Had a nice weekend stay. Was in town for a wedding and we had no issues and the GM even made suggestions for some local hot spots to check out. Room was clean and affordable. Just what we needed.

Room is ok if you don't mind sleeping on a board. That's if you get pass the piles of cigarette butt's on the side walk leading to the main entrance and the main entrance itself. Very nasty. Every time else was booked. Had no choice but staying. Hopefully we didn't get bed bugs.

Made reservation a month previous and after driving 14 hrs we find they had given it away!? Why bother taking reservations if you can't honor them? They did find us another room and we had to make due… : (The many people hanging around the front door smoking & drinking every nite was just wrong, especially traveling with kids. Room was clean and neat, thank gaud!

Me my wife and friend got bites from some kind of insect here. The bed was EXTREMELY uncomfortable, staff didn't seem to care much, it's smell completely like smoke. I asked for a fork and couldn't get one. Very old place. So if you don't mind those things for a cheap price you'll be good. The ladies were nice though. Just didn't care much.

All other area hotels were full… Knew it wasn't great when we booked. Pro. Bed was fine, staff seems nice Cons. Terrible lobby, damaged and unrepaired room (dirty bathroom, security bar broken, damaged sheetrock, ) noisy,

Staff is extremely accommodating, greeted me with a smile everytime I passed those doors. Rooms were clean, area was very quiet secluded bed and breakfast type joint. Go Red Roof Inn.

Staff was friendly, however the hotel was dirty, smelly and the non-smoking rooms smelled of smoke.

The hotel is a very nice place & the prices are real good. The only thing negative about the hotel was the people upstairs. They were rude & disrespectful. I called the front desk. The lady that answered said they are getting ready to move them. So it should get quiet shortly. That was an hour ago. The people upstairs are still there. Ugh! Wouldn't advise you to come here if you are looking for peace & relaxation.

I have no complaints. The people here are friendly and helpful. Also I could bring both my digs. Rottweilers and no problem with breed restriction. I would stay again.

Friendly and courteous service but room was dirty especially bathroom and dirt on beds, animal hair, on furniture.

The beds are really nice and the Wi-Fi doesn't suck that much.

I stayed here last night and everything was fine. The room was clean. Got a little cold and didn't realize the heat was not on. Quick fix. I turned it on and it got nice and toasty. The water stayed hot all through my long shower which was nice. I had two issues albeit minor, and I will stay here again despite these issues. One issue was no conditioner. I forgot my conditioner and was thrilled when I saw a vile that said shampoo and another that said (I thought) conditioner. In the shower however, I noticed it didn't say conditioner, it said "conditioning shampoo". I have a mess of thick hair and really needed conditioner. I could probably have gotten some from front desk but seeing how I was in the shower that was a little hard to do. Second issue was people standing around the only entrance/exit smoking. They were standing on both sides of the door and also in front of door facing it, like they were all in a huddle at the door. So I had to walk through their huddle which was a bit awkward. They should put a bench around the corner and make that a designated smoking area and keep people away from the door. All in all a fine experience considering the price.

I would not suggest staying here even if you are on a budget. At our first attempt at a room it was very clear the bed sheets were not changed. The second room wasn't that much better. Choose another nearby Hotel.

The only room left was a smoking room so we took it. In defense of the lady working the front desk she changed the comforter and cleaned the filter in the air conditioning, heater unit as I have allergies. That is the only good thing I can say about our stay. Coffee was horrible, TV didn't work right, room was dirty, very noisy, numerous things were broke. We stay with red roof a lot because we usually have our dog and they do not have a pet fee. This is the only red roof my husband and I have ever had an issue with. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and we stay at motel 6 a lot as well. No frills is ok but I require the room to be clean and have things working.

As other 5 people in one day, my room was cancelled last minute (11:40pm) so when I got there at midnight after many hours driving I had to find another place myself to sleep. Poorly trained staff. Their excuse was that the manager was not there so couldn’t do anything to help. I was told the manager would be there the day after but when I came back to complain same excuse — manager would be there the next day… After all I’m glad I didn’t get to sleep there given that bad reviews — blood streaks in the rooms? Come on! Could have easily be the worst hotel experiences of all, and I’ve been around!

