Attended a Marriage Retreat with my church and we have used this hotel for several years because of the accommodations there. The staff is very professional pleasant and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.

We had a celebration party at this beautiful hotel. The event manager, Ms. Monica Flores was fantastic, the food was wonderful and the service was awesome. Thank you so much for an unforgettable night.

Check in and out was smooth. It was nice to be greeted as you walked through their doors. Lounge area was very quiet and relaxing. Enjoyed a game of pool. The chicken fettuccine was to die for. A walk to your room but I'm not complaining. Had an enjoyable stay!

This is actually a really nice hotel. The beds are super nice and the rooms are very spacious with giant, bright windows. The first time I stayed here was great. However, BEWARE, the 2nd time I stayed I was surrounded by super loud teenagers who ran around yelling and playing music until super late. My advice to Marriott is to not put business travelers or people traveling without children in the middle of a giant youth group.

The most unique and enchanting Marriott property that Ive had the pleasure of being a part of. Beautiful grounds with some hidden trails. Stunning building that looks more like a palace. Enjoy the breakfast buffet at the Palm Court restaurant, or a delicious lunch at Wellingtons Pub. Grab a refreshment and go chill on the Sunset Terrace. I love this hotel, oh and btw I worked here for 5 years. Absolutely miss it.

This is an extremely nice hotel. I have been here several times now and typically a good experience. This last time we had an issue with the room upon entry. The sink was filled with dirt and the floors flooded. Must have been some issue with the plumbing. We were quickly allowed to move into another room. No issue just wish someone would have checked the room prior.

It was a decent hotel. I was there for training and they catered our food. The first day was really good but it quickly went down hill. On the last day there their food was bad and the only drink selection I could find was water. The rooms were nice but nothing super special.

Gorgeous Marriott hotel about 30 to 45 minutes from D. C. Colonial architecture distinguishes this place from the typical Marriott, though room quality (beds, linens, bathroom etc. ) is par for the course by Marriott standards. Staff are friendly and helpful; there are outstanding banquet/meeting facilities; and the restaurant is good. Highly recommended.

Stayed here for a 2 day work meeting. All meeting staff were great, anything needed last minute was quickly provided and they were very cordial and quiet as to not interrupt. It is an older hotel, but very well maintained and the room was comfortable spacious. Would gladly stay here again.

Use caution. The grounds and lobby seemed great, but this is all I got to see, as the hotel had conveniently relocated me to a Holiday Inn 2 miles away despite my confirmed reservation being held with my credit card because the Marriott had over booked their rooms. The other people in my group all got rooms. We were checking in at 6:00pm, so it’s not like I had a late arrival. After discussions with manager and director, they refused to bump someone else, so I was relocated. Their first statement even required me to find my own transportation there (this was rectified). I’ve never had my hotel room bumped, this was a stressful and anxiety causing situation. The silver lining, the folks at the Holiday Inn were great. Room was clean. Next time skip the Marriott and book directly at the Holiday Inn Chantilly Dulles Expo. The Holiday Inn is conveniently located to some great restaurants, including Willard’s BBQ, so you’re not stuck in the Marriott’s inflated restaurant. The Marriott did pay for the room at the Holiday Inn, and gave me a form letter to give the front desk, so I’m assuming this is a routine occurrence with the Marriott sending folks to the Holiday Inn. The hotel director did give me his card so that next time I came to stay at the hotel, they promised to give me a nice room. But, given that my confirmation wasn’t honored, I doubt I’ll be staying at this Marriott again, and am rethinking staying at others in the future. I thought I could trust them, and I can’t.

My go to Marriott when in the area. It's a unique facility which does not look or feel like a cookie cutter Marriott. Downsides: free parking can be a bit of a walk away, there's no concierge lounge, if you're in the end of a wing, it's a long walk to your room. The pluses: grounds are wooded and gorgeous, there are tennis courts if you have leisure time, pool and fitness center are great, internet is fast, gold / platinum guests get a decent breakfast in the restaurant. Staff is generally top notch. And the gift / snack shop has emergency ties to buy in a pinch if you forget yours.

Was here for a luncheon. It's a beautiful venue that's a hidden gem. Thoroughly enjoyed my visit.

Beautiful hotel with a great restaurant/bar downstairs. Nice gym. Hotel staff are all amazing. Parking is a bit far if you are not using valet but all in all the hotel is super nice and for a great value.

A family favorite. Westfields never disappoints. From weddings, friendly gatherings, lavish entrance ways, experienced staff. We truly enjoy ourselves each year we visit from Florida.

Very professional and hard working staff. Plenty of parking and easy to find. They have a pool, tennis and basketball courts! Pretty close to a lot of stores. Shuttles are available but not really close to the airport.

