fix machine saying it was doing that the day before. To be nice I told them I'd be back to give them time. I left and came back. The pancakes came out raw, half cooked, mangled, and with black chunks. The workers attempted to move batter bag around in machine only for them to still come not only raw, but with more black chunks of burnt stuff all over my plate and pancakes. The lady said "we chiseled that out" as if they attempted to take black stuff out. After being disappointed because there was nothing for our family to eat besides cereal. I complained to the front desk and showed her the plates of black chunks and raw half cooked/mangled pancakes and told her about the experience. All she could say was "uh I'm sorry, did you tell them? " I let her know what happened. She just looked at me like it doesn't matter. Don't expect to get something decent here in food or to be respected and get actual help when it is disgusting. There was no care to help or make better.

The hotel was one of the nicer Best Westerns I've stayed at. They have snacks and water and drinks available by the front desk. Brkfst is included. The king size room was quite nice, bed was super comfortable! my only complaint is fitness room and pool close at 11pm. I could maybe understand the pool being closed, with limited staff on night shift but the fitness room would have been nice to access. Otherwise I highly recommend this location. Very Nice!

I enjoyed my two nights in Arlington (for work) at the Best Western which has consistent quality at a reasonable rate. Easy access to freeways as well as mountains. Old Arlington's restaurants and bars are close by for a small town atmosphere. Nice, new, clean and comfortable.

Paid n stayed three nighs two queen beds half hr b4 check out time small moldy food container discovered underneath coffee table between beds I brought it to front desk asked for a discount their excuse I should have found it in the bedroom first nights stay why would I be looking on the ground while my first nights stay there when I'm tryen to relax n not to mention the splat on bathroom ceiling from a syringe drugs mixed blood unknown nasty got out of there at 10:30a. M.

We were very impressed with this hotel. The front desk and kitchen servers were very professional and friendly. The hotel room was nicely decorated and clean. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to the next time.

We stayed in a suite for my daughter's birthday party and for the size of the room the cost was extremely reasonable. The room was huge and lots of space for entertaining. I would definitely stay here again!

Very dissapointed that Disabled Vets, cannot get a Military Discount, unless they're staying due to "Military business! " Absurd! Just lost two nights of our business, and will make sure we never use this establishment in the future!

Everyone is so friendly and the omlete station is fantastic! They allow pets and room service is timely. If you need a place to stay, this is definitely the place for you and the family.

The room was nice. Good central location close to I5 and the Twin Lakes shopping area. All employees were so super nice and helpful. Lots of available parking and it is all pretty well lit. Stayed 4 nights and would definitely stay again in the future.
