This hotel is great. I think reviews from some people are fake. You don't pay for parking and breakfast buffet is free for kids and only $6 for adults. Overall a great value.

Not worth the Money
We stayed at the Wyndham during a conference. The room was ok. However, the pillows were lumpy. The safe did not work and staff didn't know how to fix this. I knew ahead of time that breakfast was not included in the cost. We ate breakfast at the hotel once. For $8 you get what other hotels offer as a complimentary breakfast. Scrambled eggs, sausages that were shriveled, pancakes you made yourself with a griddle that had no functioning timer, only grape jam available (I HATE grape jam) and only half-half creamer. When we asked for non-dairy creamer, the server had to go to another room to retrieve some. This should have been available to all guests. In addition, we did not want our towels changed every day. Even after informing the housekeepers, they still decided to give us new towels daily. What about that note in the bathroom stating that you are an environmentally friendly company? Wyndham offers guests a reward program. I understand that employees will let you know but when you see a sign in the elevator telling you how to inform your guests about the program… that takes it too far. Those posters belong in the staff break room. One of the automated sliding doors had a sign stating to "Please enter through the other door". In case of a fire, the closed-door would be the one to go through to safety. However, when you stand in front of the door coming from the inside, it does not open.

I luv the fact its pets friendly. The beds so comfy. Very clean. Keep up the good work.

Yesterday I had some issue with my booking and messed up the dates while booking. So I immediately called the hotel and spoke to Manager — Thomas who is indeed a phenomenal person. Just went out of the way to help me. Refunded me for the mistake I made and made my new booking on the same call. Thomas was very Courteous and helpful. Hoping to have a great stay here.

Yes, my sister and I spent two nights and found the staff to be helpful, friendly and accomodating. We were there for a family reunion and well honestly the hotel and staff was outstanding. Highly recommend this hotel and be sure to drop by and see Nicole in the bar. She's the best bartender in town.

Our room key didn't work and we swapped it for yet another one, which conveniently also didn't work. After getting another room, only one key worked but they seemed to forget that we didn't have any room keys left since they took them both down. Just to make matters worse the bathroom lock didn't work. Wouldn't highly recommend the place, however, staff were patient and nice throughout.

Nice room to stay. Breakfast service was not good, the lady who was in charge of the breakfast buffet just dislike people, I think.

Nice, clean place. Rooms were big enough with nice deep jacuzzi tub. Very near the freeway exit. I don't recommend eating there though, food was sub par.

Nice place good food, new! and it is in the lobby of the hotel but was set up well.

Wife and I stayed here because it was close to the outlet mall. Staff was helpful. I stayed in RM 111. It was a big room with king bed and kitchenette. Room was very clean! Adjacent room has a doorway access from our room that remained locked. I only mention it because you can hear neighbors talking. We had an 8 month old baby with us so I felt more for them. Pool is nice and water is cool. They provide a bunch of floaties toys for kids. Buffet breakfast was $12 and mediocre food. Waiting staff was kind but they did start clearing the food away before we were done eating. Overall, we would come back.

Restaurant at hotel is terrible. They brought all the meals except for the kid's mac and cheese dish. It came out 15 minutes after they brought the other meals. They bragged about the mac and cheese saying it was home-made but it was so soupy. Why was the child's dish last? Other food not very good either. When we complained about the child's mac and cheese all the waitress said was that she was also the bartender. Not sure why we needed to know that when we complained about mac and cheese. Also drinks from bar tasted like just soda. I ordered a mojito and it tasted like 7 Up.

My experience was top notch, rooms were excellent service was above and beyond and the staff were excellent. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone and they can count on the fact that I will be back.

Staff were very helpful. Food delicious. I haven't been there for dinner but have heard it's delicious.

Good food. I was there for a dinner event. The people Manning the beer keg did not know how to use it and someone from our party had to keep fixing it for them.

New owners new name. It is a very nice place to stay. Clean, comfortable and quiet and very knowledgeable to the area.

This place is terrible. No water pressure in the shower and now they charge for the "breakfast buffet" the new breakfast buffet is smaller and the food is clearly days old. I wouldnt eat there if you paid me. I also noticed on their cereal dispenser it says fruit loops brand cereal but I watched then fill it up with the most generic cheap cereal. Since the new management has taken over I probably will not be returning.

The rooms are average. The buffet was good. The bar was nice, more of a lounge. The location is in a great spot, just off I-5 in Smokey Point.