The staff was wonderfully friendly and accommodating. There was wonderful customer service from everyone we interacted with. It was a very cold evening when we were there so maybe that's why, but the ballroom was extremely cold and the buffet food was tepid at best for a lot of it. Even if the main dish happened to be warm, the onions or topping or gravy was cold. I was not impressed with the food at all. Overall the staff really pulled the rating from a two to a three.

The front desk staff is very courteous. I love the wooded acreage around the hotel and the free parking is a great feature. They are very warm hearted and caring people. One time I stayed there just after a huge snowstorm had come through so they extended free valet parking for the night.

This last weekend was an awful display for a hotel that looks as nice as it does on the outside. We had booked a room with a wedding block and the hotel did not keep the group together. We also had booked the room with a romance amenity package that never showed up and initially came with 2 double beds instead of the king that was part of our reservation. When we finally got into a room with a king bed we were graced with a toilet that would not work. We had maintenance in the room 3 times for the same issue and they "fixed" it each time. All in all I was very disappointed in the stay with this hotel.

Beautiful entranceway. Welcoming lobby. Elevators are kind of old. Rooms are nice — large TV, double sinks, dual entrance closet. Restaurant Wellington's was okay, not great. Reception Halls are beautiful.

A gorgeous hotel with great rooms. The beds we're comfortable and I slept like a baby! the continental breakfast was the best I've had from a hotel but it was $19 and for that price I felt the selection was lacking. Overall, I'd come back for a nice getaway.

Have attended several holiday functions here. Beautiful venue. Great staff. Tasty catering for catering. Parking and shuttle service leave something to be desired. Overall I would recommend for events if it's a good location for you and your attendees.

Great experience. Very clean and upscale amenities. A little surprised that the breakfast was $18 though. Seems a bit steep even for a Marriott.

Our guests stayed at the Westfield Marriott for our wedding. The hotel is absolutely beautiful — great rooms with tons of amenities, the grounds are landscaped and maintained and there is a restaurant/bar for people to congregate. It was easy for our guests the reserve rooms in the block and my husband and I were comped a suite for the wedding night which was so nice. We arranged to have happy hour priced cocktails at their bar after the rehearsal dinner and the wedding and they were very accommodating. We had a few miscommunication around these two receptions but the hotel worked with us to resolve the issues. Overall it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend the Westfield Marriott.

The staff was amazing. The food at the restaurant was great. It was a wonderful experience for our 10 year wedding anniversary.

I was actually going to send in a review. Despite it's size and opulence, there isn't a thing intimidating about staying here. I don't travel frequently, and when I do it is more within my budget. But I am attending a workshop here and decided to add an extra day. The staff is warm and welcoming and will accommodate you with whatever you need. They made this out of state girl, in jeans and sneakers, feel just as important as the men and women dressed in business attire having a social cocktail at the bar. The restaurant is affordable and delicious, the rooms are impeccably clean and inviting, and the vibe is upbeat and not stuffy at all. Basically, you are in a 5 star 300+ room hotel, with the "hosts" as amazing as hosts you would find at a great bed and breakfast. We'll done, Westfields Marriott, I hope to be back soon! The grounds are absolutely beautiful as well!

Came for a wedding and stayed to see the sights. The beautiful property was bit removed from the city but perfect for us. Staff was great as well.

Unprofessional. Was here with large group and were treated with a patronizing attitude by Kodjo. Really ruined our event. After complaining we heard the "manager" Kodjo laughing in the foyer with the desk people. Unbelievable to get "customer service" like this in a nice establishment like this. Marriott needs to review their hiring process. Completely unprofessional. Will not be beck, ever. I recommend you find another venue.

Love the peaceful and resort like style. Service was GREAT. Front desk was genuinely nice and helpful. Even the walk to the parking area is literally a walk in the park.

This was my first time staying at this hotel. The rooms were very nice and clean (the bed was really comfy) and the staff was amazingly polite and professional… quite welcoming. I would not hesitate to stay here again if I am in the area.

This is a great hotel.
They have done a great job over the years of updating the facilities.
There is a good local area to run and the gym is adequate to handle most basic workouts.
The food is good at their onsite restaurant and breakfast is standard and good at their breakfast buffet.
I have stayed here multiple times over the years and have always found the staff very friendly and helpful.
If you are looking to stay outside D. C. You are about 30 min with limited traffic from downtown.
Overall a nice property and a great place to stay for personal or business.

When you walk in instantly nice setting with big glass chandelier with a restaurant to the left. I haven't been in the rooms but just by the lobby I can assume the rooms are gorgeous. 10/10 would recommend.

The hotel is beautiful and large. The woman checking me in was not very helpful, and didn't even direct us to the right elevators. The gym is very nice and well maintained and the service did get better. You have to pay over $15 for Wi-Fi unless you have status with Marriott, which is a total rip-off. Rooms are decent but dated. Overall nice hotel.

Wow! This place is so impressive. It is beautiful, and comfortable at the same time. This is not always easy to do. This would be a really nice place for a wedding reception.

