There are two different extended stays on the property, double check your reservation for the right address. I chose the one that is closest to the entrance. From the first check in to now I have never had an issue here. The rooms show signs of use but they are clean. I have been in 5 different rooms and the only issue I have had is a faucet that dripped. The staff is always pleasant and friendly when come and go. Check in is always smooth The hotel is conveniently located near shopping and several restaurants. If you want killer pizza there is a place a short drive away called buono via pizza. Great prices and decent rooms.

My worst hotel experience. I give 1 star for the lay out of the room. Its more like a studio apartment than a hotel room. First night a/c didnt work — room was hot and noisy — no a/c sound to drown out outside noise. Second night microwave popcorn caught fire within seconds and room was filled with smoke. Windows were bolted shut… This place or for sure that room is poorly maintained or not at all. It was awful.

You get what you pay for essentially. I felt quite uncomfortable to be here. The bedroom portion wasn't bad. The kitchen wasn't as clean as I'd hope. The fact that I planned to prep my food during my week's stay but didn't have any thing to cook with really frustrated me. You have to call down to receive cookware — I had to do this. When I called they told me they were out of cookware… this definitely made me upset. The shower looked a little bit dirty. Overall, I'm not coming back and will plan to pay more to get more from another hotel.

I love this location. All staff is very professional and loving, mr shiraaz is the man who knows how to take care his guests! Thank you for helping me bring my stuff from outside and put in my room, I really appreciate that, make me feel home and love your Hospitality! Very nice location, a lot to shop and eat around, next to Walmart and my fav Hotters! … Definitely will highly recommend this location of Extended stay America, my best location from now, and will recommend to all my friends and family! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Rates vary by the day but if you sign up for their rewards program for free and are a regular or buy more than five days they’ll knock off like $60 bucks. Never had an issue, great staff, fast.

Extended Stay was fine for what it was. Nothing amazing as they didn't exceed expectations or anything but they were close to the convention center. They were able to provide pots and pans which was nice. I do wish the pull out couch came with sheets though.

Overall it's a really "get what you paid for" feel. Checking in at night takes a good half hour. Rooms are decent and clean so no issues there, it's just nothing really wowed. Free breakfast was pretty much coffee and instant oatmeal so not even a muffin or something you can reasonably take with you. If I can help it I probably wont stay again, but if need I'm not against it.

So helpful with everything during the couple days of stay there when ALE solutions put me there as my choice hotel. Odyssey and Brian at the front desk are great. If my apt was not announced condemned, I would have stayed at that hotel but I’m now needing a longer stay I needed to come to @StaybridgeChantilly which is phenomenal.

Great Layout, like a mini apartment. However, it is Dirty, and multiple things were broken or in disrepair. The walls are paper thin and we could hear EVERYTHING. One employee at front desk barely spoke English and was rude to everyone. They also tried charging an extra $175 when we got to the hotel. Even though when the hotel was booked, in the email they told us a lower price. Never will be back to this hotel again!

Horrible. Walls are paper thin. I can hear conversations, alarm clocks, people walking, slamming doors, etc. Refrigerator makes noise each time it kicks in and wakes me up. A/C and fan is out of order. Sofa bed is unusable, mattress has no cushion, you feel the coils just sliding your hands across the top. We need that sleeper. We reserved for 3 adults. The night time front desk attendant didn't speak English. I watched as he upset 3 customers checking in while I waited to speak to him. He was clearly in a bad mood. Why 2 stars? I like the set up of the room. Its like a mini apt. Some of the cabinet doors seem to be off hinge or something, but still usable. That's the only big plus, the lay out. My worst hotel experience to date. I am paying $155 per night. I 've been driving and my last stop before this was at a holiday inn express for $151. Beautiful. 2 full beds, Buffet breakfast, gym, pool. Polar opposites and about the exact same price. I hope mgmt here can make this right I have 3 more nights in this town : — (

It was a nice and home like place to stay. It had a TV and Wi-Fi it was a good place.

I stayed whole week in this hotel. Best location I ever stayed, close to Hotters and all kind of Resturant around the area, Walmart is also next door. Rooms is really awesome I love the kitchen so I can cook my food save a lot of money. Very nice rate also. Definitely will recommend this hotel and will come back!

I did stay here awhile back ago only for the simple fact my hubby was going out of town for work and I liked it. I loved how my room was set up and how clean and organized it was. Breakfast was out and ready, coffee was really good. If I wanted to come back, I would.

Dirty smelly people screaming and beating on the door had to wear my clothes to sleep so I won’t get bed bugs.

Adequate and cheap. Nothing fancy, room was fairly clean, desk clerk was helpful.