Friendly receptionist, great parking and close to shopping. Some issues though. There were beer cans on the floor in my room and crumbs in the bed no microwave and the tv's aspect ratio was messed up.

The hotel in general was weird and the restaurant was badly set up, the hot tub was out of date and uncomfortable to sit in. If you love calming classical music playing almost 24/7 you'll love it here. The room was nice though. There was literally no one else there even thought they claimed it was "completely booked".

I called on the phone and was told the price of my room total would be $160. When I got to the hotel I was not informed there would be another $20 dollar charge for taxes, and the very awkward, mousy girl at the font desk barely made eye contact or offered any information. When I checked out my charge was $203. In an attempt to ask why I as charged so much, the same attendant acted like she could barely hold the conversation and said I'd be charged ANOTHER $25 that "should" go back on my card in 10 days. First of all, the suite couch was completely sunken in, there was rust in the bathroom and brown spots all over the towel. This wasn't worth 200 dollars for one night and I'm beyond disappointed. Don't come here.

I called and made the reservation over the phone the same day we checked in. When I checked in, the Spanish male front desk employee was rude. They had cleaner bottles sitting on the table where he asked me to sign a paper and he didn’t make any effort to move them or apologize for the mess. The hotel is under construction yet they still charge full rates. The room was okay but the beds need improvement. The “free breakfast” could use more options. It was a major disappointment. Then after we checked out, they called and said they were charging another $40 for pets which I had no idea they have a pet fee. Their customer service/front desk needs some classes on how to be professional and friendly. I won’t be returning as there are many more options in the area that rate better than this hotel.

Always stay here when I go to the States. Always clean. Always friendly and centralized to where I want to shop and eat.

Clean Hotel. Its being renovated during our stay, but they have taken steps to make it seamless for guests. Located right off of the I5, but still quiet.

We had a great stay on the third floor after a last minute booking. The check-in process was quick. It was a Iittle difficult to find breakfast but we did eventually find it.

Nice pool with a lot of toys (noodles balls). Spacious rooms. Adjoining rooms. Offers roll away beds.

They're under construction and changing their name but the entryway is beautiful with ponds. The rooms were more than adequate and they were very friendly. Also have a pool and spa, Lots in town to fulfill your needs. They have banquet facilities and a decent breakfast and very friendly. One of the better prices we paid when we traveled from Southern Oregon to Northern Washington on our vacation. We actually decided to spend an extra night because we were exhausted and it was one of the better prices for the accommodations.

Responsive staff with impeccable service. The pool is well-maintained and the whole area is meticulously landscaped compared to the surrounding Smokey Point area.

Good stay, overall. They were going through renovations and the restaurant/bar closes at 10 every night. Otherwise perfect!

The rooms were pretty nice, got a larger quite which worked very well with the family. Breakfast was OK and the staff was very friendly and helpful!

Best hotel we have stayed at this trip and maybe my favorite ever! Very comfortable beds, quiet room, nice sink fixtures. Hotel is elegant and has a koi pond near entrance. Front desk staff, Jeannie and Crystal, were super helpful and friendly! Breakfast was good, but didn't have any pastries. Had a nice stay here with my Mom and would stay here again for sure!

This is a very clean and quiet place to stay. I've stayed here for the last three years, however the breakfast this year (2017) was one one-tenth as good as it has been in the past. I will probably stay there again next year, but the breakfast had better be good again if they expect me to come back.

The service desk was amazing the people were super friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean. Beds comfy, food good. Close to all the casinos. And they offer a shuttle which is a nice service.

I liked this place. It's not the Radison, but it does the job well. The rooms are clean, the service is friendly and helpful, and they have a good full breakfast that is part of the room purchase. They have a small pool and jacuzzi as well. I would definitely go back.

We only ate at the restaurant, but the experience was pretty good. Food tasted good and the wait staff were friendly and attentive. Only complaint we had was that the front doors of the restaurant were left open to the lobby, so cold air and cigarette smoke would blow through whenever someone entered the lobby.

I've stayed at Medallion several times. The rooms are very nice but over priced. They used to have an excellent breakfast that made it worthwhile. Things have changed and the breakfast was a big disappointment this time. Next time I'll stay somewhere else. Also they seem to have a really weird booking policy. If you try to get a room for just Saturday night on their website it always says no space available… But the hotel was mostly empty. However if you go to any of the online travel websites, you can get a room. Something is very weird with their management.

I was treated well it was a nice experience.

It is very clean they are very friendly and this delicious breakfast.
