Would not recommend this room in pictures room has a fridge/microwave none in the room. Room had no ice bucket had to call to front desk for one was told by the desk clerk “he had to find them he didn’t know where they were kept”. No change of linens from day to day nor any new linen (wash clothes and towels) brought to room from day to day. Had to go get them from front desk also. I will say front desk clerk found the necessary items and let me know he had them in a timely fashion. But he was the only one there so I had to go retrieve items. Very disappointing stay will not recommend to anyone to stay here.

Here goes… This is a motel, so expect motel accommodations. The front desk people we're SO nice and a little kindness goes a LONG way! Book direct, don't do priceline and you'll get a better rate. Parking is ample, got a spot right next to our room. Pool is beautiful The room is CLEAN! Literally, wipe down the molding on the floor and the room would be spotless. Bedding is pristine white too! Its a bit on the sterile side and very white (walls, bedding) but it shows the cleanliness. The TV is small, towels are sparse, outlets are in weird locations but thats all kind of unimportant stuff. AC, fridge and microwave work great. For the price, its really a great place to stay the night. We will definitely stay again!

My family and I was there this weekend the hotel was great the staff was very nice and helpful will definitely be going back there.

Sketchy outside and rooms, wires hanging and laying on the floor, thin blankets on the beds with no extras in the room, lock broken on the door, writing on the bathroom door, walls are all cracked, “breakfast” is 2 kinds of sugary cereal, a couple bagels, a loaf of bread, and almost empty gallon of milk, the room smells like mold/mildew, and the office area reaks of cigarettes. Not at all what I was expecting from the online pictures. If we wouldn’t have been charged a cancellation fee we definitely would have stayed somewhere nicer and cleaner.

Remodeled rooms, clean, continental breakfast, nice amenities (Wi-Fi, cable, laundry, etc) pleasant staff and close to dining, gas, groceries, etc. Several different room setups so that you can choose exactly what works best for you and yours.

The staff was very nice but the room itself was sub-par. The mattress was so old that you could feel the spring when you slept on it. The bathroom mirror was cracked and the bathroom door was broken around the bottom. Not worth it.

Reasonably priced, nice clean rooms, cable TV, also free Wi-Fi weak at times. Staff is very pleasant plus you get a 15% discount at the steakhouse next door when you mention your stay here. Highly recommend!

We stayed at the one in or near Chesapeake. There were roaches in the first room, on our bed, crawling on the floor and came out of the a. C. Unit when we turned it on. Asked for another room and was told if we mess up the beds, in the process of looking to make sure there weren't bugs in them, we would have to take the room. The office lady shut the door to the previous room while we were still moving our things and a sleeping child was left inside. Obviously only for a second because we were in the process of moving into the new room.

My husband and I went there for a few days. The staff was really friendly and helpful. They have a decent little breakfast in the morning, and an outdoor pool. Our room was great for the price — comfortable and quiet. Not fancy by any means, but just what we needed. There is definitely a humidity problem though, the sheets were damp like other people are saying. But we brought extra blankets, because we had read that in reviews previously. For the price, it was great. About 15 minutes to Busch Gardens and Water Country and in a nice area. We will definitely stay there again if we visit Williamsburg!

Wonderful staff, very helpful and friendly. Room was clean and smelled good. The grounds were well kept and the pool was great. If you are looking for a place to stay that makes you feel like family this is the place. Added bonus is it's convenient to shopping and attractions!

Comfortable place to stay. Grounds are well-maintained and attractive. Clean, nice bedding, pool, friendly staff. Has the essentials. Not a fancy place, but for the location, a great deal for staying in Williamsburg.

I have to admit this place has got to be the best place ever. The front desk staff is so helpful. They inform you of all their services that they offer. The manager is so sweet and loves to make you smile. The rooms are clean and smell amazing. The beds are comfortable. The pool is awesome. Its refreshing after a hot day and its clean. This motel I would say is definitely worth 5 stars in my book. I would recommend it everyone and anyone.

Really good place My family stayed here for a great deal! The manager was amazing! She is a new manager and is redoing the whole place! Everything was clean and quiet. Me my husband and two girls really liked it. Will stay there again! Thanks for the great deal on the hotel suit! Only a few minutes from bush gardens…

Do not stay here. While packing to check out we found out you can open the door without a key card. We told the front desk clerk and her response to this major security issue, a ho-hum uninterested "Oh, I'll make a note of that". When we checked in, the clerk handed us our card keys and a remote — labeled for a different room than we were staying. He told us there was no one around us, so it'd be quiet. I asked if he was sure of the room number, and he told me he didn't have a remote for our room… Apparently they can't go out & buy another $10 universal remote… Personally I would have avoided the confusion & checked us into the room the remote was for (or not bothered labeling the remotes) since it was empty. When we got to the room, we found the light switch at the door did nothing. We had to enter an unfamiliar hotel room in the dark to try to find a switch to turn on a light. Once the room was light, we could tell housekeeping wasn't one of the Inns strong suits. The room was musty, and could have gone for a dusting. The mirror had a crack, and there was a metal mount sticking out of the wall with no hair dryer or whatever was supposed to be held there. Our room was also missing a trash can. While channel surfing, almost every other channel came up as static. It shouldn't be too hard to remove those channels from the TV's memory, While the website listed complimentary Wi-Fi (one of the main reasons for selecting this particular Inn), it was totally useless.

My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights. They are in the process of sprucing the place up, everyone was extremely friendly. We will definitely stay there again when we go back. Thanks Darlene and David for all your help! Lisa and Larry.

The staff was hospitable, helpful and accomodating. Convenient to stores and dining. Beds were comfortable and the rooms are clean. Can't beat the price.