Excellent customer service, clean rooms, all staff very friendly.

We moved into this hotel in early February after closing on the sale of our house. The manager, Sheraz Butt, was very helpful and aided us in the transition from our house to the hotel. We had a number of logistical concerns (needing household items, advice on where to find some shops, etc. ) that he anticipated and provided immediate assistance. We are very grateful for all of his help. He is to be congratulated for the personal touch he brings to managing the facility and his very real consideration and care for his guests. Thank you Sheraz!

This hotel is great! Its very local to the walmart and many fast food places! And another plus is the staff at the hotel! Sheraz is a great manager he is always greeting everyone and making sure everyone has what they need!

Sheraz and Dipa made my stay at this location very comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel. Customer service was exceptional.

Hello America, My name Michael, I am currently staying at the Extended Stay at 4504 Brookfield Corp drive here in Chantilly, Va, while I launch my business in Northern, Va area. I must say from the front desk to my suite and to the wonderfull cleaning staff I had the honor to meet, they all have been nothing short of customer amazement in action, my suite is so spacious and always clean, neat and orderly. The complementary breakfast is fresh and sweet and what stood out the most to me is the radiating kindness each of the staffers processed. I highly recommended this Extended Stay a five Star experience.

I've been staying here for the past 3 months and have had several problems one room I was in had black mold all in the AC. And now just the other day I got a room and got eaten by bed bug. Now I am in a new room but still here because the company I work for use is hotel this place needs a lot of work I would not tell someone to stay here.

It may not be much but it's my get away spot when I need to get away. I spend a day or two at a time. If you're expecting high class living this isn't the place. But if you just need a place to relax away from hustle and bustle this is it.

I will never stay any Extended Stay property again. Very valuable lesson learn. The staff is rude and have no Interest in doing a good job. Customer service is non existent. Stay away if at all possible.

First impression the doors were very hard to open. Bedding was dirty. And there was a roach. But other than that the room was pretty nice.

Its nice but the night worker doesnt know how to fix the internet. You need your email to be on the room to get access. Talk to the manager.

Without a doubt one of the worst hotels I've ever visited. My room was dirty and the cabinet under the sink was covered in mold.

Booked a room a couple days prior to arrival. No one was at the lobby when I arrived. I wasn't helped until an hour later. During the hour, I was waiting for someone at the desk while my significant other was walking around and calling the hotel for someone. The call would go through to the front desk so no one was there to pick up and there was no one to be seen. Later, my significant other walked further enough to find out there was another lobby for a different section of the hotel and when arriving, thats when someone came to look for the person was suppose to be the lobby. About 5 minutes later, a person comes. He was rude and inefficient. No apology, didnt tell us where our room was and spoke in a condescending way when asked a question about my payment and asking if possible for a second key card. He didnt walk up or tell us where the room was so we went which was fine but then the key card didn't work. My significant other had to run down to ask for his help. He walked slowly, and once again was rude. He told us we didn't know how to use the card and tried to show us how it was "done" but his attempts when using our key card didn't work. After many attempts, he decides to use the master key card. Then makes a comment saying " its cold outside" which was true because it was 9 degrees Fahrenheit that night, in what I assume was an attempt to make conversation. He then took the key card that wasnt working and said he would give us the key once he fixed it.

Decent prices but no amenities.

Warm and courteously staffed by individuals that treat their business guest in a genuine, well accommodating fashion while ever present and available with options to better the stay. The Brookfield Corporate Drive location is my own preferred home away from home for Rest, Artistry, Relaxation & more. RARRR! Thank you, Brookfield ESA Staff! *Note: the continental breakfast bar provides ample options for ordinary folks to get going in the morning. Coffee, Tea, Oatmeal, Muffins, assorted Granola bars and t occasionally fresh fruit options (don't quote me on that. I often imagine fruit).

"Fully equipped rooms" required you to visit the host desk every time you needed something, and even then they were short on the basics. Understaffed. Took forever to check in.

A lot that needs to be done with this location. Including staff and rooms and Wi-Fi. I will not be recommending this property to anyone, and letter going to hotel and corporate owner.

Nice and clean room, the front desk girl nice, the housekeeping nice, I recommend this hotel.

Literally worst expierence ever. Room service came banging on my door at 730 in the morning I'm guessing he thought me and my boyfriend and my infant son broke into the room? Scared my son to death. Just wanted a good nice sleep and couldn't even get that.

Dirty, breakfast unstocked. Desk never attended, not worth the money.