Went to the Westfields Marriot for a 'Yelp goes Gatsby' event. Location was a bit out of the way, coming from Maryland, but it was well worth it. The variety of food on offer (all free! ) was all surprisingly top notch. Ambiance was beautiful and really captured the 'roaring 20s' vibe, especially the entrance. Can't say anything about the rooms as I didn't stay the night, but the washrooms were quite fancy. They even provided mouthwash!

Friendly staff. Beautiful facility. The hotel parking is ridiculously far from the entrance and they don't have card readers to let you in the wing external doors. You have to trek all the way up to the main entrance every time. They also have the same internet problem most hotels do. They charge for access and more for high speed but the access points aren't adequately spaced so it's spotty and slow. As with most non extended stay hotels breakfast isn't free and it's expensive for what it is. The breakfast buffet was 22 bucks a person for standard bacon, egg, and toast type fare. Overall since the downsides aren't isolated to this property or even this brand I have to say my stay was excellent, room was comfy, and the staff attentive. I would stay again. Add door card access to the wing doors nearer the parking lot and I'd bump to a five.

Great hotel. Excellent staff. I had a blast. Everyone was so helpful. I attended a ball and the accommodations were superb. The ribs were clean, mattresses plush. Housekeeping came up within 5 minutes of calling on the phone. I would definitely recommend staying here if you're in the area.

I personally felt very good about the hotel. I like the fact that you do not feel out away from home. Very welcoming place, with clean and relatively new facilities. Room service was very good with Thier job, always accommodating for us. I enjoyed my stay, and I can also say that it made my trip to Washington, DC, much more comfortable.

The beds are very comfortable and the location is serene. The atmosphere is sophisticated and beautiful. The only thing that is irritating is that the Wi-Fi is not free and besides the gym, there is not much to do.

Super business & meeting hotel in the countryside located! A short drive to the airport! Bad rooms & beds great — clean & great! Restaurant & bar too dark! You should already see the food! Cappuccino is not attached when the quality of the House in plastic cups! Many Conference participants bring unrest in the rest of the well-kept House!

I wad here for Novant Health's fundraiser. It was very clean and a very nice place for a fundraiser. The only think I would say would be to improve the dance floor that's put out. For such a nice building, the dance floor was very sticky. Overall a very good event.

I had the worst night ever in a Marriott last night, but had the best morning ever. The neighbors were noisy, the bathroom soap dish had the remnants of the prior customer's soap. After finishing my shower, I reached for a towel only to find it dirty. I was pretty upset to say the least. I expressed my concerns to the attendant at the counter upon check out Celeste. She was fantastic in diffusing my anger with out patronizing me. She was sincere in her empathy and even refunded the entire cost of the room. I did not expect that, nor was I asking for it, but it was a nice surprise. Thank you Celeste for restoring my confidence in Marriott. I will be back.

Easy Uber from the airport. Comfy guest rooms, clean and comfortable meeting spaces and fantastic staff!

Had a great anniversary stay at the Westfields marriott with my husband in the presidential suite! It was great to remoniss of our wedding day there :)

The decor at the hotel is really really great. I wasn't expecting it to be so nice given that it's kind of out in the middle of nowhere (read: Dulles). The food was good and the rooms were nice. I was there for a wedding.

Westfields Marriott is first class all the way. The complex is located close to Dulles airport and the staff are excellent. I would not hesitate to recommend it to my friends and family. I'd also recommend the breakfast buffet, it's really top shelf.

Stayed here for my Birthday and LOVED it. Beautiful property, quiet, clean, friendly staff and very reasonable rates. If I were rich, I would LIVE in this place. Will definitely be back again.

The hotel does its job: It provides a room, shower, and breakfast. Nothing to write home about, but not a bad choice for an airport hotel.

I stayed at the hotel last night with my wife just to get out of the house for the night, and we had an outstanding visit. All the staff were very courteous and willing to chat if we wanted to engage with them. The bar was very well stocked with top shelf liquors, and we ended up shooting pool until closing time. The breakfast was great, and when we took a look at the Sunday brunch, we decided that we'll have that on our next visit. The room was well appointed with nice decor throughout the rest of the hotel as well, and fairly quiet. My wife and I both agreed that the value of the room for the price was one of the best we have ever had.

The crazies are out in force against the hotel. Alex Jones as a truth seeker? Please. Make sure you use top brand aluminum foil for your hats. Unlike the conspiracy theorists, I have actually been at this hotel. Pretty nice, nothing really to write home about, had a normal hotel experience while on business.

This hotel has been the meeting place for Bilderbergers at least twice now. I wouldn't give a dollar to a Marriott if it meant me sleeping outside. Shameful.

Any hotel that houses the Bilderbergers is a huge fail, in my opinion. They also threw journalist and truth-seeker Alex Jones out because he wants the world to know what the Bilderberger creeps are doing. Shameful.
