As someone who has stayed here over a dozen times each year, I’ll never stay here again. Extremely rude, and unprofessional front desk staff. Showers are also old and dirty.

The price is right. The staff is excellent. The breakfast is better than most hotels. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Free cookies. They found out it was our anniversary and gave us an upgrade at no cost.

The staff here was very helpful and friendly. As a Radisson Rewards member, we were offered a welcome gift upon arrival. This hasn't happened at one of their properties in the last few years. The place has really nice rooms and a great breakfast.

Clean and stylish rooms. Recently renovated. Front desk, housekeeping and breakfast service all excellent. I would stay there again. Parking lot was a little tight.

Very clean hotel. Salt water indoor pool was wonderful. Staff was amazing and breakfast was dang near perfect.

Room was clean and nice. Large desk area. Hidden refrigerator and microwave. Indoor pool was a little cold but we enjoyed our swim with the kids.

Fantastic customer service from the manager to the very nice lady serving breakfast. Obviously well trained in customer service, thank you! Rooms are awesome, we had the king bed and the kids have their own "room" with pull out sofa bed. Kids loved the indoor pool! Nice gym. Great location! Just off the highway, near a Kroger and Trader Joe's! Just wonderful for families. High staff presence makes you feel safe and cared for. Highly recommend!

Clean, modern, comfortable, and quiet motel located within easy drive distance to downtown Charlottesville, VA. And nearby historic sites like Monticello and Michie Tavern. Staff friendly and helpful. Good and free breakfast that features both hot (eggs, bacon, homemade waffles, etc. ) and cold (cereal, fruit, yogurt, etc. ) options. Negatives during our stay included slow and sporadic hot water availability — ran out of hot water 1.5 minutes into a 3 minute shower and lack of parking spaces due to sharing a parking lot with an adjacent motel. 4 out of 5 stars.

This was a great experience from the moment we stepped. The whole place is spotless, the breakfast is good, the beds are comfortable, and the staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. Great place to stay. The only reason I gave it for stars instead of five is because the parking is a little aggravating due to the Days Inn being directly next door. Highly recommend this place.

The location is right at the intersection of two major roads so it's easy to access. As of February 2018 the building still feels new, neat and modern. The staff was polite and helpful as well. The pool may be small but it still at least has one. The rooms were very comfortable with modern decor and tv. I really appreciate a FREE hot breakfast of eggs, bacon, waffles and juice. Cookies and coffee are available 24 hrs as well. My only negative thing to say is the facility feels tightly packed into a group of hotels with limited parking. Still an excellent value and a comfortable stay!

Nice hotel and relatively new. Very well-thought-out rooms and a pretty decent breakfast offering. It is close to the highway but you really can't hear the traffic. Had a great night sleep. Very friendly staff which helps when your booking and checking in. Would stay here again if my travels brought me here.

This is my 3rd stay here. Nice hotel New. Clean. Suites are really geat. Lots of room. Friendly and helpful staff. Convenient to highways, campus and downtown. Will be back nex time in Charlottesville.

Stayed here two separate times while taking medical teips to UVA. Friendly service, clean rooms, great con'l breakfast, no discounts for medical stays.

First time staying here. Clean rooms, well lit. Bed was comfortable. Quiet, got a good nights rest. Staff very friendly when I arrived. A few minutes after check in I got a text from the front desk asking how my was. Spacious room. Hotel centrally located to local attractions, food and shopping. Will definitely stay again when I come back to Charlottesville.

The hotel was clean, rooms comfortable and clean with coffee, fridge, microwave and hair dryer so I was set. The pool was so nice and breakfast was great! Location was perfect. We were there because my sister was in the hospital and the staff worked with us because we did not know when she would be getting out Special shout out goes to Chris, Samhir and Amy for being so helpful and pleasant! We will definitely stay again! P. S. The warm cookies were a treat :-)

Had a great stay, friendly staff. The bed was a little firm for my liking. New building as well. Indoor pool was great.

The accommodations were outstanding. Rooms seemed like they were oldish, but updated to modern standards. Service was terrific, though we had few requests. Complimentary breakfast was mediocre at best; could use some work on the quality of the selections they offered.

A super hotel, everything is still very new and quality furnished. We have a very tasteful room, there is free breakfast, parking and Wi-Fi. The saltwater pool is delightfully warm and clean and there is an outdoor area with sun beds. The only minor drawback, but also advantage is the proximity to the highway. (It leads directly past the hotel). There is always fresh coffee and very very tasty biscuits. The staff was very nice. There is also a nice modern fitness room with treadmills, a few appliances and dumbbells and a guest washing machine/dryer.

They are only about a year old but doing very well. I was able to get a good reservation on a comparison site. The evening staff was really nice and asked what kind of room I wanted and even checked to make sure I liked it when I walked by in the evening. The morning staff that was working at the breakfast buffet was wonderful. I ended up sitting and chatting while they were on break. They gave me some great ideas of things to do.

The hotel is still quite new, opened in the autumn of 2016. Accordingly, everything still looks good. The reception was very friendly and the check in was fast. I received a quiet room, the hotel was by far not booked out, the rest could have also lain on it. Wi-Fi works well, and with the décor was working fine possible. There are plenty of outlets.
There are plenty of food and beverage facilities in the surrounding area, and you can also buy something edible at the hotel reception. In the room there is a microwave and a coffee maker.
The breakfast is OK, the coffee is horrible.
There is a small indoor swimming pool, a modest fitness room and a laundry room. Parking is available free of charge.
Also the check-out went smoothly and afloat. For me, the hotel fulfilled its purpose, a tidy, clean and quiet accommodation and work opportunity.