I knew I was booking an economy hotel room and I wasn't expecting amenities, but this place is not worth it. I checked in late and it took 20 minutes for someone to come to the front to check me in. Victor helped me. He has a strong accent and he mumbled, so I couldn't understand him. When I asked where my room was he got irate and threw up his arms. That was off putting. It took me 10 minutes of walking around to find my room. Once inside, no lights worked, the AC was off, and there were no hangers for my clothes. I'll never stay here again even if it was free.

Room was disgusting, openly heard the front desk clerk deny moving a group of people to another room even though they found bugs in the pull out and suggested that they sleep on the floor. Fairly certainly their carpet had fleas and that my group found drugs in the drawers. The window in our room was glued shut making it impossible to open in an emergency. When air conditioning wasn't running the room messed like urine and cabinets were stayed by something and looked mold had begin to start forming. Giving health department a call and if I had the option, 0/5 stars.

Everytime I go to this place for local convention something always seems to go wrong. Whether it's with booking or I'm given the wrong room ect. The place is fine for a couple days but I wouldn't stay here longer than a weekend. Rooms are dirty I have to clean alot myself. Don't expect what you see in the pictures cause they are certainly doctored to make the place look better than it is. Morning coffee is nice but complimentary breakfast isn't just oatmeal.

Only stayed one night, but that was enough. This place is not a dump, but it's clearly not 5-star either. The cleanliness was not as problematic for me as for other reviewers; clean towels and a freshly made bed awaited me and the only issues I noted were some trash items in one of the trash cans and dust bunnies atop the refrigerator. I had stayed at the Residence Inn (Arlington) earlier in my DC-area stay and comparatively, Extended Stay is lacking. I expected basic utensils (cutlery, for example) for the kitchenette but there were none. The complimentary breakfast was really just coffee and water and some "grab and go" items like granola bars and muffins. One thing I didn't like was that maintenance men came knocking on my door to replace something in the toilet, but I had no issues with the toilet. I also was under the impression that this property had a shuttle to Dulles, but they did not. If you can find a different hotel, you'll probably be happier with your stay!

An absolute dump. I got this hotel as a Hotwire deal. Not worth my heavily discounted rate it and I regret not saving my cash and sleeping on a bench at the airport. I arrived late after my flight, and when I finally got the attention of the front desk staff, he was insistent that there were no rooms available. Even after I told him my name, showed him my receipt/booking confirmation, and insisted that I was at the right place. He wound up finding my reservation, but assigned me a smoking room. I would not have minded, but this room smelled like someone had a cigarette bonfire in the kitchen an hour before I arrived. Additionally the place was barely cleaned, and when I tried to take a shower the next morning the shower handle just dropped into the tub the second I touched it. Avoid this place if you can.

Oh where do I start?! Upon arrival in the parking lot there are construction vehicles parked in the handicap spots (with no handicap placard) with empty beer bottles all over the hoods of the trucks. We walk in the front door to the lobby and the smell of cigarettes hits you hard. Now, the lady at the front desk could not have been any nicer! I have zero complaints about that part. Then we go to the room. We open the door and there was some funky smell. Maybe a combo of cigarettes and cleaning solution! I don't know. We open the freezer and there is hair all over the ice. The couch had a big burn hole in it. While we're had (supposedly) a non smoking room, people could stand outside right behind our windows and smoke in the courtyard. Making is so easy to smell in the room. Then there were people above us that sounded like they were having a rave under after 10pm. At 9:30pm we called the front desk. She says she tried to call and tried to knock on their door but nobody answered. I have videos of how loud they were being and upon showing them to to front desk she was asking me specifically what the noise was?! How am I supposed to know this? We ended up leaving WAY early and I believe we should get a full refund! I WOULD NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN IN MY LIFE!

Not bad for the price. The suite included a king size bed and a love seat let out bed. The only thing was one TV that swivel between the two so if you're sitting on the couch you can't watch TV while laying in the bed; included small kitchen w/stove, full size fridge and microwave, no coffee maker which was OK because breakfast included coffee, tea, cereal bars and instant oatmeal. No room service unless staying for 7 days+. Air conditioner froze those on the couch but couldn't fell it if laying in bed. 15 min walk to Wal-Mart.

It's a nice super quiet place and I recommend it.

We specified that we would have 3 people staying, knowing there's a bed and a pull out couch. There was no sheets or pillows for the pullout. When I went to the office, she denied that the hotel had any pull out beds in any of the buildings, and so I could not have sheets. Had to remove half the sheets from the bed to share with the couch. Not to mention, said couch bed was the most uncomfortable surface we had experienced. Other notes: housekeeping is only available to stays over 5 days No dishes or cookware without paying extra Wifi is unusable at its speed.