I'm being generous with 3 stars but I appreciated the low cost of the room and can separate this type of hotel from a more upscale establishment. I don't pay for a Hyundai and complain that it's slower than a Ferrari. The room was well appointed with a decent TV, fridge and mini microwave oven. No closet, small desk with a reasonably comfortable chair. The sheets were better than I expected. The bed is cheap but comfortable. My biggest complaint is how loud it is from the unit above. I'm listening to what sounds like a heard of elephants stomping on the floor. Do yourself a favor and get a third floor room. Also the floor in the room was filthy. I just walked to the bathroom and my feet are now too dirty to put on the sheets. It appears that I stepped in someone's former meal crumbs.

One of the best hotel experiences I have had in awhile. When I first read the reviews I was skeptical but I decided to give the place a try anyway as the rate is unbeatable at $79 and some change once said and done with taxes etc. Compared to the overpriced competitors in the same location, but lack the amenities id expect with paying $129.99. From the moment I checked in to various times I came down to the front desk I encountered nothing but kind ladies who were eager to go above and beyond to meet our needs. They do a breakfast in the morning which consists of diy belgian waffles, various pastries and donuts, flavored bagels and fresh coffee and apple and orange juice. We had no issue with people loitering outside the doors and upon asking the front desk agent she informed us they have a new GM who is cleaning the place up and has a zero tolerance policy for said riff raff in previous reviews. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our 4 day stay and would highly suggest this establishment for the price, amenities and polite and respectful staff!

Clean, good value. Decent Wi-Fi.

Maggots on our bed spread upon entry. The staff were nice enough. However, after being moved to our second room, we still found blood streaks on the trash can and the refrigerator with left over food in it. Do not take a family here. Guest services at Red Roof Inn corporate have yet to get back to me in regards to these issues. 9/26 Update: Guest relations got back with me, and offered 40% off of our next stay and apologized for the recent upgrades to their cable system… cable systems do not cause maggots, blood, or unclean refrigerators.

Best I can say is, the staff is friendly. There are alot of people living in this hotel semi-perminately. When we checked in there were 4-6 people sitting or standing on the side walk in front of the only entrance. Made me and my husband feel less than comfortable at 1pm. Even more uncomfortable as the crowd grew and grew as the day went on ending up around 10-12 people at 9pm when my husband walked the dogs. I know it has to make other guest uncomfortable, so be forewarned. If you are fine with laying your head down for the night and getting gone, it serves its purpose.

It is at a good location. Yet, There was a problem with my brotber' s reservation, he called to say he would be late and they canceled his reservation. Yet. They did find him a room but not it was not near my room. The bedding and towels in my brothers room where duty (The person at the front desk as my sister in law to bring the bedding down). The lamp shade, and tub in my room where also duty. Where I called, they brought me a shade for a smaller shade. I am here for another night!

I stopped here just to sleep due to a long drive. I wish I kept driving. The sheets were not white anymore they looked like they were atleast 30 years old have burn holes in them and stains and dirt from the back of the bed which was very visible. The bathroom had burn marks all over it. And I was met by 2 roaches in the bathroom. Needless to say not much sleep.

The rooms looked nice and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was better than I expected but there was no place to sit down only problem with it.

Hotel was great… staff not so much!

The covers had several cigarette burns and the towels and wash clothes we're stained. Would not recommend for $73.09 ish a night.

Worst night of my life. The room is nasty and so is the bath tub. I do not recommend coming here for anyone.

The Room was good but the bathtub was dirty.

The room was disgusting. The towels in the bathroom had stains, and the bathroom as not clean. I didn't even want to use it, and I didn't shower. The bed covers had cigarette burn holes, most of the wall outlets were not working, there was a Sprite bottle under the bed accompanied by a tattered box spring, and soooooooooo much dog hair I'm wondering how that much even got there (I love dogs, no not biased). There was also a ton of dust under the beds, and I can tell they haven't been moved or swept under in a very long time. Had I had any other option, I would have just left. Do not stay here. Oh, and I almost forgot how rude the Indian man at the front desk was. These people have no idea how to run a hotel.

Newly renovated… Sort of. Dirty. Seedy.

The room itself was ok and seemed clean. It was everything else that made my stay unpleasant. There were a number of homeless people on the property at all hours of the day and night. Not actually inside, but laying in the grass checking out my car. A bit unnerving. Hotel staff did not seem to be interested in removing them at all, either. There were loud banging noises coming from inside the hotel throughout the night. Even the vending machine was out of 7/8 types of drinks being advertised. Would not stay again.

Middle easrern clerk at front desk is very rude, ignorant and difficult to deal with.

Clean, recently renovated. Not the nicest place but definitely would stay here again.