This place is like the cheap knock-off of your favorite product, but you wish you had just paid the difference and gone with your usual. Only problem? This is not a knock-off. This is an Extended Stay America. Just a sub-par one. Expect no dishes or cookware (a staple of extended stay), scratchy worn bedding, wonky AC, semi-working appliances, unreliable Internet (and it's only free if you don't mind the slow stuff. You have to pay for faster speeds) no business center, lousy parking situation. They appear to not even have a working ice maker. The friendly and helpful staff is the only thing between this location and a one star. As your average motel, this would be fine, but I have been to many extended stays around the country and this location does not pass muster. The bitter irony is that there is another extended stay next door. That one is more what I'm used to. This one was a Homestead. Now, the real one just sits there, mocking me, reminding me of what could have been.

HORRIBLE Customer service. We needed a room fast for a last minute business trip for one of our employees. I called first for price which came to 250 something for Check in on 1/18/17 Check Out 1/20/17 for 1 person. After calling around sounds great I call back to book it. When I called back to officially book the room I said it may be 2 people so the price jumped up to 300 something. Frustrated and tired I said fine whatever. I booked the room with our company credit card like I have done many times in the past. I told the Lady on the phone that my employee will NOT have this card on check out will that be an issue. She said no but please go to our website to fill out a Credit Card Authorization form. I have NEVER done this before in the past but I said Ok. While on THEIR site I filled the form out and it kept saying "Credit Card Not Verified". Thinking I type something wrong I tried 3 more times again with "Credit Card Not Verified". I closed everything out and tried once more! Still "Credit Card Not Verified"/ I even checked my credit card making sure there was plenty of money on there.

No dishes, utensils, cups in room as described. The shower head does not have a mount on the wall. Internet is unusably slow. Would prefer to not stay here again.

Comfortable for a night but extended stay room service is terrible. The staff is rude and argumentative when they are proved to be in the wrong.

Rooms are small and bathroom is worest. Staff (Amod) is rude and he won't give respect to customer. In this motel there is a incidental charge (incidental charges means phone using, TV watching in room like that). Overall not worth to stay.

This place takes pets and is reasonably priced and well located. We were moving to Seattle and I made a reservation over a month ahead of time for two rooms with two queen beds and a sofa sleeper in each. However, two days before we were due to check in, they called and said they only had a room with one king and a sofa sleeper. I considered giving this hotel four stars because when they realized they couldn't comply with my reservation, they gave me a second room with a single queen and sofa sleeper for free, for five nights. Yes they needed to make things right, especially because I reserved so far in advance and had no other option — but, they ate almost $550 worth of a free room in order to satisfy their customer. And that would be worthy of four stars for a three-star place. However: for an extended stay place, you need to ask for sheets for your pullout sleeper; anything in your kitchen like silverware, plates, or dish soap; and any conveniences that you might expect the room to already be stocked with. So it goes back to three stars.

Decent place but not much space, kitchen area makes up for it.

We were traveling from maine to north carolina, we had been traveling for 20 hours and we were getting very tired so we decided to call this hotel they told me it woukd be 70.00 for the room then 25.00 for my dog. I said ok and made the reservation, when I arrived to the hotel my husband and I were extremely tired and just wanted a place to rest for 4 hours. The first thing was they couldn't find my Reservation, this did not make me happy since I just got off the phone with customer service and they gave me a confirmation number. The guy at the desk had no personality and uniform was very dirty, the lobby itself was dirty but I said oh well because we were so tired after 25 minutes of waiting the guy finally found our Reservation, I paid and we continued to our room. Once we got there we were both just excited to go to bed. When we opened the door we were not impressed the room stunk, the air conditioner was musty smelling. The floors were dirty and the bathroom was so bad I didn't take a shower. I woukd not recommend this place to anyone. Trust me even if you need a place to stay for a few hours this place is NOT worth it.

Awesome hotel! Staff does not care what happens, so do what ya want to everyone else does! There's hookers n drugs everywhere get money!

Booked the room through Price line, arrived late in the evening, staff was so nice & kind. Room was clean, smelled fresh & was delightful. Small kitchenette, refrigerator & a double seat counter. Plenty of room for dinner, laptop work or just a nice place to sit. Bed was comfortable & clean. Stayed the entire week, staff was helpful & friendly. Would recommend Extended stay America Chantilly to anyone who wanted a great place to stay.

This place was old & dirty. Smelled like old smoke, ac/heat was musty. Too much $ for these conditions. Toilet needed cleaned, room was suppose to have utensils, etc. For the kitchen but had none. Only positive thing I can say was good location, close to stores, restaurants, interstate, etc.

Dirty rooms, dishes lost or stolen, poor service, no one on call, TV never worked, Wi-Fi was useless. Waste of money.
